Its very quiet. The office personnel is very nice and understanding. Maintenance is always fast. The apartment is nice and clean. I have not had a bad experience being here at all. They keep you updated with whats going on in the community and they also give you time to correct anything that may be broken/ damaged before fixing it themselves and charging an high fee. I respect that a lot.

Keep telling me my apartment will be ready, well here I am 5 months and still no move in date. Every month they lie and tell me a different story as to why it’s not ready. Livid is not a statement right now! I can’t even imagine how these people are dealing with others. I’ve already paid my first months rent so they’re holding on to my money. I feel now like they are just playing games with me. So unprofessional!!!!!AND BTW YOU GUYS HAVEN’T CALLED ME SO DONT RESPOND TO MY REVIEW AND SAY IT GOT TAKEN CARE OF BECAUSE IT DIDNT! THIS PLACE IS S JOKE!!! NO ONE HAS CALLED, AND CERTAINLY NOTHING GOT TAKEN CARE OF!!!!!

I always have had a Great maintenance experience!

Recent repair was done in a timely manner. It was nice to come home and see that it had been taken care of that day.

Its income based so for that said its pretty nice.The staff is friendly and the location is great. Maintenance tries to keep up but the clubhouse dryer has been broken for over a year, the concrete stairs have been broken for 2 months and the security gate is constantly breaking down. My freezer turns every item into freezer burn in less than 2 weeks (thats with the setting so low that ice cream is always soft) and Ive asked for a replacement or for ot to be fixed but 3 years later Im still dealing with it.The previous management was good about watering the grass and upkeep. Currently it has been slacking but I have seen some improvement. If your ac breaks down and its not 88 degrees or higher outside the will make you wait through the weekend. Its easy to keep going with the things that are wrong but overall its a decent place.UpdateI complained last month about the cockroach infection and all they did was put pesticide in the kitchen door hinges. I am still fighting the consent onset. Stairs are still broken. Concrete on the ground and wire support beams exposed. I know they are aware but nothing has happened. Someone will get hurt and its management fault. The grass is turning brown. The security gate is now bent and always open. I believe someone drove into it last month. No information from management letting us know when our security gate will be fixed.Please stop the cockroach!!! We need this building bombFeb 2021 updateThe review I posted caused a lot of positive responses from the apartment complex last month. My refrigerator and dishwasher have been replaced and pest control has been at the building twice. The security gate has been fixed and working properly. I am very happy with all the positive steps management has taken lately.

Great place, good neighbors, great location close to stores, schools,... the only thing is maintenance enter to your apartment whenever they want without advance notice and even when you request repair something in the apto and answer the question that says if you approve enter to your apartment do not enter they enter anyways. Id like to be at home when they go to repair something. So why they have that question in the request form if they dont care anyway? This is not respectful. Otherwise, is a great complex to live.

Most of the time theyve been responsive. I havent had any issues in a long time though.

I recently moved into these apartments 1 month ago and I’ve loved everything about it so far. The neighbors are quiet and stay to themselves which is great because I hate loud, nosey neighbors lol and they work everyday to keep the community clean and welcoming. I’ll definitely recommend Wilmington.

I have no complaints. The office manager, Linda, is personable and very helpful. Any issues I have had were always addressed promptly. The property is well kept and you can tell they care about keeping the place looking nice. I love living here!

The apartments look great and the neighborhood is fairly quite. The only thing I dont like is the way the buildings are numbered and not enough outdoor lighting.

The maintenance staff is outstanding always

Ive been living in Wilmington in Lakeland Florida for 5 years. A comfortable, silent place I have never had problems with any neighbor and I have not seen anything that affects the community. Its large courtyards for my children to enjoy playing, clean swimming pools and the children park my daughters love. In my case I do not rent a washing machine, they have a laundry and Gym with the most basic to not have to pay a membership (the only thing is that they charge 20 dollars for giving you the key and I do not think it is fair if you pay rent), comfortable parking, very good maintenance, office staff (bilingual whenever you want) the secretary (friendly when she feels so) otherwise Very good place

I never have an issue there. The staff are very kind and polite. They always response on time about my service request.The place is in a good condition, good location and is clean.

Nice place for low income families

Living here has been nice for the past few years.I hope to have many more great years here.

