My neighbor has been a nightmare to live next to. For starters the entire apartment smells like an overflowing ash tray. My wife and I both work first shift and this guy screams all night long while he is “streaming.” He claims to have an internet radio show that he hosts from his studio. I don’t know who has a studio in these efficient apartments but I could only imagine it looks as bad as his “beemer” that’s always taking up two parking spots. He leaves his laundry in the washing machine all week long and I’m convinced he goes through my wife’s garments while they are in the laundry room.

The maintenance out here is great. As long as you respect them theyll do the same. Chris is a hard worker and also a good worker. As long as you give him a chance hell make it happen for you as long as that work order is in that front office. The ladies in the office have never gave me any problems. Theyre nice peoples as far as I know. I cant be for others because everybody have their own opinion on others... Also I dont have any problems with the other maintenance worker either.

They approved us with no problem and we moved in immediately. The only issue we had was the ac wasnt cooling right when we moved in and the Garbage disposal was broken. we alerted maintenance immediately and it was all fixed within the week. We have had no issues since. Melissa is great. she is so friendly and works with us on anything. I feel completely comfortable going to her with anything. we had an issue with the bank one month and couldnt get rent in time so we got a promise to pay the week later and it was fine. i love renting from them. I am so glad we made the call to come by and try this place out. It was a GOD send. I enjoy the pool and the small park for the Kids to go play and the gym is helping me alot with the rehabilitation of my ankle since my major surgery and I am even dropping some pounds. I love my quiet little home here.

We were so happy we had been living in extended stay motel rooms for weeks due to me working out of town all the time. Now i am back in town and needed a home. We got one.. Thanks so much to Jasmine Homes. We have not had any issues with them we stay to ourselves and the place is not loud and the neighbors are friendly. The place stays clean and Our kids that come on the weekends love the pool and the small park area. We could not ask for a better place and more friendly staff. chris the maintenance man is prompt and very friendly and helpful to come fix any issues we have. Melissa is so friendly and I love her she is so easy to go to and talk to about anything. Thanks so much guys.. if you are looking for a place to call home and live comfortable this is it.

We moved in in mid November and we have had no issues here. The one small thing that happened was when we first moved in the hot water in the shower needed to be hooked up but maintenance had it fixed in no time at all. Chris is always super nice and helpful and always has a great attitude when you pass him in the community.

I lived there for a few months and had the worst experience with them. They offered 15 off for paying early and had to message the leasing person every month and multiple times to even receive this. Also I never received 100 off for when they had to tent the apartment I was in since I couldnt live there for 3 days. Also when I broke my lease I was told I sould receive my final bill and it was never sent to me. Even after giving my address to the leasing office 4 times. I messaged her asking for the final bill and was ignored. I messaged again and was told it wasnt even created yet. But then I received a call from collections stating they had it for some time and the address they had on file was my apartment address that I just left. All I got from there was lies. They want too much money since they are trying to get better but then want to lie and not do what they say they will .

Ms Elizabeth made it so easy to get in an apartment considering I was in a hurry to move. The customer service is very great I wish I could give you a higher rating. This new management is making this place so much better!

Mrs. Elizabeth is a ANGEL, she is warm, caring, loving she makes you feel like your home, the minute you walk through the door. Melissa is WONDERFUL! I came to Lakeland from Ocala and had exactly 3 days to find an apartment, I probably checked out 10 places and out of all of them Melissa was the most helpful and attentive to me. She immediately showed me a unit and helped me make the move as easy and stress free as possible. The apartment itself is very nice and I’ve had zero issues, but Melissa is the real reason it stood out so much. Thank you Melissa !!!

From the very moment we walked in the door Mrs. Elizabeth was so warming and welcoming. She greeted us and asked how she could be of assistance, provided a detailed overview of the property, amenities included and expectations. My family member and I were both looking for a 1 bedroom apt, she let us know the availability, lease terms and monthly rate. We asked to view the apartments and even though it was pouring outside, without hesitation she grabbed her umbrella and showed us the apartments. We were very pleased with her willingness to help, her approach and overall the apartment. I’m pleased to say we will be moving in and will recommend Jasmine Homes. Mrs. Elizabeth’s awesome attitude and keen personality definitely played a factor in us choosing Jasmine Homes, this place would not be the same without her. Thank you Mrs. Elizabeth!

