Our AC suddenly stopped working one evening. We called Ride Out and Sons and they were here not even an hour later. They were able to make the repairs and even had the part on hand, AC was repaired in no time !

Rideout & Sons were efficient, on time, and the best price in town. I called other AC sites to ask for a bid to work on my AC, all of which said they had a charge varying from $39 to $109. Rideout had no charge and gave me a bid the same day. They arrived early with enough techs to finish the job in 1.5 hours. Sometime after leaving, I noted that my thermostat was not operating correctly. I called Rideout and a tech arrived within 10 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it and best of all NO CHARGE for his help. This is a great company that stands behind its work.

Tried them out instead of my usual HVAC guys. Never again! They broke equipment on my system and refused to repair it because they werent familiar with it, charged me for unnecessary things before getting my approval and was then told to guess how much I was being charged. I guessed the price I was given on the phone when I originally called? Nope, $50 more! Congratulations! The tech acted like I was winning some horrible prize I didnt want. Then to top it off, less than 2 months after their visit, my A/C has completely broken down and I delightedly found out they have NO warranty on their work. Want to charge another $100 to fix what they broke. Horrible joke of a company.

Twice in the past two years Ive had to do call for AC repair. Im on a very tight budget so I called the cheapest repairs I could find. Both times I ended up having to call Rideout after because the cheaper companies could not fixed the issue. From now on I will always call first should I need them again! Very professional and get the job done right the first time!

My A/C quit. I called Rideout and Sons d/t all the positive reviews on FB. They were at my home w/in 1 hour of my call and had my my entire system (A/C & handler) replaced in less than 24 hours of my initial call. The price and service were both exceptional. Highly recommend!!!

Had Techs out twice to repair AC not keeping temp. Told tech the pump wasnt cycling properly and needed to be replaced. He told me the pump was fine and you cant hear it?? Huh?? His excuse was its hot outside... Yes thats why we have AC...Cars have AC and you wouldnt use that excuse. Long story short, went to Home Depot and replaced the pump. AC is 70 all day...

I was given their name from my neighbor. She was extremely happy with their service. I will be letting all of my neighbors know who to call if they have an a/c problem. They do not try to sell you something that you don’t need. The company that came over before them, tried to sell me a $8,000 system.

I purchased a new AC unit from Rideout. They did not try to oversell the equipment and recommended only what I needed. The crew worked efficiently and had the installation complete within a few hours. I will gladly call Rideout for annual system maintenance.

We came home this afternoon to a hot house with the A/C not working. We called Rideout and they were at the house within the hour. Thankfully it was a simple fix and the price was great. I own my own business and know and appreciate extraordinary customer service when I see it. When the 14 year old a/c unit in my home took a powder, I expected that the verdict was going to be replacement rather than repair and that was indeed the case when one of Rideouts competitors gave me their estimate. I authorized the job provided it was going to be done in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, their two day estimate turned into 5 days due to the upcoming holiday and that left me in a lurch. I had heard good things about Rideout from my service manager so I called them and they were out the same day. They called with an estimate which I approved and promised it would be done by the weekend. Imagine my surprise when I came home to a cool house! Knowing of our plight they had put extra men on the job and replaced the air handler and the outside unit all in one afternoon, all at no additional charge. My wife was especially impressed at how hard they worked at not making a mess inside the house. Bottom line? A quality job at a very competitive price done in record time. Rideout and sons was referred by my neighbor when we moved here 2015 October from Indiana.We have been using them to service our 2004 4 ton trane since then, all went well. We decided to replace that system two weeks ago with a 5 ton Bryant system. Great advice from Chris with the 5 ton. Whole house is way better and we are ready for the real heat of the summer coming. Quick, professional and reasonable on price. We woke at 4AM hot and no AC. I decided to call Rideout at 6:30AM after researching. I saw they opened at 8, but thought Id call and leave a message for a call back...but they answered the phone, took my info and said theyd be out that morning. At 9AM the tech showed up (Lee) and he was quick to diagnosis the issue (small circuit board on blower motor) and had the AC on within 30 mins of his arrival. We bought our (14 yr old) home earlier this year and it has the original HVAC system...Lee checked it out and said it was in great shape, made no attempt to sell us a new unit or anything not needed and even gave some free advice on the air filters were using. We WILL call Rideout when it comes time to replace the HVAC system and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

Ive dealt with a few A/C companies but once I found Rideout, I dont even consider anyone else. Johnny on the spot whenever I have needed them, never had better service. I dont know if they are the cheapest, I dont care. They are by far the best I have dealt with.

If you cant stand the heat, call Rideout. Our A/C went out and we called before hours and Tim sent out Lee who was here before 8a. He had the problem fixed within 30 minutes having the unit running like new. The charge was reasonable and I would recommend Rideout to everyone.
