The staff is always so helpful. They always take the time to make sure my mother-in-law is taken care of. The audiologist is very knowledge and willing to help when she can. Great staff. Highly recommended this office.

My mother called and no one answered phone to make appt. She had to wear her old aids for two months. One of the new ones wouldnt stay in her ear. They were condescending and didnt seem to know the product. They did some adjustments and didnt address the fact that it wouldnt stay in her ear. Finally, she asked for ear pieces like she had on her old ones and was content with the solution. I could hear chirping on the phone when I talked to her and the girl said she never heard of that happening. Its only good when youre buying.

This is the worst business! My 87 year old grandmother has had whistling hearing aids for months! We can hardly ever get a hold of them. This is literally the fourth or fifth time we’ve tried to come, and have a difficult time getting in. When we were finally able to get through and schedule an appointment, they scheduled it at 9. They have a sign that says they open the doors at 8:30, but when I call at 8:55 to try to see why they haven’t let my grandmother in for her 9:00 appointment, they say we don’t open until 9:00. Then they proceed to be very condescending. I am going to do what I can to make sure my Grandmother, who lives 45 minutes away won’t have to come back. If you can, avoid this business!

The two ladies working here are Amazing!! I had tears well up when I heard my wife speak, I hadnt heard her voice in years. The ladies that work there are very professional but at the same time so down to earth that it felt like I was with family. Thank you HearUSA for having these wonderful employees,, they made the whole experience amazing for my wife and I.

Rude staff. They were great the first visit. Then it seems after they sell you their product they treat you like garbage. Poorly run. Bad guest service.

Great place the first time around. But after that unless you have a problem and call them, don’t hold your breath waiting for a follow up call. Doctor of Audiology, just an over educated title for a high pressure sales person. Not worth wasting time at the Town Center location.

Had a appt to pick up and they were not there should of called to let us know when they were in frist then appt. Had to pay tolls for nothing drove 43 minutes round trip...
