Id suggest another apartment before staying at this one. Just moved in September 21st and already having problems.There are ants infesting our kitchen and getting into our food today. We werent given anything and were told to wait till Wednesday for pest control. And we have to get our own bait for the ants, which supposedly we will be compensated for. But wasnt offered compensation for our food.Also, there are bats in the ceiling right outside our bedroom window. We have to wait for proper bat removal while they leave feces on our windows and cars.Parking is terrible when you only get one assigned spot for the whole unit even the two and three bedroom units. And if you cant find guest parking, you will be towed.I hope this is a more informative and honest review for the public.

Louie Tamayo has been such a wonderful help during the whole processes of moving. He gave an informative tour and answered all our questions when we were looking into moving to Fountain Square. Since moving in he is always willing to answer any and all questions that come up. He follows up in a timely manner and makes sure we got our questions answered. Thanks for all your help Louie! Louie works in the office and he is the best! So kind, professional, and super helpful. Anytime I need anything it’s always taken care of right away and he made the experience of renting our apartment so easy. To have great management in the office is such a relief and gives us peace of mind.

Me and my 2 boys have lived at Fountain Square apartments going on 5yrs and I love the area and especially the staff in the front office. Anytime I call or visit the office Louie Tamayo is so friendly and helpful with anything I need from maintenance requests to general questions. Anytime me or my boys see him around the complex or out and about he always greets us with a smile and checks to make sure we are well. The maintenance staff has been quick to respond to request as well and very helpful with how to avoid any issues I may have moving forward.

Over charged me for the first 3 months and didn’t give me my money back. Appliances were old. My master bathroom sink was completed rusted and you can tell they just tried to paint over it time and time again. I was in an “older unit” but I have been in “updated” units as well. The work completed is cheap and not done correctly. The errors they say “can’t be fixed” or aren’t a big deal. Once it was time to resign the lease, the rates were unreal for the product being provided. The location is central which is nice but that’s about the only positive to this location. Any communication you have with staff have in writing! They will never believe your word.

Great location and close to everything! This is my second year living here and love how peaceful it is. I am very satisfied with the service provided by Louie Tamayo from the leasing office. Louie is absolutely wonderful, professional, and caring. He provides excellent service and very responsive with getting any requests resolved in a quick period of time. We recently moved to the area and this was one of the first apartments we looked at, the price was right, the location was great and the staff is always attentive. Louie Tamayo has been especially helpful in this whole process. Louie always stops and takes the time to talk to my two little kids in the evenings while we walk around the apartment complex. He seems genuinely concerned with making sure everything is perfect for us.

This is my third time living at Fountain Square. Every place whether a home or apartment complex, will have its good and bad. When there IS something wrong, which isn’t often, I can always count on Louie to get it handled quickly, he goes above and beyond for this property. He is professional, always smiling, kind, funny and understanding. He’s become a friend and my kids call him Uncle Louie.

Though the property is older, it is well maintained and the units are more spacious than other properties in the area. The windows let in plenty of natural light. Absolutely disgusting. Cockroach infestation when I lived here and they could never get rid of them. My first night after move in I counted 32. It only got worse. Management is unprofessional and unhelpful. It is also an unsafe area. My cousin’s car was broken into in the parking lot.

Fountain Square is in a great location. The courtyard is beautiful. The staff is wonderful. This is a great place to live!

My mother lives here, the apartment is nice except the kitchen, it is tiny, dark and to make it feel even smaller & darker they painted the cabinets black (cheaply done) and put in black appliances. Otherwise the place looks nice & Mom seems to like management.

I just renewed my lease starting my 5th year here. I was in a 1 bedroom then moved into a 2 bedroom in February. Louie Tamayo has been a Godsend during my living experience here at Fountain Square. Louie is ALWAYS eager to help in anyway no matter the issue. He’s very professional, fantastic demeanor and always kind and considerate. He genuinely cares about the residents and the upkeep of the apartments. Fountain Square Apartments is very fortunate to have someone like Louie. My family and I were looking for quiet place to live, when we visit fountain square at the first time,so we came to the right place. The staff is nice and attentive, specially Louie and Gloria,the maintenance guys resolve any problem fast, wich is good and the propierty is clean... I recommended.

Ive lived here going on my 3rd Year. Louie and maintenance are on excellent. My complaints are raising my rent every year on an non upgraded apartment I live in #76. Price is really high now. I live by my self and hardly any traffic at my apartment but if someone comes over my down stairs neighbors complain about normal walking in my apartment which is frustrating to the point where I just dont have company any more. So I pay $1200 a month for a place I cant invite friends over.

I have lived in Fountain Square Apartments for 4 years. The reason for my 5 star review is simply for LOUIE TAMAYO. His customer service over the past 4 years has been exemplary. The property is definitely run down and continues to get worse, but they have Louie. He really was the bright spot to us while living here. Every time we saw him, he had a smile on his face and always treated us with respect. Fountain Square is fortunate to have someone like him working for them. With all of the negatives about the property (it really is run down and in need of many improvements), I still have to give Louie 5 stars.

Lived here one year. No major complaints really. Maintenance is a little slow. The pool is often crowded but still fun. Rent is a TAD bit higher than I would have liked but reasonable.

Well we gave a notice to leave because my dad is in the nursing home and we had to have something to accommodate him and they turn around and said someone called us so they could get more money out of us. Im like wow Dont rent there you will never get your deposit they only care about themselves.They lie too and say they had 4 dressers to move and 4 bags of trash lies only 3 tables and a fridge a bag of trash and a little trash its crazy how they lie wouldnt recommend this place keep your deposit and charge u for cleanup there places are old not well kept and they use cheap cheap stuff and when she first move in she had to clean the apt. Too much money for this place

My husband and I flew down for a few days and selected a few apartment complexes to tour. This was one of them and a major waste of time! We walked in the office and informed the guy (I forgot his name) in the first office and he said none were available before we got a chance to even explain we were moving in the fall most likely. He said only a 2 bedroom was available and it was out of budget. He didnt even offer a tour or to at least view the 2 bedroom available. A total waste of our time and he had no interest in offering any information. I saw someone else comment on these reviews about having the issues over the phone and we had the same problem in person. Due to the lack or professionalism and zero interest in a potential resident, we tore up the paperwork we got and his card. We had to push for details and he had ZERO INTEREST IN TALKING TO US. RUDE!

I recently moved to fountain square and I like the way they respond to my apartment needs. Loi has been a great help my experience with management has been great, everybody experience is different. what I would tell people that are looking for a place is never going to be 100% of what you want.

Called to discuss pricing and availability and was transferred to a sarcastic, no it all, smug man who kept cutting me off from speaking. Completely changed my decision to move there. HORRIBLE FIRST IMPRESSION.
