Personalized video before arriving on specific auto that I was interested in. They did not pester with calls but were flexible & accommodating for when I did arrive. They listened to my preferences.The show room was clean & open. Everyone, from Tim, Sophia & Austin were very friendly & helpful during the car buying process & provided excellent CS with details for future service.Tim was extremely knowledgeable about car conveniences, personalized setup and operation. Staff were very pleasant. Shout out to Zach and the lovely young lady that had to ride along on the test drives!! They were not Pushy...which I absolutely hate. And overall the experience was wonderful. The Only thing.. they should have more than one person working finance.. that part took forever due to the amount of purchasers that day. Not his fault at all. But it took us about 6 to 7 hour day from getting there to leaving.That said. Very happy with my CX3.. also..I was impressed that the manager actually reached out that morning to verify the appointment. For some reason I found it not pushy and very well appreciated..

The salesperson was transparent and provided numbers through text with no pressure to come in until we wanted to see and drive the vehicle. Paperwork was straightforward and no pressure to upsell. New building and lot is beautiful although we did walk into the cool glass walls a couple of times :)
You brace yourself going into a car dealership just waiting for the “Pushy Salesmen”. At Mazda Lakeland, they just don’t come. Instead, you get friendly and helpful people who are only there to help meet your auto needs. Mazda Lakeland is simply the best. Definitely a step above all other dealerships. I had a wonderful experience purchasing the perfect car for me. The process was stress free and pleasant. Smooth transaction had me out in under two hours, and that included my salesman sitting in the car showing me how to use everything and setting up my preferences. First time for using Lakeland Mazda. Nice facility. Pleasant personnel. I enjoyed looking around while waiting.Sent me a video going over the multipoint inspection. That was new.The only glitch, and this is minor, was they filled my windshield washer fluid with standard fluid. Before turning my CX-5 over for maintenance I stated to use my fluid in the trunk or not fill it. In the video I saw they had used blue standard fluid. I mentioned this to the service rep and they corrected it immediately. Nice recovery. See you in 7000 miles.

First I must say that I do not like purchasing a car because of the dealer experience. After doing a lot of research I decided to buy a Mazda CX5 Signature. I researched all of the dealerships in my area looking for the specific vehicle that I wanted and the reviews on the dealerships. I ended up driving an hour and a half from where I live because of the reviews that Mazda Lakeland had hoping that the reviews were honest. I can tell you that this was the best experience I have ever had in my entire life at a dealership! Brian assisted me in finding the vehicle. He was honest and patient with my questions and if he didn’t know he got the answer. He spent quite a bit of time with me going over all of the options and how to configure them. He gave me his cell number so we could face time in the future if I had further questions on things. Brian even called me a couple of times in the following couple of days to check in to make sure that I was happy. Everyone that I encountered at the dealership was friendly and professional. I love my Mazda and will go back to this dealership in the future if I am going to purchase another vehicle. No pressure on selling extended warranties,etc. and their pricing is fair. Came in for an oil change. Everyone was super nice and helpful. They took a videos of underneath the hood and underneath the car to show the condition of everything which was a first for me from any dealership, and honestly pretty cool. I will definitely be coming back for any service I need in the future.

My wife purchased a new Mazda CX-5 Signature.The sales agent named Brian was very accommodating and spent a considerable amount of time going over all the neat features with her as I babysat our dog Joni. The vehicle is well equipped with numerous safety features. I alsoLike the looks of the vehicle as well, although she chose white which I think is great for the hot sun in Florida but difficult to keep clean. I would have chose the Burgundy or another darker color.So far my honest opinion on driving the vehicle it seems to drive well. My only complaints so far are the noise levels while driving. It is horrendous and I am hearing disabled. The brake rotors that are visible from the outside through the wheels rust up quickly and badly. I assume the rust gets removed when the brake pads are being used. I’m going to check more as time goes on to see if that is indeed the case. ( verified that’s the case )One more thing we were told that the navigation screen which is just okay in size is not a touch screen. The manual controls are on the center console and are suppose to be safer to drive making adjustments to it manually. I find it no more safe than the touch screen. You still have to take your eyes off the road for a quick look to make adjustments.I’ll update pros and cons if any in the near future as needed.Cheers!

