The wash guy would not give me my keys after my service was completed because he thought I didnt pay my bill. One manager didnt seem to care after I called and complained about how I was treated. Ive been getting both my vehicles serviced there for the last 10 years. Not anymore.

My complaint is with finance. After being pressured into buying warranties I did not want by Joshua Woodard, I went back to cancel a few days later. I do not keep vehicles long enough to ever use them. I sat in the finance office with Joshua Woodard, who I was told is no longer there. He played on the computer telling me they were cancelled and I would receive a refund. This was July 7th. A few weeks later I returned to the dealership and asked him how long before I would receive my refund. He told me 6 to 8 weeks. Sept 3rd, I again went to the dealership and asked another finance person if he could check on my refund. I was told it was never cancelled and he submitted the cancelation. So now it is Sept 23, and still no refund. Joshua Woodard lied to me twice representing Regal Chevrolet. Other than this, everything else was fine.

Dont waste your money, this place is a scam. I paid for a new break system to get put in. A few days later i got a flat and took it in, we noticed a lot of heat from the breaks when changing out our flat and mentioned it to them. They called to tell us that we needed a new tire and the old one wasnt pluggable. We asked about the heat, they said it was because we needed new breaks soon. We called them out that we just bought a new break system from them days earlier, they back tracked and said they misspoke and every other excuse out there. Got the new tire but requested our bad tire back, had another mechanic look at our bad tire and they said it was pluggable and they didnt understand why they couldnt plug it.

Terrible experience. Inquired about a c8 with a salesman. Brand new car they just received. Was quoted 105k, which I told them I would take it. Filled out the credit app, was approved, etc.This was on a Friday, the salesman stated “new car protocol” and had to wait till Monday to finalize the deal……Monday I get a text stating the manager had to be here because of “due to exportation limitations” to authorize and he wouldn’t be here for 4-5 days.2 days later I ask if they have the sales agreement ready, and they send me the agreement and now the car is 118k???Salesman said the manager didn’t want to sell out of state at that price, due to exportation risks????Never heard of this BS and have inquired to have my credit pull refunded. Still waiting for a reply……Stay away from this crook manager.

Regal Employees did not show up at the 7AM opening time. They were 20 minutes late which extended my one hour oil change to one hour and 30 minutes. In the past the service department has provided great service but this day was not their finest hour. I had to pay $56.12 for their late opening.

I went in for a sound that was happening with acceleration and decline. There is a new sound now that sounds as if what’s keeping my wheels on the car may be the equivalent to paper clips. Any little pebble in the road I run over makes my car sound like the wheels aren’t secured properly. This is unacceptable.

So, to be honest, I would recommend this dealership for the vehicle selection and the value of the deal. However, I’ll admit there was more of a “negotiation game” played here than I would have preferred. In addition, I feel the dealership in general is bad at communicating, another big negative. But, if you’re like me and you’re willing to take your time, pull the info you need out of others, and willing to walk away this is the place for you. Saying all that, I still really liked all the guys I worked with - they were knowledgeable, numerous and have good backgrounds, just not great communicators.

I called to find out if my running boards are covered under warranty, considering the truck is only three years old. The running board/step pad on the driver side is cracked. I never received a phone call back. I called the next day the manager and “my” service advisor were both busy. They had time to tell their assistant, they were not covering it. They did not even offer to give me a quote on replacing it. After this, I assumed needed to take my business else where. I called stingray Chevrolet to get a quote on new part, or to find out if it was covered. Stingray offered to fix it for $35.The only reason I left two stars is the assistant was extremely polite.

I recently had my 2018 serviced at Regal. Sadly, I did not purchase this camaro from Regal, but wish I had..... I bought 2 camaros from another local dealer and have had nothing but issues with the newest car. I took it to Regal under the advice of GM and Ive never been treated so nice by a service department. Paul took care of me from the moment I called and when I picked the car up he spent time with me explaining everything to me and answered every question I had concerning my car. This is the most professional cordial experience Ive ever had in dealing with a service department and representative. My next Chevrolet will definitely be purchased from Regal!

I searched and searched (from my PC) and found the truck I wanted. I contacted that dealership and was ready to go try out the new truck. It was late so I would have to wait until the next day. I called the next day and that truck was sold. I continued my search once again and I called around. I sent an email and was contacted by Regal. Brittany found exactly the truck I wanted and put me in contact with Pete. As soon as I arrived to your dealership Pete had the truck waiting and made the decision very easy for me. We went for a drive and just chatted along the way. He made getting me into my Colorado a breeze. I love my TRUCK!! It has more than I asked for. Took my car there @6:50 AM .. didn’t get out until 1:30PM.. went to check what was wrong with it was quoted ridiculous amount, which I am a collage student and couldn’t afford so I told them to just do the recalls that were on my vehicle and the breaks.. I went to the back to see my car while I was waiting didn’t see anyone even touch my car. Keep in mind I had just asked the lady if they were working on it and she told me yes and I didn’t see anyone even touch it and I was looking right at my car for 1 hour. They kept telling me it was only one more hour one more hour, they took me to Publix so I could distract myself while waiting called while I was there still not done I even went to get a pedicure to kill time was gone over 2 hours, called to get picked up said they’d give my advisor an email, had to call back twice to get in touch with her said someone would be there to pick me up, waiting almost 20 minutes, decided to just walk back to the dealership. At this point I’m fed up and done : get a call back that they finally are there to pick me up, for what I was already half way there: ok go inside to pick up my car, pay and leave. I will never return both my parents have their cars serviced there and they will not return either, I ended up going to a family own shop and did everything for half the price, got a call this morning asking if everything was ok, I said yes because I’m not the type to complain, and tried my hardest to not be difficult. But being there for 6+ hours, missed a day of work, And being lied to saying my car was being worked on when I was back there watching my car not being touched! Ok, that’s ridiculous. Just because I didn’t agree to the 1400$+ quote for new tires??!! Worst experience ever. I’ve never been the kind to complain. I’ve always tried to be easy going, because I too work in customer service. I was pushed to the back of the time of priority even despite being there first before anyone else. Even one of the employees came up to me and asked wow you’re still here? Don’t take your car there!!!!!

