They met my standards and exceeded them. Weeks later, I had a few more questions. They answered them cheerfully and completely. I was so very impressed!!! Christina is AWESOME. Called this morning in a panic, my thermostat was acting up and summer is around the corner. As I was explaining what was happening, she told me I needed to clean the drain lines. Now, I pour bleach down the lines every few months and didnt believe her. However, with her on the phone, I went out and checked them. Oh my gosh!! Looked like two pounds of horse snot!.. I was able to unclog the line and water began flowing out of the line like a spigot. Everything working as designed now. Give the woman a raise!

We have a newer system that is less than 2 years old but stopped working last week. (There was no air coming out of the vents). Zeek came by earlier than expected (we were expecting him late afternoon and he came in early afternoon). He identified the problem, replaced the part and had our system back to working within an hour. Also, the ladies whom I spoke to on the phone were pleasant. Great service. Highly recommend.

Unable to repair HVAC, they do not stock parts,took 3 days to give us price to replace compressor and never gave us price to replace entire system. As far as the repairman new we had no AC for days in the middle of July.

Payne was the contractor hired to install my A/C system by our builder. I have had to contact them a few times regarding some issues with our equipment, and each time they have been professional and extremely responsive in handling our issues quickly. Had an issue with my mini split that was a hard fix and took sometime to get right but Payne stuck with it and got it right. They diagnosed and fixed my problem quickly. The technician, Raymond, was professional and courteous, answering my questions promptly and clearly. He explained what he was doing and why. I understand basically how mechanical systems work but because I’m a female some repairmen respond condescendingly, but Raymond was respectful and helpful. He also made suggestions to repair my UV system that hadn’t worked in more than a year. Described what was available, made recommendations and ordered what was needed. He returned and installed the new system and I’m very happy with it. I’d highly recommend Payne and I intend to request Raymond for any future repairs.

Greg did a fantastic job when he came out to work on my AC! He was right on time, which was great for my tight schedule, had her up in running within the hour, was incredibly informative and explained what had happened inside my unit, and my pets loved him. What did I like about this business?! Well a shorter list would be what did I not like about this business, which is nothing! I have zero complaints! They worked fast

Called Payne late on Friday, and our serviceman, Derek Moon, was at our door within a few hours. He checked out our broken AC, got the needed part and had us up and running in no time. Nice job Payne and kudos to Derek. Derek was very personable and let us know what he was doing on each step. He was super clear on what was under warranty and what our cost would be so no surprises when it came time to pay.

Air conditioner quit cooling, and Payne sent a tech out on a Saturday evening, with the promise to have it up and running Monday. Monday came and different tech came to installed a new part. Unfortunately, it still would not cool, so Tuesday, the first tech returned, and replaced a different part and was able to get the air conditioner to work. This is a shout-out to Jeff, the tech, who saved the day. Really appreciate Payne for their professionalism, speedy response and service. Wouldnt call anyone else!

We use Payne a lot. Tyler Clark is our technician that usually comes out. He is a great tech and is very knowledgeable and courteous. Always does a great thorough job. With that said all techs that have came out were great . Everyone in the company is very professional.

Website said 24hrs so I called and a lady answered, first thing I said was I am sorry for calling so late. I asked if I could have someone come fix my ac it’s a simple fix I just don’t have the parts. She said not tonight but could have someone com tomorrow. I said I have my child sleeping in the house is not able to wait that long I’m sorry and she just hung up. Definitely not what I was expecting with as good of a review that they have.

Our air conditioner started acting up and after a couple of days it was really getting hot. We called Payne they told us they would be out the same day.
