First time coming to this Tire Plus and with just one visit they now have a customer for life! They were professional at the counter, diligent in the shop and courteous and honest throughout.They went above and beyond to make sure I left there with my truck right. And as Im waiting for my truck to be completed I see this process repeating itself with each person coming in with a problem.Ill make sure that if anyone asks me if I know a guy that will direct them here. You wont be disappointed!

Was in town visiting family and noticed a nail in my moms tire. I wanted to get it patched without her having to worry. I tried one tire repair shop and they couldn’t fit me in. Called Tires Plus and the serviceman said to come on in and they’d squeeze me in. Sure enough the did. Super friendly staff, attentive and took care of me and my mom’s car tire. Was super grateful and relieved to find out the nail did not puncture the tire and was able to get back to spending time with my family. Thanks Tires Plus!

Jay was awesome to work with! He was transparent and honest with what I needed/didn’t need. I shopped for the tire I wanted on their online catalogue and dropped my car off the next morning. They have awesome pricing on their tires! I had an alignment, 4 tires mounted (with tire protection), rear brake pads and rotors and my brake fluid replaced. I feel like I’m driving a brand new car. I would definitely recommend Tires Plus for your tires and other services.

This place is utterly amazing! From the complimentary coffee in the waiting area to the customer service of the front desk guys. Everyone there was on par with the service required from the company. I felt special. The oil change did not take a long amount of time like other locations I’ve been to. Any every time I had a question, they had a smile on their face answering any inquiries I had. I will recommend this place to all my friends and all my family.

These gentlemen are very kind, very upbeat, and very accommodating. I trust their work. The only issue I have is that two times now, Ive been quoted a price for something but when Ive gone to pay, it was more than quoted. Not much more ... but more. Id give five stars if only for this issue. Okay... so... I need to be careful about pricing. Bottom line ... I would go there again (and will). I trust their work. Their mechanic(s) have been very honest about what was going on with my vehicle. I have found that if theres room to go above and beyond - they will. I would (and will) send friends and family there.

Joel was very helpful and patient with all my questions. Explained why certain things needed repair in a way I could understand since this isn’t my area of expertise. The visit took a bit long but other than that excellent customer care from Joel.

What a horrible experience. After spending $1000 on new tires I was given back my car missing a lug nut. I was then told I could buy another one that they would happily install. Please do yourself the favor of finding somewhere better than this place.

So I must say I’ve e been a customer of Tires Plus for about 3 years. I have been often disappointed in multiple aspects but today was quite the opposite at the 5901 State Rd 7 location.Nick was excellent to work with! Extremely communicative, & called back to give updates on the service and lead times.If you go to this location I highly recommend asking for Nick personally cause I can assure you, you won’t be disappointed.First time getting superior service and even though the work took a good portion of the day I understood because of the excellent communication.

I had to do car inspections for my car insurance. This unfortunately meant I had to go through a whole list of places and try to find people with availability to do car inspections. Tires plus total care was so quick and easy. I was able to walk in with both of my vehicles and get inspections done and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes each time. I’m overly impressed and Brian was excellent help. I would highly suggest them and will definitely consider coming back if I need any other services done on my vehicle.

Service is such a forgotten commodity but, not at this place. Nick and his team were attentive to my needs and steered me in the right direction giving me options as well. I went in for tires after going to 4 different places and knew this is where I was going to do business. He made recommendations for the right and correct tires for my vehicle. Not all tires are the best tires for the specific vehicle you drive and I appreciated that he took the time to explain the differences. Highly recommend.

My mom had a flat tire and I went over to look at it and I was pretty sure that it was the valve cap itself and what I did to it the day before but I want to make a hundred percent sure so I went over to Tires Plus on 441 and Lantana. I had my car serviced at this location. I worked with Joel. My car required a lot of service. He was fair, courteous, and very professional. He was a pleasure to work with.

Their poor quality of work cost me having to replace my engine in a 2015 Equinox. I have always kept up with my oil changes, my last two changes (March 2020 and December 17, 2020) were done here at this particular location and not a single indication was passed along about the condition of my engine being sludged up. January 18th I picked my car up from a paint and body shop where it was for a week prior only to drive a mile down the road to my engine shutting down with a signal of low oil pressure-engine shut down showing across the dash. We had my car towed to chevy, where the attached pictures were taken, and were told my engine was needed to be replaced due to lack of maintenance. Chevy and 2 other mechanics we have had take a look at my car have all said there is no way in absolute heck that this filter was replaced within the last year. Chevy advised us to reach out to whom has been doing the oil changes, which we did. I called to speak with the manager, Nick, and was told he would give me a call back shortly. 3 hours passed with no phone call so we went ahead up to the store. Nick asked us to bring the vehicle there so him, the owner Mark and their master technician could look at the vehicle and determine what went wrong here and if any responsibility would fall onto them because my work order on 12/17 did show a new filter being done but going by the picture that didnt seem like the case. Nick also stated if the filter indeed wasnt changed then there is def a problem here and that would be an immediate job loss. They had my car for 2 days, the first day they didnt even bother looking at the car, it wasnt even pulled into the bay until some time after 5:00 (I just happen to drive by as they were moving it). All they did was pull the filter and check the oil sludge on the filter, they didnt even take anything apart to fully diagnose anything. Nick and Mark pretty much just let me know that the filter was a new filter that was replaced on 12/17 and that it did its job by blocking the sludge because of how it was built up on the filter (like pictured), Nick pulled up some online forum and read directly from the forum page while my husband and I sat in the office about some guy explaining that his wifes cars filter did the job just as mine did. He also referenced some other forum that said this is an issue with chevy vehicles and their engines becoming sludged. They said they weret able to catch this happening to me vehicle with my two recent changes done by them because all they do is dumb the old oil into a pan, they dont look at the oil coming out, replace with new oil and change the filter (the filter change is clearly extremely questionable). They offered to take my motor apart and clean the parts with their machine to see if that could eliminate me needing to replace the motor but with cost of labor doing that, there would be no guarantee if that would even work. They do a very poor job at throughly changing the oil, if I am bringing my car in for an oil change I am also relying on the mechanic/technician/shop to let me know of any other issues that need addressing. More than likely were totally SOL here since this is an independently owned and operated shop, they are only licensed by Tires Plus to sell their tires, but we are sending my oil in for an analysis any way and definitely plan to push for Mark to take some sort of responsibility with his shops screw up here. Dont put your trust into a shop that relies on online forums to wiggle their way out of admitting they messed up.