Although we had to take it back three separate times, they relentlessly searched for the problem and fixed it completely in the end. I was very happy with the customer service and communication. I brought in my 2012 Chevrolet Tahoe LS for an airbag recall. When meeting with Jarret to turn my keys over I was informed of the possibility that during the process of replacing my airbag, there stood a chance of my dashboard being cracked. At that moment, I made it clear that if the probability was high that my dashboard would be cracked, I did NOT want to follow through with the recall fix. I informed Jarret that I havent even had the car a year yet, it was the first car I had really put some money into and that I was not ok with risk of cracking the dashboard.Jarret told me that my car was in good condition and he didnt feel I had anything to worry about. That this is a liability they have to inform me of, but given my cars condition he thought it would be fine.When I returned 2 days later to pick it up, I was handed the keys and nobody informed me of the newly made damage. They handed me the keys, the reciept, and told me to have a good day.I walked out to my car and there were 3 cracks in my dashboard. After a few minutes of collecting myself, my boyfriend, who had met me there to look at the damage went inside to speak to someone. He brought out one of the service managers and while explaining of why I was upset, I reiterated how I made it clear I did not want this done if this could be the outcome. The manager had become completely dismissive of me and I truly feel it is because I am a woman, who was being emotional over the damage. The manager was more attentive when my boyfriend decided to step in and do the talking. The service manager states at this time he was not liable for the damage and provides no options for repair. I found It extremely insulting and discriminatory the way the dealership completely dismissed my complaints and handled the situation. Later that day, I spoke to another manager and was supposed to recieve a call back with what they said would be a solution. It has been 2 days and I have not received a call back.

Good Afternoon,Out of the numerous problems I am having with this vehicle only one of them was addressed. The dealership stated they cant duplicate any of my other concerns. I admit they are sometimes random.The only repair made was a battery replacement due to a no start issue. I delivered the vehicle at my scheduled appointment time on Thursday morning April 1 at 9:15 am and they kept my vehicle until Tuesday evening the 6th of April. They had my vehicle for 6 days to change a battery.When I arrived to pick up the vehicle they made me pay for the rental that they had secured for me. If nothing was wrong with the truck except the battery why did they need to keep it for 6 days? I should have been able to get it back the same day as my appointment.I should not have been responsible for any fees since this vehicle is in warranty and could have been repaired the same day.I am still experiencing all of the issues I reported except the no start problem.I received a call from the dealership the day after I picked up my truck asking if I was happy with my service. At the moment the lady called I was at work and on a conference call. I ask her if she could call me back in few minutes that I would love to speak with her. I still havent heard anything back from her and it has been over a week.I have several other items to go over pertaining to this situation if someone would respond to me. We brought a vehicle in for a diagnostic, and were told 2 of 3 concerns could not be duplicated. That doesnt change the fact we have mechanical issues from a New York Car. The A/C compressor has had road salt hit it for nearly 7 years and has a faint squeak that gets much louder intermittently. Same goes for the lifter system that has a component tapping. I sent the Service Advisor a video clip that was shot in 4k resolution along with the HIFI microphone built into the equipment. The sound coming from the engine is louder than me speaking when the vehicle gets into its road salt thinking. Any vehicle that experiences road salts like this has absolute havoc brought upon the entire unit. From brakes, to electrical connections, and everything that operates the vehicle from day to day. We didnt buy the car, and that was not due to your service departments inspection. Unless you have some type of proof, since you stated, before we bought 😂, or brought it in, dont get it. Ive never met you, spoke to, and certainly didnt receive any writing (other than the service write up, which will be posted up), hear a voicemail message about, or hear a single recommendation to get rid of it, or however you allegedly recall what happened with 0 personal experience to whats stated (to us) by your advisor/technicians 😂. Funny thing about the recreating of problems at the dealer. We were there for several hours and already searched your inventory with approval for vehicles your lot is selling. Regardless of this the car sat still, washed, and ready to go around 1 p.m. (arrived before 11) I walked back and checked while working with your sales representative. For the record, he was by far our best experience. Which few people will ever admit, but he like the good ones was compassionate. Cant say that about anyone other than him and the Xchange representative. We didnt buy the car from Carvana, your opinion is counter intuitive, as well as counter productive. Now I know we wont be coming back their, ever, for a purchase. Look forward to posting the video to show how easy it is to recreate this vehicles disposition even though the technician states operating as designed at this time Which obviously means presently, not saying it isnt happening, even though some questioned doing repairs morally. Regardless of this, here are the service ticket pics, and upon my Pro Se litigant work being finished this weekend (far more important). That video will truly make your service department look incompetent. Sorry, not sorry about it. They certainly werent.

While the service was fine, the upsell attempt was not necessary. Additionally, when attempting to reset the percentage of oil life remaining, it appears that the language was changed from English to French. Not easily found in the manual on how to change it back.

Best experience Ive had when purchasing a car. Misael Ortega & Dalton Gilbert were very attentive, helpful. They didnt mind answering any & all my questions. Zaqueray Berridge is my hero. I feel he heard my needs and didnt push to get me into something I couldnt afford. I highly recommend Regal Chevrolet if youre looking for a great car buying experience.
