Preventive Maintenance replaced two patio steel columns (which were badly rusted to the point of having many holes towards the bottom of each column). They did a great job and Im happy that my patio is structurally sound again. Thanks Kristian and Sherry and your team!

WOW, we are loving our new lanai, the guys did an amazing job from tearing out the old rotten deck, to forming and pouring the cement slab, then finally building the lanai. You would never know that the guys had been working, everything was cleaned every time they came to work. We cant be happier! Kris and Sherri worked with us in all aspects, from figuring out what we wanted to finally getting it done. So happy we chose them for our project! We will call them again!

We were extremely happy with the work that was performed by the crew to repair a leak in our roof and to replace a portion of Fascia that was damaged by the leak. The crew was punctual and professional. The work was impeccable and everything was cleaned up before they left. Looking at the repairs, no one would know there was anything done - thats how well it blended in with the remainder of the roof and fascia. Would certainly use them again.

I have had the pleasure of enoying drinks and meals at two backyard bars created by Preventative Maintenance. The bars are well built, aesthetically pleasing, functional and a must have for amazing backyard entertainment. Kris and Sherry are great fun and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting ramp up their home for backyard fun or needing any sort of home or office reno.

Not sure what to think about a company that has their family members write reviews to bolster their ratings? Ive identified at least 5 five star reviews that are clearly from family members and employees of the company including the owners office manager/wife Sherry Mohammed Irr and crew chief Brian Deonarine!!! Now I realize that the owner usually has no control over who posts reviews, but in this case the owner responds to all 5 reviews and actually thanks them, which clearly shows that he was in on it!!! Shame on you Kristian and Sherry (Mohammed)Irr!! And not only are these all 5 star reviews but they actually wrote comments praising the company. What a slap in the face to the consumer trying to read some honest reviews but having to filter through all these fake ones. I have reported these reviews to Google to look into so they can be removed. I have also found bogus reviews on their Facebook page and I therefore have to suspect the same exists on other sites such as Angies list, LinkedIn etc.. I would personally never recommend hiring a company as deceitful as PMSS that has to post fake reviews to increase their ratings. Just in case the owner has his family/employees remove these bogus posts, I have taken screenshots.UPDATE 2/12- Thanks for the response Kris but youre only proving my point. I neither have a grudge nor do I want to harm your company. The harm here is being done by you by having friends and family post bogus reviews. Surely you would agree that nobody wants to read reviews from friends or family as these reviews would be viewed as biased. Its clear you at least agree that family reviews are suspect as I see that your wife/office manager Sherry Irr removed her review this morning. Its funny how you didnt feel the need to address your wifes posting in your response today and now its gone.. How come Kris.?? Why not do the right thing and have the rest of these suspect reviews by anyone with the last name Irr or Mohammed removed?? Oh thats right, you need those reviews to boost your ratings. I have proof of everything Im saying, so please stop the lying as youre only hurting yourself. Lastly, thanks for letting everyone know that you hire unethical people like Ryan H with substance abuse issues. I surely wouldnt want anyone from your company up on my roof.Update 4/24 - Well ever since I called these guys out they had friends and family post a bunch of positive reviews, once again to boost their ratings. Never ends with these guys. Keep those deceptive / bogus reviews coming Kris. Anyone from Trinidad (where your wife / office manager is from) or anyone with the last name Mohammed (your wifes last name before she changed it to Irr) are clearly biased. Funny how all these people giving you positive reviews have just one review, just for you Kris. Clearly you contacted each and every one of these people and begged them to post a good review for PMSS. Nice job. Anyone who really wants to know about PMSS just look and see how many times PMSS / Kris has been in court in Palm Beach County. They have been sued, had several numerous foreclosures on their properties and were sued by the IRS for not paying their taxes for 5 years.
