In response to Mr Cordovas negative review, I offer the following. As you are aware, there are always 2 sides to a story. In Mr Cordovas case, his facts do not match reality. Fact 1: Mark Lowe is the GM and not the Owner as Mr Cordova states. Fact 2: The issues that caused 2 alleged breakdowns with the vehicle that Mr Cordova refers to had nothing to do with the repairs done on Mr. Cordovas vehicle. Mark Lowe went above and beyond to assist Mr Cordova (provided him with a PM no charge, and tried to help him with his vehicles other problems). We always are courteous and offer our customers concierge service. The bottom line here is that we never lied to Mr Cordova and, in fact, Mr Lowe went above and beyond to assist Mr Cordova. It is a shame that Mr Cordova did not have the courage to voice his feelings directly. Instead, after taking all the gratis assistance we provided him with, he chose to present an online review that is not accurate.

After paying $5200... my truck there for over a month The owner Mark lied to me .. and under 30 days I broke down twice at different job site .. This company will lie in face!!!! Beware before you bring it here !! Then he threaten not to come out and fix the problem that he didnt fix in the beginning..

These people are the worst they do a review of the truck and they do not want to show you the problems they found and they are not governed by the rules established by the DOT
