Used the business and had a technician come today whos name is Ricardo he spend quality time inspecting the property and found sources of entry and sealed up the area. He was wonderful and is planning on following up with us throughout the week.I want to say that Ricardo was so knowledgeable and thorough and careful. He was the best tech i have had to assess and begin the process of ridding my house of these mice. I highly recommend Nuisance Wildlife Rangers and i want to give high recommendations to Ricardo, thank you so much.
Ive used this company twice and both times they did a great job. I especially like the way my technician Adam communicated with me every day. I highly recommend their services.
From the moment I called this company, they were super helpful! Scheduling was a breeze and someone was out in a timely manner. Phil was extremely knowledgeable and able to put our concerns at ease. Highly recommend you call for your animal control needs!!!
Excellent work. Seamless process. Highly Recommend.
Raccoons and opossumsYes, it is expensive the service, I agree, but it is more expensive to repair all the damage that these wild animals would have done inside my home if I had not caught the problem on time. They came immediately and took care of the problemI have no guts to go on the roof and get this job done cuz I make more money with my four limbs in good shape than with a broken leg for trying to save $$$Also, they do give you a free inspection and Quote. You are NOT compromised to sign up to contract their services despite the price.
Initially very helpful, but after reaching out for more services it’s been almost a week. I’ve called 3 times, receptionists tell me i should hear from manager or technician, i have not. I have infants in my home and this is very unsettling that I’ve calling stating an emergency THREE times. I paid $900 for their services, i haven’t been rude to any of their employees so I’m confused as to why i can’t get any service. Seems like they sealed whatever into my home and now i have to shell out money to another company just to get some help. This is ridiculous.Edit: someone contacted me. Added a star because they seem to be genuinely nice people. & Other company was available first and reassured me they did their job well. It was a new issue that arose. Appreciate their initial services still.
Great service!!! Great price!! They arrived quickly and were extremely courteous!! I will definitely use them again!
I needed help with an issue I was having. When I called Nuisance Wildlife Rangers they were able to help me promptly with no hesitation.10/10 would recommendThank you!
If a mistake was made, and the company accidentally traps a cat it believes to be ferral they should at least have the decency to tell the owner WHERE and IF if was relocated. If not relocated, be up front and tell them so allowing them closure and the opportunity to grieve their lost pet. Unless something below board was done with the animal and the company is intentionally misleading customers as to the companys policies and practices I see no reason the information cannot be provided so that the family can at least try to locate their relocated pet.
Very thankful! Super quick service.
They are so nice and have a cute dog.
Great work! Thank you for getting rid of the dangerous yellow jacket nest underneath my shed
We had some snakes that were nonpoisonous but unwelcome nevertheless. We lucked out getting Anthony B. for our technician. He extends himself to his customers, he responds to calls quickly, (especially when an unwanted visitor shows up), he is always professional and good natured. He knows what hes doing and keeps us informed. Goodbye snakes, we are going to stick with Anthony.
Just the fact that they are taking cats and not scanning for microchip first is disgusting. Absolutely disgusting.
In August, I brought the overcharging of my monthly service to Andrews attention, which he confirmed, they were overcharging me and assured me Id be getting a refund check! Were in mid-October and NOTHING. Ive been emailing them for months! The original service was for trapping rats in the attic - they caught 3 and I paid over $1,200! Highway robbery for what what done/remediated and the monthly service, OUTSIDE my home costing $69/month was egregious! The last two two services, no one even bothered coming as spider webs that were outside, were not removed; also, working from home means I would have seen if anyone came; my outside cameras would have logged their presence as would my Ring.Do you research before hiring these people!
I don’t normally write reviews but Nuisance Wildlife Rangers truly saved the day! We had an awful smell that took over the entire house we knew something had died in the attic. We had two unsuccessful attempts from another company and Nuisance Wildlife Rangers were able to find the cause of the smell within FIVE MINUTES! I couldn’t believe it! They were responsive, on time, professional and most importantly GOT THE JOB DONE! I would definitely recommend them!
Communication from the start was very good. The technician, Jesse, was friendly and informative. Always communicating when he would be on site. He was able to trap three raccoons in a week. Mission accomplished 👍
If you want to overpay and get under serviced, then choose this company. My review is way too long to write on here but if you check out the reviews on Better Business Bureau they are ALL true because my dissatisfaction is a combination of all. You are better off going to Home Depot and picking up someone for $50, at least you can get the expected service or better service for the price. BTW they were...-Not on time.- Barely wanted to do their jobs.- Had to call office multiple times for job to be completed properly.-Rude technician, etc...
