When it comes to RV repairs & diagnostics - Paul is THE MAN! no doubts, no maybes, no should is... if you have a RV issue and are in this area - call Paul @ JDs Towing as he will do his absolute best to help you get rolling again. short story: i just recently had my 43 foot tag axle serviced by a local service center - i picked up my coach and was about 2 miles away i noticed some of the electronics and my water pump wasnt working - i pulled over, called that service center and they said that my issues had nothing to do with what coach was in repair for and if i wanted i could make a new service appt - read that last sentence again !! no names are needed - but i figured would take a closer look once i got coach back home (about 1 hr away) i then spent 3+ hours trying to troubleshoot to no avail. no water pump no running water no electronic monitoring of my water / sewer tanks! i begin looking up mobile RV companies and came across JDs - i called and Paul answered (keep in mind, it was Monday - Memorial Day) he picked up, listened to my problems and then began to diagnose / backtrack the source of the electrical problem, test a few scenarios and probably spent close to an hour on phone with me - on Memorial Day! turns out - the work done last week at the service center directly related to the electrical box where Paul directed me to in order to completely diagnose my problem. it was simply sloppy work by that service center as two wires were uncovered and sitting on a metal plate ... hence shorting out the circuit. Paul was very kind, very helpful and very informative - knows RVs for sure. boom, covered / secured the wire properly (the center last week should have had me turn around and come right back - but that was far from the case - keep in mind my repairs cost 2000 at that center) and my water pump system back operational - Paul said he was happy to help and glad he was able to fix me issues remotely and not once did he make payment an issue - he said if i brought to him, they would have been able to fix in about an hour - and he didnt ask for a penny. facts: as long as i own an RV or if i ever need towing - JDs Towing / RV mobile repair is and will be my ONLY call! i suggest you do the same... thank you Paul - you are a stand up guy and have my business for life!

I have a 37 foot motor coach that had a poor front suspension. Controlling this vehicle was definitely white knuckled. The sway was almost uncontrollable and keeping it stable on the road was a constant challenge. I took it to JDs for a front end suspension upgrade. Paul told me it was his specialty and I said, okay. He also said that he specializes in all RV repair. My experience was EXCELLENT. The motor coach really hugs the road, the steering is EXCELLENT, and it is enjoyable to drive this vehicle. I highly recommend JDs I cant thank them enough. Safety first.

Our travel trailer lost a leaf spring on one of the axles while on the road. Paul helped identify the parts needed over the phone, secured them and came and did the install in a parking lot. Paul took my 2009 Gulfstream SuperNova 6400 RV in between appointments because my friends borrowed it and were on vacation in Lake Worth and had multiole issues. What a treasure to accidentally find someone so knowledgeable, pleasant and passionate about his career. His RV knowledge is truly the best that I have experienced. I was impressed with his record keeping and notes of his employees from work that they did previously. It allowed him to type in model numbers, equipment makes or even the complaint and find historical solutions from his shop notes. That saves time and money for customers! He is not the typical part replacement mechanic he is the true old school mechanic of lets find out WHY that happened and fix THAT before we fix the obvious. I live in Maryland, but I am planning to drive alllll the way there at least once a year to have him work on my challenging RV. Paul is a gem. 100% recommended, even if you have to wait in line.

Technician, Paul, was very thorough and researched my RV for all parts and services that were needed for both diagnostic and replacement by researching and cross referencing auto parts. He replaced my alternator and serpentine belt and checked my batteries, brakes etc. Thanks to Paul and JD towing I was back on the raid quickly and safely.

I had Paul for our travel trailer needs, he was fantastic, so helpful and so knowledgeable, and so patient, I would definitely use them over and over again. Wish people were more like him in this world.

AMAZING SERVICE AND HONEST PEOPLEWe were visiting family and had driven a friend’s RV from MD. The trip was a comedy in errors as the RV hadn’t been used in awhile. The generator stopped working, the air conditioning in the cab stopped working, the fridge wouldn’t cool and a back tail light went out. Paul at JD’s got us right in and done in a few hours. He’s super knowledgeable and the owner of the RV is going to make a laundry list of items for him to check when we come back down in a few months. No one she has ever dealt with was so knowledgeable and extremely fair in pricing. On another note we have gotten texts from Paul the last two days to make sure the fridge was still holding strong. Someone else who had worked on it before had totally messed it up.Thanks again Paul!!

This towing company treats humans like animals. I called to ask a simple question about a towing that occurred illegally and the guy responded to me as if I was some sort of animal. Not even to the animals you should talk like he did to me. Very poor customer service and professionalism. This is not the first time Ive had to deal with this company and is not the first time they treat me in such a disrespectful manner hence my review. Oh and by the way their prices are outrageous!

EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND EASY TO DEAL WITH. HAD A WARRANTY ISSUE WITH OUR FLATBED ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, PAUL JUMPED RIGHT ON IT AND DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM BEFORE I EVEN PARKED THE TRUCK IN HIS YARD! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY AND ALL REPAIRS NEEDED. VERY HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY........WE WILL DEFINITELY BE REPEAT CUSTOMERS.

Completely botched a fuel pump repair, and it wind up costing me 600 extra dollars to fix. Plus these guys were about as rude and unprofessional as possible.

The manager of this company really helped me. Never being in the situation I was in before I was unsure of what to do. He gave me option on how I could proceed and what I should do after so I dont waste my money. I hope I am never in the situation again but I am greatful the staff was there to help.