I like my deparment is really nice and i have really good space my kids and i love wilmington apartments because they have they own park and pool

If so could rate this at no stars I would. Whoever you have working the front, I think “Janice” was her name, should be fired. She is completely rude for no reason she acts as if it’s too much to even get information on the apartments you have available or that will become available. Maybe hire someone that values customer service more than having an attitude.

I rented for 6 years and paid on time every month. Needed to move out for personal reasons and got a prorated amount owed for not giving 60 days notice. Was told to pay in full, then and asked if I could do a payment plan if necessary and they agreed. I didnt make payments because I had time to sell vacation hours at work to pay it in full. The letter said it had to be paid in full by Dec 31st. Called Dec 30th to let them know I was on my way to bring a money order to pay off and was told it was sent to collections already because they didnt think I would pay. They then said Payments were mandatory. Well no they are not if I was told to pay in full from the beginning and worked out a deal to make payments if I needed to. They could have at least waited till the Dec 31st deadline if I didnt pay. Very dishonest. 60 days notice is ridiculous anyway, they have a waiting list and my apt was rented 2 weeks after I moved out. Dont rent here unless you are desperate. The apartments need upgrades and you pay 50 a month extra for an old washer and dryer that has been there for years.

Horrible experience of my life! My first time renting, If you want to ripped off, stolen from come right this way, staff is horrible, lazy, they do not help tenants at all. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy, those reviews with 5 stars disregard its the company trying to not look bad!!!

I had called them an no one answered, and then called back an an very politely said i had called them an hour ago an no one has responded an usually a professional person would say im sorry about that how can i help you, she paused kinda chuckled an said okay? how can i help you . very rudely im defiantly taken aback if you want someone to rent there you would think you would be a lot kinder an professional as im picking a a place i defiantly look how the phone call is handled that shows how living there is going to be . and if the way i was just talked to on the phone is anyway how living there will be im glad im continuing my search.

Only gave 1 star because 0 star was not an option.I have evidence that a formal employee that left on good terms say they are committing third-degree felonies every day. I am sure management knows what I am referring to, and if not I am not surprised. I was forced into signing a lease that I did not want. They have a smart ass attitude and acted as if I was uneducated in this matter. Well they will not be so happy. I will be contact F.R.E.C. I contact Dave in corporate and waiting for phone call back. If this matter does not get resolved I will be filling a class action lawsuit against wilmington apartment/ pinnacle. I am a fair person and I only expect the same in return. I am not going to reach out to them I will just sit back and wait for yall to call me and if you want to call my bluff I would not be so brave. I highly recommend you knock on a few doors here before signing a lease. The gates always broken by the way trash at dampers always over flows.what a lovely place to live.

Not a pleasure living here. Unless you want constant complaints from neighbors, terrible service from the front office, and random mandatory visitations into your apartment against your will, I would not reccommend living here. Main office will give you a hard time before aiding you and the gates are constantly broken. I can honestly say these have been the worst apartments Ive inhabited.

The leading agent who is an older lady was so rude to me when I tried to deliver to the office

Our apartment got broken into on sep 5th of 2014, my sons little tv was taken, our xbox, laptop and sentimental values. The cop that did our report only took finger prints and was on his way, so I did some investigating myself and actually got names of the people that were involved and when I related this info to the police, they did nothing with it. The criminals walked away, oh and another thing our neighbor saw the teenagers stealing our stuff and did not say anything or even call the cops anonymously. Weve had neighbors above us have their home broken into and got her purse stolen. I literally recommend you do not bring your family here. Its unsafe, and they dont care if your place got broken into. I know its a gated community, well, you know that gate does not work half the time, so technically its a wide open area for your stuff to be taken. The worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. I recommend Carlton arms or Village at Lake Highlands.

I used to live here and these apartments are the worst. Pepi is a liar and I believe they are stealing money from the tenants. They left me a note saying they charged me $35.00 for each of my mini-blinds because they were broken. I called the office and explained that there must be a mistake because none of my blinds were broken. They told me they changed them while I was out of the apartment, I asked them to prove that my blinds were broken and why would they replace them with the same dusty blinds. They never provided me with the broken blinds and I had to continually call them so they could credit my account.DONT MOVE HERE, THEY ARE AWEFULL!!!
