Chris and his crew are among the best. Chris will go explain what is exactly wrong and what needs to be done to fix it. If there is a simple way he gibe the options to the customer.

They did my entire firewall for my brakes, master cylinder, slave cylinder, and abs and was flawless. Had heavy duty work done To rear axle on my Tundra...awesome job. Im an older mechanic and see the great job. Great place polite, cant believe how great they are to me. Douglas collision had lost my business. They never returned calls, never gave me a price quote for a job I asked for face to face. Terrible...they could have politely sent me to another shop, but instead treated a customer poorly despite the business. Lots of people feel this way.I have learned and now agree with them. Elite took me right in and took care of everything even an awesome ride home !! Thank you Elite !!

I took the car in because my air was blowing out warm air, they didnt have the part and I couldnt get back till the following week so they got a compressor there right away and put it in. Then the engine started vibrating after that, they fixed it with no extra charge. They make sure the car is fix and running great before letting it go. I thought the price was fair and the quality of work was top notch.

I am pretty sure I had them do something else for my car BUT there is no wonder this place is as busy at is and they definitely need a bigger place because their business is only going to keep expanding. These guys are awesome. Not only were they great to me, they are probably the only automotive service place that isnt out to take your money. They are honest and will give you their best opinion and advice. Every time I have ever been in the waiting area Ill hear them give the other customers their best prices and whether you absolutely need something done or if you can go without it for awhile or need to get something done sooner. I was recently in there for an oil change that took just a little longer than usual to fit in which NEVER happens(I was a walk-in), and they took care of me and were very apologetic to the wait even though I was prepared to wait seeing as how I know theyre very busy and again, I was a walk in. Cant rave enough about this place. I wont go anywhere else to get anything done to my car and TRUST me, Id suggest this place to anyone and hope you would too! Seriously, this Google reviews should already be all the way at 5 stars already.

Elite Automotive is the absolute best place to bring your car for servicing. The staff is wonderful, prices are extremely reasonable, and the work they do is unmatched. The staff here doesn’t take advantage of you or your money. They do an amazing job explaining what exactly is wrong and what they can fix it. I took in my girlfriends vehicle thinking it was going to rather expensive, when they fixed her vehicle on the spot and charged me nothing. I’m gonna be 100% honest I’m writing this review before I get my Jeep back I walked in there except to pay like 2,500 for everything their doing to my Jeep the flex plate started the battery and a Alignment but I’m only gonna pay I think chirs said like 853.39 which is way better than what American performance garage was gonna charge me and on top of all this I walked in to the office waiting area and filled with cheerful and happiness their really great people in the when I started talking to chirs I felt like family bc he’s honest straight forward and gets it done the right way great group of people they will definitely being seeing me in the future I trust them with my vehicles

I had a different experience than the other reviews here, hence my disappointment. I had a fuel issue and had my truck towed there. I received my fixed truck with a dead battery and made it two miles away before my truck broke down again. A more thorough check would have revealed a fuel leak and a wrinkled oring. I had my truck towed back and left them a message, as it was now after hours. After sleeping on it, I had my truck towed to Joyce Automotive, who did a stellar job. Im glad I went with a different shop, as Elite never returned my message. In fairness, they changed a fuel line which needed to be changed and did not overcharge for that service. I do recall the young gentleman who came to jump my battery, was rather irritated at having to do so right before closing. I cant explain the disparity between my experience and those in their otherwise stellar reviews, maybe the were too busy, maybe they didnt like my Biden sticker. Who knows. I do know that Joyce is my go to when I need work in my diesel.

I took my truck to get my charging system check out and they told me that it had no problems pay 100.00 for that and 3 days later I had dead battery’s needless to say I won’t go back again good news though I got it checked elsewhere and I only had to pay 20 .00 for the information so that I could repair it myself

Average cost to replace oil sensor on an F150 is about 125 would be a high side. They wanted $256. 00. It takes roughly 30 minutes to change one. They tried to convince me that it would take three hours. And this isn’t my first dealing with them they’re just way overpriced and they lied about Shop time.

Being a female it is so scary coming to an auto mechanic but after talking to Michelle on the phone who works there I felt more comfortable then the experience there was AWESOME!!! They diagnosed my vehicle quickly and suprisingly they were able to fix it the same day!!! I am completely AMAZED AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

Elite has been servicing our vehicles for a few years now. I always look for a mechanic shop that is going to be honest and not just try to take my money. A very busy business

Took my old truck in there the other day tell him I have a engine wiring harness issue or may need a new engine they told me we dont feel like messing with an old truck heres a number to some other guy that may or may not want to mess with it so what youre saying is youre turning down a job I guess it really is hard to find a good mechanic nowadays.

I have taken several vehicles to Chris and his team. He has always taken care of me, been honest, done great work, and gone out of his way to help.There have even been times when I stopped by with a small issue that he fixed for free right there in the parking lot.My most recent visit was to get some work done on an old Tahoe I bought. When I realized that it needed some suspension work done, and I thought about driving my children around in my car, I thought of Chris immediately.I had moved to Tampa, and was over an hour away from his shop. I drove my Tahoe to his shop and paid $40 to get an Uber back home because there was nobody available to help me get it there. I did the same when the truck was done. I knew Chris would take care of it and make sure that my vehicle was safe without trying to convince me that there were other things that needed to be done.I just got my truck back and completed a 12 hour trip with it to Kentucky. The drive was perfect and it is nice to have a mechanic that you can trust with your wallet, and to keep your vehicle safeThank you Chris and the rest of the elite automotive team.

I’m a professional industrial equipment tech and I used to have people ask me all the time about working on their vehicles. Since that is not what I do, I wanted to recommend places to them that would treat them fairly while being competent. I never had that until this shop opened up. Now I recommend my friends and family to come to Elite for everything. And while I normally service my vehicles, even I have these guys handle some of the bigger protects that are past the scope of what I can complete in a day (like changing a rear main seal ). No matter the situation, business or personal, Chris has always helped me out when I asked. My brother drives from Riverview to have his car serviced at Elite.

I have been using Elite Automotive for years. Great experience every time. Affordable prices and diagnosis. I have a 99 Civic with 250K+ miles and a 99 Accord with 150K+ miles, both run great thanks to these guys. Straight shooters and no surprises. They rebuilt my engine on my civic and replaced my AC unit on the Accord. Give them a try, you will not regret it.

Exactly as promised! Very professional and understanding. When picking up my car, I spoke to Chris who explained whar was done and that he did not do anything extra for repairs (some other rusty fuel lines) because it wasnt necessary and being close to the holidays he knew cost was inportant on a car from the north that doesnt have allot of value! Cant speak on the service from their mechanics yet but so far theyve had the worst customer service on the phones of any shops in the area I called today. Including ones that recommended Elite. Whoever answered the phone just sounded like they wanted to get away from the phone as soon as they touched it. I called to get a quote on several services and was planning on bringing my car in to them but I didnt even get though my list of services before I decided to get off the phone due to that persons attitude. Maybe their mechanics are great but Ill never know. Get some better staff to answer the phones.

Guy on the phone said to repair my head gasket on my 1999 Dodge Ram 3500 he needed $1700 to $3000. I got the part for $40 online and other mechanic fixed it for $250.

You won’t find a better auto repair shop around! Don’t make the mistake of getting screwed at a dealership. The guys at Elite are always helpful, quick, and just nice people. Won’t take my vehicles anywhere else.
