If I could give 10 stars I would. Frank has been amazing since day one. He really went beyond our expectations by helping us with everything we needed. We had a big project to finish, and coming from GA to FL, we felt very lost .He would answer our phone calls and text after work hours and by after hours I mean 10pm. He would have the equipment ready when we needed it, and if he didnt have it at his store, he would make sure that we were taken care of by other locations. He really knows what customer service is about. THANK YOU FRANK for all of what you did for us, Breyman and I are very pleased clients!!

Called in ahead a day prior for specific filters, was told by parts department they had all filters in stock. Drove an hour to your location to pick them up, upon arrival I was informed they did not have the filters in stock. I was then told that that I must not have told him exactly what I needed ahead of time and it was my fault I drove down without checking with them first. Waste of time, typical ring power!

Very bad experience this shop is not set up for over the road driver. I been here two days just for a a/c compressor that was available at peterbuilt I was told the first day that it would be first thing the next morning ok they had not shuttle or way for me to get motel room. Got to shop the next morning they start telling me its gonna be the next morning ????? Very bad experience I do not recommend this shop for the over road trucker!!!!!
