We hired Lake Worth Pinch A Penny to install an automation system for our pool and spa and to repair/replace the pool and spa lights. Dan was our point of contact, and I can’t say enough about how helpful he was. When their technicians discovered that the old wire for the spa light was stuck in the conduit, Dan researched and found a solution that didn’t cost us anything extra. Other pool repair companies I called told me it was a common problem that could cost thousands of dollars to fix. Later, when an old seal cracked and sprung a leak, Dan promptly stopped by to fix it free of charge. You can count on the honestly, integrity, responsiveness, and expertise of this team.

I recently purchased a Hayward pool vac from Pinch a Penny in Lake Worth FL. When I got home and tried numerous times to set up the vac I was unable to successfully. I called the Lake Worth location and within an hour they sent out there Pool tech Gilbert to assist me. Before arriving Gilbert called me to let me know he was on his way and when he got here he walked me thru the set up process and in no time it was working. Gilbert was patient and took his time to ensure my wife and I were aware of the set up process. The service we received was outstanding

Love this place, specially that its almost door to door with little Caesar pizza and you can pick up a pizza on your way. Was shopping there for last two years, spend probably more then $2000 during this period (filter doom, filters, pool robot and weekly chemicals). So far so good, nice friendly staff, OK prices. BUT one day, well today, my new filter ($96.66) that I purchased month a go, appear to have a giant crack, basically blow up in the doom. Well took it to my friendly people in the store..... Boom I got 10% on the replacement filter. With all the respect dear people if you not responsible for equipment you sale, why would I trust you with other services you provide, specially with chemicals. Its a disgrace, bad service, and you lost a very loyal customer.

So glad I switched to their pool service. Fair prices, never missed a week and the pool is always sparkling!! Always very knowledgeable and helpful with any pool issues! Great customer service 🤗

Never saw worse customer service in my life. Our pool is completely green under thier services. Waiting for a week now for them to show up and service the pool, they excuse that situation in the most ridiculous way. would not recommend on these guys to no one.

The Family that owns this Location are very nice, however some of their employees could use some work in Customer Service.I was there to purchase a new Pump & Filter System. July 19th, 2017. It was 9:15 am, just as they opened and I had asked the Man if by Baby Girl could use their Restroom.He said no, they dont have a Bathroom.I said, Im about to spend close to $1000, my Baby Girl cant use the restroom?He said, No.Thank God the Salon a few doors down allowed a 2 year old to use their restroom so she wouldnt piss Herself.Thanks again for such great Customer Service

Each and every time I need something these folks go above and beyond. Recently had a problem with some equipment and I was entirely sure that I needed a service call but they covered all other possibilities and avoided the need. They have my business for life.

My experience with this location has been mixed over the years but overall I will give them an A for effort.

If I could give this business zero Stars I would. I received an advertisement in the mail for a pool cleaner specific specified at 199. When I walked in one of the employees told me that it was 199 and then I would receive a $50 rebate card. When I went to check out I was told that I was misinformed and it was actually 250.

Worst store I bought a pool cooler Hayward and a pool pump pump bad after year sent someone out said pump bad then sent someone else who said was out of area sent next one nobody called back call pinch a penny the OWNER was very rude I just want pump fix and you have to jump through hoops to get anything all smiles when there selling you heaters and pumps
