We received a note that our return would be processed, but no notification since then. It has been 2 months. I’ve called customer service many times and had no resolution, because no one can tell me what happened to the “tax pro” that was assigned our case. We had to file an extension and now will be taking our business elsewhere.

The representatives were so kind, and I usually have a lot of questions so the representatives, Bob at the lake Zurich location really helped me understand what was going on with my taxes, the changes and it was just fantastic.
