Excellent Location!! We have been so happy with this storage facility. We have stored our boat here for a year and have had no problems. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating.

Moving can be very stressful in its own rite, add on the plot twists of life and it can devolve into a nightmare before we know it. Today I was in that nightmare and let me tell you, Brittany (probably the wrong spelling) on Lake Worth rd was brilliant!! Friendly, funny, compassionate, kind, knowledgeable, transparent, accommodating and just an incredible person! I started my day with “getting a unit” as a hurdle to jump just to find that it ended up being the BEST part of my day so far!!! She deserves a raise! No pizza party, no plaque with her name, give her money. Lots of it.

My experience with SmartStop self storage was a very positive one. All of my needs were met and I would recommend anyone in need of a storage facility reach out and utilize this company. I am big on customer service from knowledgeable staff it all exceeded my expectations. 5 stars for me for sure!

Been a renter at the Lake Worth location for a while now. Picked this one cause it’s close to the turnpike and easy to get to between jobs. Haven’t had a problem not once and the place is always clean. Lighting is good too. Feel like my property is secure. Staff is always friendly and they were very helpful when I picked a unit. Good place to rent from if you ask me.

My grandma needed a storage unit for her holiday decorations. Quarantine has been causing a lot of “house work” to be done. I called to find out more information about SmartStop because they have really good reviews. Allison was very helpful, nice, knowledgeable and professional. She informed me of the online rental option also. I opted to setup online and they have WebRate discounts. It’s not a lot, but it was definitely a bonus! My grandma was excited to save a little. We picked an indoor unit and she was really pleased with how clean the facility is and how well lit it is a night. We had to do a drive by at night to make sure it was a safe place for her decorations. :)

I have been a customer for over 2 years and have always been happy with the service and the quality of the facilities. I use two climate controlled units, one for business inventory and one for home decorations, clothes and to hide Christmas presents. Never a problem-no water, no mildew, no funny smells. I walked in not knowing what to expect - an employee named raisha greeted me and was very informative - she gladly showed me 2 units and was very professional and friendly. She is an asset to your company. Today I met Jesse who was also very professional and informative - smart stop is lucky to have two such wonderful employees!!

Clearly, it is reasonable to expect that a climate controlled storage unit would protect the user’s valuables from rain. Apparently this company does not believe that they are responsible for insuring that the rain does not damage the user’s personal belongings.The climate controlled unit that I stored my belongings in at this facility leaked rainwater onto my belongings. When I discovered the water damage within the unit a few days after a significant rainfall, management has refused to step up and pay for repairs to my property. In fact, management did not even call me back.Do business with this company at your own risk. They are very good at taking your money promptly every month on the first of the month but do not ask them to step up and provide the service that you deserve for the money you pay.
