Great UPS store - any time Ive swung through, the staff is always incredibly nice and helpful, being quick to assist and offer various options and extra help to get what you need done. Nazia assisted us the other day and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get us the prints we needed for some wedding things that needed to get done. Great service and great team working here.

My comments are almost exactly as Denise. We did not pay for UPS to pack our box and we did it on our own and used alot of high quality bubble wrap. We paid UPS to ship only, not cheap either. Our porcelin pieces were each meticuloudly wrapped. The box that we shipped home looked like it was purposefully damaged even though we also had fragile written all over the box. Probably1/3 of the dozen or so pieces arrived broken. Im not accusing the UPS office that provided less than satisfactory customer service with intentionally doing something less than scrupulous but after reading the comments from Denise something definitely doesnt smell right from this experience...too much of a coincidence.

Beyond unreasonable. And actually insane. This particular shop has a sign with a rule that says you dont need to wear a mask if you have a health condition. But you will need a face shield. Who the hell owns a face shield other than surgeons? I have used UPS everywhere. And all of them have no problem allowing customers with no mask if they have a medical condition. There is absolutely no excuse for this.

I truly believe that because I did not agree to have have UPS pack and ship my breakables, the boxes were purposely “destroyed” prior to delivery. The receiving party were shocked at how well the dishes were packed and yet virtually every one was broken. Seems odd that an AMAZON package, virtually empty, barely taped is delivered intact. I may be wrong, but recalling my conversation with the manager/owner, I feel it was done because I had fragile written on the boxes, and refused their service. He covered the handwritten “fragile” on the boxes, and made sure the items did not arrive intact.

I have had excellent customer service from one ups employee in particular. He always has a smile on his face & in his voice. He has exceptional customer service skills. He is a people person, is patient, organized, knows about time management & is always willing to help. He even works overtime to fill in when they are short staffed. When I send my emails to the store? He plans ahead in case they get busy? & prints them out before I arrive so I dont have to wait. He is thoughtful & provides exceptional customer service. The management should consider Marquise for a promotion.He is all about putting the customer first. I have a degree in Business Management & have managed many upper management firms. He would be a very strong candidate for a Manager. This is one store that I enjoy being serviced at when Marquise is working.

This store has rude and horrible employees. I came in to do a return and Amazon says you do not need to bring your return in it’s original package that ups will pack ship and return it for you. The two employees told me I needed to either buy a box or go home pack it and bring it back myself. When asking if they had any recycled boxes in the store they said no. After leaving and walking to my car I saw loads of recycled boxes sitting in the bin on the side of the building. Great Customer service is about extending yourself and going the extra mile for a customer not telling them to go home and come back. Amazon specifically states that’s ups will take care of all of it not do their job for them.

We had a mover help pack my moms things from Florida to NJ. 7 boxes and 2 large pictures were brought to the Lake Worth UPS. After over 4 weeks we still have not received our pictures. The manager will no longer return our phone calls or help us any further. We have no idea how to find out where our pictures are. We will never bring anything to this privately owned UPS

The staff there is extremely helpful and kind. They have lots of patience with their customers. I enjoy going there for my business the staff there is excellent

They charged me to print a shipping label and other locations didnt charge me anything!!!!!! Patricia was helpful, courteous and worked with a sense of urgency!!!!!

I went here today 10/12/2020 at 10:15am. The girl working and who helped me was so amazing. I was actually nervous to go to UPS as the post office just a block away can literally be traumatizing. I had a ton of packages, I thought the employee who handled me would be annoyed. She was absolutely not and she was kind and happy to help! I wish I got her name but she literally worked too fast. Everyone working today were also extremely efficient. Great experience.

I’ve shipped boxes the size of a dollar and boxes for bikes at least 20 times at my ‘home’ UPS in Downtown Lake Worth. I was one of the first customers when this location opened. The customer service that Marquise provides is above par. No matter the value, size or weight of the item Marquise and staff have treated the items with care. I was trying to locate a package that was shipped from their store to Florida that got lost. Dan was very helpful in getting me the tracking information ASAP because of the time crunch I was in. Very professional!

What if a page gets jammed and ripped...they’re already bent what if they get ruined...and on I spiraled while Marquis patiently listened and cooked up a strategy.Marquis has amazing interpersonal skills, he’s cool calm collected, gregarious, charismatic, laser focused on keeping clients happy and will jump into any task (perfect leadership traits). Very unhelpful people. The counter person who helped me couldnt have been more unhelpful with the Amazon return I tried to bring to them. Just go to Kohls. They are way way nicer.Plus, UPS always delivers packages that look like they were dragged behind the truck. Skip UPS and give the USPS some business - they are a block away.

So this review is not for the stor-it self but for UPS as a whole. They did not make an attempt to deliver my replacement debit card nor did they leave anything on my door stating there been there and because I had to find out the tracking number from my bank to discover where my mail was I am now going to be charged $100 in late fee for rent

Mr Jose Agosto was so patient with me. I showed up at 6:19 and he was kind enough to let me receive a fax from the IRS for my financial aid app for school, more than 10 minutes after he officially closed, if it hadnt been for his patience and kindness I may not have been able to get my application in time for school.AGAIN THANK YOU SO MUCH Mr. Agosto.

The absolute worst customer service I have experienced. Imagine walking in and the first thing they say to you is What do you want?. No, thanks. I made the longer drive and went to the office in Boynton Beach.Do not recommend! The only reason I left 2 stars instead of one is because the place looked clean from my 30 second visit.

Atrocious Customer Service - Rude, Dismissive, & Unfocused - Violet rolled her eyes at me when I inquired about advertised mobile printing. I was at UPS to print 5 one-page email attachments, it took 25 minutes and cost $3.70 - outrageous. Looking at my receipt it seems she overcharged me, yet when I told her I was surprised it was that much for 5 black & white copies - she coldly stated, Oh, I assumed you did this before. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. While Violet was printing my documents, she stopped three times, once to whisper something to her co-worker across the store and twice to assist other customers. Absolutely rude service and I remain confused - Why advertise Mobile printing if you dont actually offer it. Seems like a scam to overcharge customers once they are in the store and the only option is email printing for a ridiculous amount. No thanks UPS...Way more frustration than anyone using your services should ever need to deal with.

Called before driving there to ask if they had notery available and was told yes. Arrived within 20 min of call and notary was sent off to run errand and would be a while, was asked to retun later. Will not ever be returning. That was the purpose in calling in advance.

Great customer service and efficient!

I was there at 4:00 pm on Saturday and it was closed. It said at the door they closed at 5:00 pm on Saturdays. Very disappointed, wasted my time and trip, not going back there.