Could not have been happier with the services provided by JD’s towing. Not only did they provide a tow in torrential rain, but when autozone could not fix the problem, they towed us to their shop and changed out our alternator to get us back on the road. They are professional and courteous. Highly recommend!

Every so often we come across people who actually care about their customers. I was lucky enough to find Paul @ JDs Towing. My RV needed major work, so I searched the internet just like most people do and came across JDs. My RV needed a head gasket, which can be some of the most devastating news for any vehicle. Paul was fair, worked with me and did what he could to get my bill lowered. But it didnt end there. He knew I was making a trip from FL to MD alone and he literally guided me the entire way there. Via the phone, he showed me all the ends and outs of my RV, stayeung on the phone with me for hours just to make sure I was safe and my RV was good. It still didnt end there. My batteries kept draining on my RV and the water wouldnt stay hot. Well Paul spoke with a mechanic I have in Md and guided him through on what the problem could be. Did I mention he had already been paid and was doing this out of the kindness of his heart, bcuz there are people who actually care about their customers. After spending over 19 yrs in the car business, Ive never meant a mechanic that goes this far and beyond for a customer that has already paid and left. He was literally my knight and shining armour and even talked me through a few meltdowns of just being scared out on the road. I wouldnt purchase another RV without consulting with Paul 1st. If your looking for a shop that is knowledgeable, honest, has integrity and who actually cares... JDs is the place to go. Hes my forever mechanic.

Was bringing back my f550 from Florida to Wisconsin. Engine died right near JDs and glad I did. They fixed only what needed fixing after an honest quote and delivered on that quote. I double checked with my mechanic in Wisconsin and he said everything was done well and very reasonable on hours charged.

Very good company and nice people. Got in a accident on I95 in my truck. My truck was towed to their lot. When I went to get my personal belongings from my truck all the stuff was there including my wallet that had 236.00$in it. Thanks JDs towing for being a honest company.

The service tech Paul was very helpful over the phone.. He saved me a trip and potentially spending unneeded money to get my generator running by trouble shooting the issues with me over the phone. After a few hours of letting my batteries charge up, the generator started up with no problems. Thanks Paul and I will be bringing my rv to you guys for any further preventative maintenance and service!

My SUV lost power. We took it to a nationally known auto repair shop because it was close by.They told us we needed a new engine. JDs Towing has helped us in the past, so I called and spoke with Paul. He asked me what the engine did before and after it lost power and what tests they ran on the engine. After listening to the details he said it sounds like a cam phaserI dont even know what that is! But that is what it needed.The computer diagnostic machine was no match to a Master Mechanic.Thank You God and thank you Paul!

When I learned that my Sister was in a car accident today. It was heart wrenching! But Bob at JDs Towing made it bearable to accomplish what I needed to do for her regarding making a claim and retrieving her items. In early March while heading from Melbourne to Miami my motorhome lost the fan belt. Paul arrived and spent the next several hours trying to get me back on the road. The motorhome was not a standard configuration and after three trips to the parts store he was able to make the repairs and get me on my way. Paul was skilled and professional and I cant express enough how grateful I am for the service he provided. Absolutely an outstanding effort by JDs, and I highly recommend them. Thank you Paul!!

Their driver singular one not plural as in more than two is as shady as the owner and you need to watch your back thats why they got kicked out from PBSO rotation because of shady practices and dishonest to the people of Palm Beach County dont trust anything that they say because they lie lie lieHonestly take one look at their shop and that should tell you right there they would be state-of-the-art if it was back in the 1960s Maybe

I am not one to leave negative reviews ever...but this guy took the cake. Unbelievably rude and arrogant owner. Overcharged fees that were not accurate at all to keep a dirtbike that was given to our 13yr old son as a gift on Christmas Eve..... Will do anything he can to make money and make it very difficult for you to get your vehicle back!! I would never recommend this company ever. Illegally keeping vehicles with his own rules at his home property??..... Shame on you......here is full story if you care to read...My 13yr old son got his bike taken away from PBSO the day after christmas as he was not allowed to ride on trails out here in the Acreage (Which we as parents were unaware of, so our fault). When JDs Towing and my husband arrived at the same time with a trailer to take the bike home the officers basically told the tow guy to just work it out with my husband with a wink and walked away.....My husband basically offered the owner an extra $200 to just let him take the bike. Of course he didnt stating he has to go by the book no matter what the officer said. So the next day my husband went to the shop with the bill of sale to get the bike back and the owner of JDs Towing said he wouldnt give it back without a title because thats his policy....We even had the dealer we purchased the bike from confirm the title number and tell him it is being sent in the mail and the DMV and Sheriffs office stated the bill of sale should be enough but no he still was a jerk and said no..... So we paid over $450 to get the title expedited and just got the title in our name today. So my husband goes to this guy and shows him the title and all the paperwork and the guy stated if he didnt get there by 6 he would charge him an extra $35 gate fee for after hours. My husband arrived 10 minutes before 6 and the guy had already typed out the paperwork and charged him the extra $35 on top of the daily fees since Christmas and towing fee. All I have to say is Shame on you Paul from JDs Towing. How heartless can you be to do this to a 13 yr old child.

JDs was very honest and straight forward with their repair and diagnosis. Its was 9pm on a Sunday night and they had no issues coming to repair our RV to keep our vacation on track.

They towed my car this morning. I came to pick it up in less than 30 minutes to realize my bluetooth and charger was missing

We have a motor home with windshield wiper problems and three other rv repair companies, along with F**D and Ca*****g W****d said they could not help us. Paul came to us, and trouble shot until he discovered a burnt and melted relay switch. Thank you for getting us mobile again after many months!
