In August I hired them to resod lawn and install sprinklers. They were great from start. Quick and profesional. Josh was great at explaining system. Unfortunatly not all the grass took. I reached out to them to see if I could replace the dead sod. They said they would replace the sod. Understandable that hurricane Irma came and there would be a delay. I reached out to them and they said after clean up I was at top of list. It is now middle of October and have not herd back from them. I guess now I have to find someone else to replace the dead squares of sod that make my beautiful new lawn look bad. Very disappointed!!! Not professional at all on the follow up at least!

Continuously billed for services I never received. I live in an apartment complex and just randomly keep getting bills from this company. Nobody ever answers the phone when I call, and after numerous letters and emails...still getting billed...I live in an apartment complex....ridiculous

I have been trying to communicate with a manager or owner for three months to no avail.Tech always shows up, but doesn’t speak English, and directions are not followedI’ve tried to stay here, but no one there cares!

This company is a joke. My wife and I cancelled our service at the end of June. We have been getting letters and phone calls demanding that we pay bills for May and June. We have receipts from this company and credit cards receipts that we have emailed to them. The company continues to harass me and my wife insisting that we pay for these months. Please use another company and dont get sucked in by these crooks.