My car was taken to Lakeland Mazda for body work, while there a tree fell on the roof of my 2018 Miata RF that I had just purchased 6 months prior. They refused to fix my car properly. No I would not recommend Lakeland Mazda. I have never felt so disrespected and dismissed from a business as I have by them. Spend your money at a place that listens and respects you!!!
I went on 07/01/21 to the new location to get a couple of batteries for my key fob. The new location had a new car smell. The two service reps {sorry cant remember their names] were great. When I went to pay they charged me $7.50 for each. I said [wait I was quoted $5] the service rep then said dont worry about its on us. Now, I didnt have a problem paying, but the was cool. Thank you, I will be back.
Mazda Lakeland is a beautiful new facility. When I arrived there was no sign to direct customers to the service area so I was unsure where to go. I did find it before I went inside the sales floor to ask. A sign with an arrow would have been helpful. They were expecting me and the check in process was quick. I requested a car wash along with my oil change.. I was told that would require an hour and a half.. This is now the 3rd time I had to miss the car wash because of time constraints.. However they completed my oil change within 40 minutes and I was not offered the wash even though I had said I had an hour before I had to leave.. The waiting area is comfortable. I was sent links to see what was being done and their recommendation for service. I was shocked to get a $207 estimate to replace 2 air filters. I immediately checked online and the price for both cabin and engine filters was FAR less. Like 30$. I declined their offer. Then at checkout I was presented with an $82 bill. For oil change and tire rotation. I was again surprised that my account didnt inform them I have a service contract. It eventually got resolved. What a simple thing to have my customer information and service plan linked so this kind of error doesnt occur. I have to say that the level of service is far less enjoyable than the sales process was.

My dealings with LAKELAND MAZDA have always been difficult from the moment I decided to buy another Mazda to my first experience with my first oil change. They have sucked every ounce of joy out of buying a new car and have absolutely no respect for customers. I have always had a Mazda and wanted another one as I believe they are good cars. It’s the dealership that I would never go back to or recommend.

10s 10s 10s across the board!I recently traded in my sports car for a Mazda family vehicle. The safety rating is what got me to the dealership and Sophia (GM) and Nick (Salesman) is what got me to buy. The price is straight forward, what you see is what you get. And the trade in value of my car was valued more at this dealership than others. Sophia was honest, kind and compassionate as this was an extremely emotional trade (I loved my car). Nick went over all the tech my Mazda had to offer. The car has exceeded my expectations and so has the staff at Lakeland Mazda.

I came into Mazda to have my oil changed and filter changed. That was done very well by Mazda. Also brought car in for rotor replacements and faulty passenger window motor. Said parts would be delivered in one to a couple of days. Been 6 days waiting for parts. Mazda never called me for updates on delivery. Finally been told, after calling them, parts are back ordered with no approximate date of delivery to Mazda.
Friendly staff. Didn’t feel like a piece of meat and the process was smooth. The option of handling all of not a good part of the paperwork part, on line to reduce time on site would be helpful..

She didnt pressure us to purchase any add ons we werent interested in. We didnt begin our process until very late in the afternoon and the entire sales team stayed with us until late in the evening. Austin took the time to go over all of the vehicle controls with my wife of which he was very knowledgeable about. Im always a little apprehensive and tense when buying vehicles. I scheduled my oil change service appointment for 7:45 AM on Saturday the service advisor did a great job of getting the car in on time and the amount of time it took to complete the service was very reasonable they even sent live video so I could see details about my vehicle .
I hate car shopping because it’s always a draining process with the sales person who is dying for your business. I didn’t feel this way AT ALL at Mazda Lakeland. Nelson and Jorge were so nice to work with and I never felt pressured on anything. I will definitely go back for my next car.

Ive never owned a Mazda and never thought I would. I went in as a courtesy to a friend of my wifes who had recommended them. To my surprise the brand surpassed my expectations and my wife fell in love with the CX-5. Even though we arrived later in the evening the staff was still friendly, helpful, and very efficient. After meeting the GM (Sophia) it was obvious that her team is a reflection of leadership. Sophia also handled our financing, because she let her team member off early that evening. At first I was a little worried because I figured a GM probably doesnt handle the financing often and assumed the process would take longer. I was wrong and we were amazed. She navigated the financing screens like an expert and was still fully transparent during the process. She even took the time to find us an even better deal than I had going in-which I did not think was possible. I left trusting a car dealership for the first time in my life. Great people and a great experience!