The guy came and said nothing was there and would come back to close and seal. I called back the next day and said it is still here. The guy never called me back and this critter is still in my walls.
See review on Loxahatchee site - too long to post here. On the positive side, former tech, Nick was super helpful. Unfortunately he left this company shortly after employment. Ian was also very nice although I disagree with his conclusion that A/C unit was properly excluded. Other than that, I strongly suggest that you consider other companies for rodent control.
We had a rat problem and after doing my research, I chose this team. They came out quickly and set traps - rats are always tricky to get rid of and it took us two rounds of trapping and exclusion work to get them all. James has been very professional and has answered texts shortly after getting them.
Its been over a year now since we had a problem with armadillos under our porch and they came immediately and set traps, caught them and have ever since been doing a monthly inspection and application of deterrent and the technicians are fabulous, so well-mannered, pleasant and very knowledgeable and theyre doing a great job and Im very pleased and I recommend them to everyone.
Where is Blackie? Why arent you out setting traps? Dishonest and rude response to trapping a community cat. Lies.
Phill was very professional and helpful. Ian did a fantastic job helping us save and injured squirrel. Would recommend
Nuisance Wildlife Rangers is a sales company. I started working for them in late January as a sales guy and a technician. This was my first sales job and also my first pest control job. I wasnt good at sales so they moved me to just being a technician, which I was fine with because sales wasnt my thing. I felt like I was doing good as a tech with customer relationships and following up on their request but also realized the company and myself wasnt getting paid for follow ups. I got sick around the start of the COVID-19 Pandemic and they still wanted me to work. I took 3 days off and the day after I came back to work I was still feeling under the weather. Even with everything that was going on, they let me go. Im not mad they let me go, I wasnt good at sales like I said and pest control isnt my thing. Im mad and going to tell everyone about Nuisance Wildlife Rangers because they have not paid me my commission check I earn back in March, which I was supposed to be paid on April 15th. The Palm Beach owner is ignoring my calls and voicemail messages now after confronting him. This is a very money hungry company that will charge everyone differently depending on where they live and what they do for a living. The minimum youre looking at just for 5 days of rats traps is $399.00. Thats just setting up rat traps in your attic and they come check every other day. If you go for an exclusion you will be charged on your location and how big your home is. They will seal all the plumbing vent stacks on your roof, A/C chases, sofit vents or wherever they think rats can get into around your home. The minimum for that is $599.00 on a regular home. They will charge you anywhere from $25-$50 for a plumbing stack or opening, so add that on to the $599.00. Honestly I wasnt to good on the exclusion too because I was still learning how to do them. So imagine paying $899.00 and someone just going up there and putting steel mesh around your roof vents and foaming up holes around your home. You could literally save about $799.00 going to Home Depot by doing it yourself. Thats understandable if you cant but their are better companies than paying that much for so little. They will also try to sell you a monthly contract for a minimum of $69.00. That includes setting up rodent control stations and changing the bait out every month for that same amount. We had an issue when I was working there and they are still trying to fix. Technicians would just say they changed out the baits when they really didnt and still charge the customers for being there. They get paid 20% of that $69.00 or whatever the custom is paying every stop. They are a sales company after all, techs are not getting paid hourly. Thats just rodent jobs.Im not gonna say anything about the woodpecker jobs in Parkland, or the iguana, raccoons, opossum, bats, snakes, ants, roaches, spider, birds, ducks etc. that they ripped people off on. Honestly there are better companies out there. Trapping animals is a different story and youre looking at a minimum of $499.00 for five days of cage traps. An example for raccoons the traps where just put on your property and bated with Twizzlers candy. If that did work we would put a protein like cat food to in there. It also depends on what species of animals we were trying to catch. I dont want to get to much in detail about that. There were some things I did like about the company, dont get me wrong! We never killed any of the animals we caught in the traps we let them go wherever we wanted. Also we helped people who really had pest issues and we got rid of them for them. Also we were always out in the field and outdoors. There was a lot about this company I didnt agree with.Thank you for anyone who read all this! I just feel like if you feel youre being taken advantage of you should speak up and let people know! Especially at a difficult time we are all dealing with, we should all have eachothers back and help those who need anything to keep them moving forward!
They were there to remove some ducks but also trapped 2 cats and treated them horribly!!!!!!!!! There are the WORST!!!!!!!!!
Was overcharged and they did not follow through with their contract. Paid for a service that was not rendered. Almost $1,000 down the drain. Very rude and unprofessional.
Mission accomplished. Andrew trapped and removed our (uninvited) guest (raccoon).
