Unfortunately State Farm will find a way not to pay a claim even for customer who paid them faithfully on home owners 15 years with no claim ever. Hurricane tore up my roof for which I finally made a claim and they would only repair part of my roof (claiming the rest was fine..?) so now we enter in to a new season with a badly damaged/weathered roof. A shame how insurance companies operate no matter how good the agent.

Had them for years. I think I could probably get my car insurance cheaper but the wife tells me no... For now that is.
