I had outstanding customer service from this location, Maria Lynch was so helpful, first on the phone call then in person helping me to file my non filer tax return she filed for me so I can receive the stimulus money I haven’t received. She is very pleasant, patient, and so friendly. Very happy customer :)

Moved from New York to Illinois in November because I got married over the summer. We had to find a tax preparer to do our taxes. Our taxes were not so simple this year since it would be our first year filling jointly and we had to file in multiple states (New York & Illinois).While shopping at Walmart in Lake Zurich I noticed signs posted at the entrance to get your taxes done here so when I received all my tax papers I decided to give them a try. Maria was very professional and knowledgeable considering that I came from another State. She made this process so easy and worry free. She even figured out that we where owed a stimulus check. We highly recommend that should you have all your tax papers and if you happen to stop by at Walmart in Lake Zurich for some shopping, pay Maria a visit. We will be going back next year.

Joe prepared my taxes very thoroughly and his completion/response time was very appreciated. I’ve been having my taxes prepared by Joe at JH for the past 4 years. I will see him next tax season.