My stove caught on fire and it was over the weekend so I called the emergency hotline for maintenance you know these ppl told me that my stove catching a fire is not a state of emergency that because I have 3 other working eyes on the stove that it was fine!! Mind you I have children my dishwasher is falling apart and everything!! This is not somewhere you wanna live they don’t care about the tenants they just wanna get paid I hate it here and I can’t wait to move!! I may even break my lease it’s just that bad!!

This is an ABSOLUTE last resort. The staff is incompetent & highly unorganized. Maintenance is nonexistent.This place is a health hazard. The flooring is rotting, soft to the step. I had mushrooms growing from the base of my toilet. I asked to be transferred & received the brushoff. There are ROACHES. They exterminate but it must be the weakest insecticide ever created.In all my life, Ive never experienced a rental this bad.DONT DO IT...

As my stay at Jasmine Homes come to an end I must thank them very much for the opportunity to stay at such a great establishment. If it wasnt for the new addition to my family another year at the complex would be no problem, but unfortunately this good thing must come to an end. Just recently I put in a maintenance order for my kitchen sink to be fixed and before I made it back to the apartment maintenance was already in there fixing it. I remember a wasp nest inside my porch light we told maintenance and they handled it right then. The most important asset that Jasmine Homes have is Ms. Elizabeth we absolutely Love and adore her. She is the most understanding and helpful person Ive ever met. First impressions are everything and I must say her first impression made us choose Jasmine Homes. So to the Jasmine Homes staff on behalf of me and my family we would like to say thank for making our stay so easy and loving.

No integrity! So I applied put down a holding fee for 24 hours and they wont return it. Changed my mind the next day. Waited 3 wks patiently. They gave me the run around. Wow can you say bad character. Keep the application fee and the administration fee. I never wanted that back. I am glad I escaped the living conditions I know it would have been horrible. They are unorganized and unprofessional. Mrs. Elizabeth was pleasant. I hope that holding fee was worth getting a bad review.

Great staff, very helpful and encouraging. Elizabeth is full of joy and happiness, she takes pride in what she do and I thank her for that.

Jasmine homes has been my residency for about 2 1/2 years and soon Ill be leaving. Its better than the slum area I was at before near Memorial. Yikes. 😧However, despite the MANY changes of office staff, and numerous maintenance guys, they, Robert and Kris have stayed and pulled together to get the work orders done as quick as possible! Overall, its still fairly affordable as MANY OTHER Apartment communities (Ive looked) are QUITE A LOT!Im also very thankful that Elizabeth has become QUITE knowledgeable about the ins and outs of managing the office when shes there by herself; handling conflict resolution, and helping to get proper paperwork in to the Lkld Housing Authority when I WAS on Section 8 as well as for other tenants that still are (theyre my friends)! I know, long sentence.Lastly, Im not just a happy camper that the rules of the pool times are more SET (closes later), but Im very elated when I can swim as that is a BIG form of therapy for me (helps with certain medical/physical disabilities)!God Bless All at Jasmine Aparts. Havent moved in yet but so far the manager has been great. Well moved in had a lot of issues when I first moved in. Wouldnt be my first choice. Workout room its pretty much shut down no AC all workout equipment is push to a corner extremely hot you can only get to it when the office is open I had issues with them wanting me to pay rent money is old when I wasnt even here two months threaten eviction thats taken care of. And issues with a lot of people entering my unit when I said not to maintenance non-emergency issues I work at hours cant get the mail sometimes during the week cuz laundromats closed and thats where the mailboxes are air conditioner is old leaking water all over carpet still may be a potential mold problem later on or you already is water seepage from upstairs two back wall in kitchen the maintenance in these apartments are poorly constructed 1970 units its a place to live for the moment not counting numerous warning letters everybodys door consistently it has slowed down a little but a lot of threats all the time for grills satellite dishes etc

This place is the worst.. Bad management.. Bad maintenance.. The laundry is always dirty and most of the machines out of service.. They dont clean up the front of the buildings which are full of dry leaf.. They dont do a thing to make the place better but they do get the rent up.. As an advice dont waste your time in this place!!

