The permit inspector even commented on the fine work and quality of materials. Ron was helpful and straight-forward with everything and worked with us to get just the right windows and style for us. Jen always kept us up-to-date on the order and they always showed up on time and were pleasant to have around. I highly recommend them.

Excellent workmanship, fair prices, nice people. They worked with us to make sure we got the doors we wanted. We needed doors cut to custom size because of our unusual size door opening. The installation was done on time and we are very satisfied. We had double front doors with hurricane proof glass inserts and two side doors replaced all with new frames. Highly recommended!

I couldn’t have made a better choice to have picked R C Windows & Doors to replace and install the 13 new windows and 2 doors they so expertly installed at my home this past month. From the time Ron Conklin (owner) came over for our initial consultation, I knew he was the right person for the job. Ron gave me some recommendations as to what windows & doors he thought would work and he was extremely thorough in explaining what the entire job would entail. As promised, Jen (Ron’s wife) sent me their proposal within the 48 hours Ron said it would be sent. Fast forward to when the work began...... Ron and his coworker (Gene) were always on time and their work was BEYOND IMPECCABLE!!!! Also, there were no “surprises” from what Ron told me during our first get together. Honestly, that’s quite unusual when working with contractors these days. Super fast service. Came out the following day from my initial call. Used their coupon, had Ron fix both rear sliders on the back of my house. Both of which initially sounded like a dump truck driving through a nitroglycerin plant. After his magic touch, theyre now completely silent. Also fixed both mangled screen doors (rollers and destroyed screens). He was extremely patient, down to Earth, and didnt give the vibe hes just in it for the money. Very knowledgeable, experienced, and quickly answered all my questions with patience (even gave me some free advice about my garage door on the way out). If I EVER need window or door repair ever again, this is the place I will go, and place I will refer to everyone.

Work was done in quick amount of time at reasonable cost. Ron and Jennifer were friendly and very easy to work with. Always kept scheduled appointments and work looks great. Installed new working windows in old storefront type window in breakfast area and makes room look brand new. Also repaired sliding glass door rollers. Door is now easily opened and closed just like new. Would use their services again.

Just wanted to write a few words about our great experience with RC Windows and Doors. Jen was an exceptional person to deal with on the phone. She was informative and communicative about the process. Unfortunately, our pool/bathroom door was old and unrepairable so we had to buy a new door. FYI: brace yourself...doors are expensive, but RC kept it reasonable. After doing a little research, I was ready to live with the old door, (duck tape and all), but the new door and installation quote was actually less than I expected. Ron did a great job explaining the situation and installing the door. He was done within an hour. The door is functional and beautiful. Super happy!

Ron at RC Windows & Doors saved us a ton of money simply by being honest and knowledgeable. We have two off-sized large front doors to our home, and had 2 different contractors look at them because they were severely sticking. Neither fixed the problem and neither knew the cause - Ron was here no more than 10 minutes before he diagnosed the problem, and within an hour he had them both fixed. Along with the repair he spent time explaining the structure of these doors, and pointed out several issues around the frame that needed attention.I would highly recommend RC Doors & Windows.

Most reviews are written once the service or product has been purchased. They should be written months later when youve had a chance to truly review things. It just so happens that back in April I had Ron come out to repair my windows. A couple of springs had broken. His wife Jennifer called me the day before to confirm the appointment and he was there at the promised time. He did a great job.7 months later I had a similar issue on a different window. Ron came out on time again. Assessed the situation and recommended not to repair it because the problem would re-occur in less than a year. He didnt try to sell me a new window. So there was nothing it for him except being HONEST. He then went on to check the previous work he did and made some adjustments. All of this at NO COST. Now that is SERVICE. These guys are great!