Had an appointment to have a check engine light evaluated and an oil change. After one hour and 10 minutes, I checked with the service department to see how things were going. Found out they hadnt even looked at my car yet at all. Then I found out that having the check engine light looked at was going to be $99, which auto zone does for free. (If you have the repair done there later, the $99 fee gets waived,but still.) I had them bring my car back and left without getting anything done.

As compared to having an E Class Benz prior to our Mazda CX-9 experience.Anyhow. I am writing this review because we just had our vehicle serviced and once again the service provided is up to par with a luxury brand. From the reminders prior to service. To the personal visit of Mr Amador to see if everything is satisfactory, and with a graceful visit from Sophia as usual, managing a blend of casual but professionally tailored approach to our experience.By the way. I came in to check out the Mazda 3 Turbo, but ended up leaving in an MX-5 RF. Eldys made sure that I ended up buying exactly what I wanted, no pressure at all. I wish more salesmen took this approach. He let me drive whatever I wanted and how I wanted to drive them. Definitely recommend.

Joli gave me a good quote by sms, he was fast which I appreciated. Once I had a good enough deal, I drove to the dealership to see the car in person and even though I was exchanging a 2019 cx9 for a 2021 cx9 Joli made sure to explain all the newer features of the car. It took a long time to get to the finance paperwork (arrived at 9:40, left driving the new car around 1pm) only reason why I am giving a 4 out of 5 stars.
Initially went there for a part replacement covered under warranty, but descided also get an oil change as well. Pleasant experience in terms of the oil change itself the Tech/Mechanic did a very good job, and sent along a video to demonstrate the status of the car which ive never seen before. However, They didnt have the part, they have to order it, Youd think ordering a part would be done before leave, thats not the case. Didnt order the part, and called later in the evening to see if the part was ordered and was left with an i dont know. The Process to order a part should not take more then a few moments, the Mechanic provides the parts name, then parts number.., look up the part, and then order it. Done. However, the service desk had lack of experience in just even ordering a part for car. So if you go there for oil changes, and service for parts they have in stock its fine. If a part needs to be ordered based on my experience youll be left with an excuse cant order the part cause of the system isnt allowing me or similar excuse. The customer should know the part is orderd by the time they leave atleast ordered, not with a ill get to it when i can cause in reality it wont happen, other customers come and go and they will not get to it. So its important when you have there attention you get the part ordered, and if not you see the manager by the time you leave so yo know. Service Advisers needs more training, and know how to order parts it seems, is it the managers fault ? Yeh, lack of training and know how will impact if someone ever comes again. In my case Ill go there for my oil changes but if i need anything else done, avoid lakeland, and just go to the orlando location, its bigger and well equipped to service any need for you car.
Friendly and helpful staff. Jack was an amazing salesman and great to work with. I got the vehicle I wanted (CX- 30) and am more than pleased with it. This dealer has a very nice atmosphere. There is always coffee, water or hot chocolate. I miss the fresh popcorn but, I would rather be safe. The staff is always friendly and professional. They now give you a video of their examination of the car.

I wanted a Mazda Miata RF and could not find what I wanted in South Florida. Joliven sent me a personal video with my car choices. One week later I drove 3.5 hours to get the exact car I wanted. There were a few snags with my current lease, but Joliven and his team worked it out and patiently spent the entire day getting the situation resolved. The staff here is the best! My initial car-buying experience at Lakeland Mazda was quick, easy, and haggle free. They made me feel like a valued customer, not just a buyer to hit some arbitrary quota. That same level of customer service carries on in their service department where they are always timely and helpful. This in itself was enough to make me a loyal customer, but when a courtesy vehicle was sent to my rescue when Id lost my fob while out shopping, that cemented the deal. Fast and efficient. General manager is very service oriented. However my new car was damaged twice in the free car wash. First time it was promptly repaired. Second time not so. Argued that they didnt do it. My new car only had 10,000 miles on it. Stay away from the free wash!!
First class treatment from Jolivens. He sent us a video of the vehicle we were interested in as a potential purchase. He followed up with us and worked with the sales manager, Chris Tackett, to send us various options for financing or cash. Once we arrived to test drive the car, it was up front, gassed and ready for our test drive. We even looked at another potential purchase which Jolivens took us out in. We ended up purchasing the first vehicle and had the paperwork done quickly. Jolivens went over the features of our purchase and set up our Bluetooth. Both Jolivens and the service advisor. Friendly place with no pressure sale as the sales staff are not working on a commission.
Had an appointment and my service appointment started soon as I arrived. Staff is superior! The service person even sent me a video as he was working on my car. They explained what I had to have done so I could understand.
Excellent service. They send you videos of your vehicle being examined and show you exactly what parts are in good condition and what parts may need maintenance while you wait, it’s very convenient. I got an oil change, tire rotation, brake fluid change, and a wash with cleaning in about an hour and a half, pretty good. Kind staff as well.