This place is a disaster. When I decided to move, I went and spoke with Mrs. Elizabeth. She told me that if I gave the letter 60 days notice I wouldnt have a problem, When I spoke with her, there was also the manager Shawn and both of them said everything will be fine. And as they told I bring the letter, when I went to ask what it was that I had to pay they told me the price and they even applied a credit that I had, I Paid the money and they said everything was fine to move that I dint owe anything. When I delivered the apartment, Mrs. Elisabeth told me that everything was fine in the apartment, that the deposit was delivered to me in a week. I waited the week and nothing happened and them, they told me that I owen a whole month and thats why they did not give me the money back, I was really mad because several times they told me that everything was fine. Mrs. Elizabeth contradicts herself a lot in what she says and does, they have no organization. when I ask her why she told me everything was fine, she denied everything and obviously they never lost, they took my deposit and they charge me 106 for painting the apartment, and before I move I clean everything and replice the blinds and the borner dont waste your money. I definitely do not recommend this place they are a fraud. And they are double-sided.

So crappy. The people in the office are rude and truly dont care about you. Tried to raise our rent 87 dollars when the playground is broke, pool is closed 98% of the time, washers and dryers dont ever work, they never do maintance because they hire random people.

This place has turned in to a horrible place to live not because of the tenants but because of the staff!!! They are never avaible when u call even when u go to the office usually closed and my apartment has been a headache due to the fact that EVERY TIME IT RAINS MY UNIT GETS FLOODED AND THEY WILL NOT UNDERSTAND THAT THEY NEED TO FIX THIS ISSUE i dont recommend to live here. Expect your electric to be around 300 dollars for a small 2 bedroom 1bath.Had Lakeland Electric come out and audit to see why my bill is so high and why my a/c never gets under 80 degrees find out the a/c units are from 1984,freeze up all the time. Very old buildings all they do is paint over the bath tubs, mines is already cracking. I live on the second floor but can hear everything my downstairs and next door neighbors do.linoleum floors that are coming up already in the corners. I have been assaulted by a neighbor trying to break in my apartment called police out but she had taken off. Not a very safe area when you have neighbors who sit outside and sell/smoke weed all day. New management communicates with you in a very rude tone (demeaning)and if you have an emergency you must wait until 9 am the next day.Dont ever start a new job and be late on your rent because, they are ready to evict you anytime. Looking forward to moving early next year.

BEWARE!!!!DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!This place is horrible they have gone through three management people I can honestly say when Kayla was there stuff got fixed without having to call more then once. Now with thesr new ppl there short staff with maintenance staff my tub has been sitting witg standing water for three days now went to the office to fill out work order its now day four still not fixed called office again and was told there working on a maintance schedule as if I care I have two kids and myself who need to shower no instead of using our own home we have to go to my sisters house for the passed three nights!!!

Save your money is not even worth that the maintenance team is horrible and the office staff are just as horrible as maintenance

Lived here before and it was awful. Upon moving in there was still belongings of the previous tennant remaining in my apartment, including milk, mail on the counter, and various other items. You can hear everything the upstairs neighbors do.

Every time it rains waters seeps through the walls. My whole apartment is a giant pond. The carpets get soaker everything gets soaked. Please avoid this place

I have been a week with the refrigerator damaged and I go to the secretary to report it and they tell me that this is not an emergency. And as I am leaving they cannot be anything and I call the maintenance man and he says that it cannot be anything either because it is a long weekend and I tell him that things have been damaged in the fridge and he tells me they cant be anything I have to wait until Tuesday Im going to see them telling me the rent of the apartment because they dont fix anything but to collect the rent they are good Im crazy because its 30 to leave the maniller and the secretary and they are rude have no ethics or anything I do not recommend the place to live to anyone. No one is the worst place to live.
