Horrible experience. Paid over $500 for repair on my 3-year-old Kenmore Elite refrigerator and it still wasn’t fixed. Called back the next day and they would not send anyone else out for 3 days even though I had already paid for the repair. Lost a lot of food. Then, to top it all off they wouldn’t refund all the money I gave them for the repair. But, of course, they all tried to sell me on a Sears home warranty. Beware!

As of 7-2020; THE DIAGNOSTIC CHARGE OF $89+TAX DOES NOT GO TOWARDS ANY LABOR OR PARTS FOR THE REPAIR OF THE APPLIANCE. The diagnostic charge is a stand alone fee ON TOP of the labor and parts.The call center DOES NOT have the correct information. The technician will tell you differently from the call center.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE unless you have a warranty with them.
Still waiting on parts, a week later. No information on when it will arrive, 3rd week
We had service member come out twice to fix our refrigerator. We paid a hefty fee both times even though the second was still the same problem as the first. It is still not fixed and they will not offer us an earlier appointment. So, weve been out of a refrigerator for two weeks waiting for service.
