Not only that, but he really took the time to explain what termites do and what will happen once I get my place tented. I first I was referred to pest control of Palm Beach four years ago when my home that I was renting had a rat infestation in the attic. I told my landlord and he had three separate companies come and try to eradicate a rat problem in the attic. It took over three months and they still did not fix the problem. I then took matters in my own hands and called pest control of Palm Beach. Within a week they solved the problem. I’ve since purchased my own house and PC of PB takes care of everything for me and never a bug or rodent in 3 years! Thanks guys!

I paid $250 for treatment for ants. First the tech sprayed my arm while treating. (I was sitting on porch swing [he just chuckled and said sprayer got away from him!]. Then after only 5 weeks ants started reappearing. They would not do a follow up unless I paid another $250 because it was outside of 30 days!! My sister used gold seal/presto-x and they follow up as many times as necessary with NO CHARGE!!! Should have talked with my sister first!!!! Would NEVER RECOMMEND this company!!

***SCAM *** Unfortunately, this was not a great experience for me. I tried resolving the case before coming here, but I was denied a few times with no responses at all. The situation was easy to be taken care of, had they taken our calls and/or responded to our emails . The service was not too expensive after all, price was ok, however, the lack of communication and respect for me as a customer, regardless of the amount spent, is what gets to me .... Very Sad!