First things first. I am a real customer not a plant or an employee of Lakeland Mazda. That being said, the end of July 2020, I had the pleasure of enjoying, yes enjoying, the process of purchasing a car from Lakeland Mazda. From the initial contact via their website, to utilizing their online appraisal methodology, to making the 50 mile drive to their dealership, nothing could have made it better . . . except the car being free; that might have worked.I have been buying cars for well over 50 years, and nothing even comes close to doing business with them. From my arrival to my agreeing without hesitation to their price, it was overwhelming to realize that there is such a humanistic approach for one to make such a large investment, no matter the price. How can that be, you ask? Simple. The sales staff is paid according to the number of cars that are sold in a specified period of time and not by how much commission one might earn. What a novel idea. Hence, a no pressure relaxing environment. Regardless of where you live, if you do not give them a chance on line or in person, you are cheating yourself out of a great experience. So I did not buy a car from them but I sure would have if the deal would have worked out. It was me, not them, I wanted more for my trade than they could go and that is fine. They knew where I stood going in, I knew where they stood. Jorge in sales and Chris where both spectacular to deal with. I will have no issue going back should they have something I want in the future.

I finally pulled the trigger to update my 2016 Miata with Apple CarPlay. The service staff was very friendly and kept me informed of the progress. I was expecting 3-4 hours but they were done just under 3. So far I’m loving the professional installation of this new addition!

Jack Hall was a person and salesman to work with. He laid out the way they do buisiness and that was putting the customers interest first. There was no pressuring into purchasing. We already knew what we wanted to look at. Jack grabbed the keys for us to check the vehicle out and take it for a good drive to make sure we liked it. He was very friendly and respectful. He wore his mask at all times which was greatly appreiated during these difficult times. The sales manager and finance gentleman were also very friendly and great to talk to. I highly recommend checking out this dealership.

While I did not end up purchasing a Mazda because I felt another brand vehicle was better suited for my needs, I wanted to give this Mazda dealership their props. From the moment I walked in, every single person I came in contact with seemed genuinely kind, sincere, and straight forward. Not one time did I feel pressured. When I announced that I opted for another brand, the rep, while Im sure disappointed, did not give me any grief, but rather a congratulations and wished me well. The staff at this Mazda dealership is a class act and I will return to them in the future should my needs change.

The employees are always helpful and professional. They even sent me a video of them inspecting my car which was pretty cool. The technician who checked my car Nemer and the lady at the desk Sarah, were both very polite and informative.

I had been to 5 different dealerships in the week and Honestly greatest car buying experience I’ve ever had! Nelson Lopez was amazing, I went in not knowing what car I wanted or if Mazda was even the car brand I wanted and he made sure to ask the correct questions on my needs and wants all while keeping me at a budget. They do not work off commission here so they will always give you best price first! No negotiations no hassle, super friendly and attentive. Showed me around to everyone welcomed me to the Mazda family and even showed me the service department for when I came in to service I would feel right at home. Would recommend 100000% both the employee and dealership!
My service today was an oil change and check all my fluid levels, plus their 99 point inspection. The service advisor was professional and answered any question I had.The waiting area was nice and clean and sanitizer was available. Coffee and water was available and they came around and offered snacks while you waited. They were very busy today, but my wait didnt seem too long.Happy with the service I received today and the last eight years.
Buying a car is one of my least favorite things to do. Susan and Jack made as painless as possible. I was able to email several times wit Susan until we came to an agreeable price. I’m one to do the math, Excel spreadsheet and all. I appreciated Susan’s willingness to answer my questions and they seemedInked they really wanted to make sure I got the car I wanted at the price I could afford. The service Dept deserves a shout out as well. They removed my trailer hitch from my old lease and installed it on the new car. That made me very happy and saved me a ton of time. I’m very concerned about the Virus and was so thankful that everyone was wearing a mask for the safety of their fellow employees and their customers. Don’t hesitate to get your next Mazda here.
