We have used The Pool Service Company for three (3) years. They are extremely competent in their service and advice, totally earn the fees they charge, and they are prompt and efficient. Most of all, they are honest and have integrity.

I’m giving this company 5 stars because they are of the honest-type that is becoming increasingly rare in our society, as they will go above and beyond for others. This includes mailing back a complete stranger’s wallet, and in doing so redeeming what otherwise would have been an absolutely terrible week. If you want to do business with and organization made up of compassionate, selfless, and truly good people, then look no further.

Horrible company to work for. Got fired because I broke my leg..and Oscars reason was Your like a Nfl football player the day you injure yourself your career is over... They dont care nor help you out if something comes up. Worked over 70hours hours a week wasnt compensated for the time. They run you ragged and then if something happens to you they fire you.

My pump died late on a Friday and I called this local company to help me. They called me back and were here on Monday to give me a quote. Oscar was polite, helpful and my pump was replaced one day earlier than he quoted.! My pool never had the opportunity to turn green. I am so glad there are still small businesses like this that care about their service. My new pump is working great!

Oscar and company are my weekly pool service company and just recently I had the pool completely redone; tiles diamond bright etc. It came out beautifully! They were extremely professional, responsive and patient (me changing my mind a few times). A+

Youre going to need glasses by the time you finish reading the lengthy review I am posting. Oscar is the most honest, knowledgeable and generous human being/contractor I have ever known. And. I know what Im talking about because I built and restored houses in New York State for decades. Here in Florida, I have been struggling for two-years to find a competent and honest person to help me with my hot tub/whirlpool project. The contractor I hired was clueless. He thankfully referred me to Oscar. Oscar spent over an hour on the phone listening carefully to the details of my job. Oscar has so much integrity that, rather than selling me a system that would cost 4-5K, he came up with a solution that would save me that entire cost, despite his not making a dime! Talk about an angel on Earth. Thats Oscar. Theres more. The original contractor walked off the job and Oscar spent time reaching out to one of the subs, who speaks no English, explaining to him how to complete the work. And, Oscar offered to be on the phone with this sub when hes on site, to talk him through the work. Have you ever heard of a contractor like Oscar? In my 40 years of doing renovations and constructions, I never have met a man like him. Whatever you need, you can trust this man.

Oscar and his team are fantastic. We have used them to manage the pool at my condo and it looks fabulous, but also feels wonderful when in use.