Can’t beat the honesty and friendliness of this location!! No one likes to have to go and take their car into the shop. But it’s nice to know there’s a place where you’re not gonna get taken advantage of.

Nick was extremely helpful when I was in a pinch. He bent over backwards and went the extra mile. From calling the dealership I purchased my vehicle from to making sure I got in and out and made it to work, his help was much appreciated. I will definitely continue to take my vehicle to this location and recommend it to others. Thanks again!

I had an amazing experience here. Another mechanic told me I needed rear brakes. I walked in without an appointment and they were able to get me in quickly. I actually told them, in advance, that I needed brakes. They asked me why I thought that. I told them my “mechanic” said my brake pads were very low. They brought me back and showed me my brakes (front and rear) and they definitely did NOT need replacement! I had them do an oil change, it was well overdue anyway. Not sure why my “mechanic” hadn’t done one in over 8,000 miles but I’m good now. They could have easily taken my money and replaced my brakes but were honest instead! I appreciate this! I’ll be bringing all of my cars here in the future! This team was AWESOME from start to finish. I dealt with a few people but Jay brought me back to show me. Thank you guys!!!!

I worked with Nick! He and all the staff were great! Everyone was so nice! They scheduled an appointment time that worked with my schedule, offered quality service as well as helpful suggestions for future work to be put in and a time frame to get it done. There wasn’t any pressure to do it all today- thankfully. Their prices are great! I would definitely recommend!!!

I just recently got my Jeep Wrangler fixed up (lifted, new bumpers, new rims/tires) by Nick and all the mechanics. They took care of every need I had and paid attention to all the details. This place has a free air station. I decided to give them the green light on installation and alignment of my new tires. Not only did they beat the competitors price but the did it that day with cars and trucks on every lift. I stated I want that wheel poker straight and thats how it is. Adjusted my ball joints too and Im riding like a caddy in my f350. Call here first!!

I stopped in a few minutes before closing because I noticed my headlight went out on my drive home. I always bring my vehicles to this particular location because not only is the work done properly and quickly, but the staff is extremely friendly and always professional. They have always answered any questions that I may have and addressed any concerns that I have brought up. Adding on to the post from Shawna to respond back to the business owners and to further explain to anyone else to not trust this shop to hopefully prevent anyone else from being at such a major loss:As explained when we went into their office, that I never once went without my oil changes. I have at least 2-3 oil changes done every year and always have since purchasing my car in 2015. I went to a different tires plus location during the time frame of ‘missed oil changes’ that the business owner is referencing below (as already explained when we came in to the office) I never knew that the locations weren’t connected within one another I always figured they were one in the same but that doesn’t excuse the fact that this location did my last 2 oil changes; in March 2020 and December 2020. My check engine light indication was rectified, as I showed proof of that to them so I never neglected my maintenances. Never once, ever, was any sort of notification given from you guys that I was at risk of loosing my engine or that I needed work done for my engine when you guys did my most recent 2 oil changes. I also stated in my initial post that Chevy notated that there was no way my filter had been changed within the last year; Chevy advised to contact who was doing the oil changes because that’s who messed this up and caused me to be in the positioning I am with my vehicle.

Tires plus is my go to place now. Always welcomed when I walk in the door. I am a year round Wellington resident and they now have my year round service.

The only place I will go to service my truck in the area! They have always gotten me exactly what I need in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

The dealer wanted over $200 to change the filters in my car so when I looked them up online they were approximately $35 bucks apiece. Not knowing how to do it I went to Tire Plus at Lantana Road and State Road 7. They did my filters in 30 minutes or less for $90 which was less than half of what the dealership at Nissan green acres and the Nissan on Southern quoted me for the same job. They are also cheaper by far on oil changes!

I have been taking all my cars to Tires Plus for many years. I have found this Tires Plus to be honest, pleasant to work with and they do good work...the first time. I have never has a complaint all these years. I highly recommend Tires Plus!

Had an appointment scheduled and they took my suv in on time and I was out in a reasonable time frame. They were polite and friendly and didnt try to pressure me into any sales I didnt want/need. I will definitely return for future service.

Dishonest place. Need all 4 brakes serviced and replaced. Wouldn’t be upfront with a quote first and said they needed to do a brake inspection for 17.95. 15 minutes later they quoted me $1069 for all brakes replaced and rotors. About 400 dollars more than my Subaru dealership. When I told them they were out of their mind and would come back and pick up the car, I received another call saying the service manager magically was able to reduce it to $780. Stay away. Their dishonesty lost a customer.UPDATE:IN RESPONSE, the original quote with the items taken off were not cheaper than the Subaru Dealership I received my quote! Calling one random Subaru dealership to receive their quote is meaningless when there are handful in the area. IN addition, the only service that was taken off Tire plus quote was a brake fluid flush which doesnt justify the price difference.ONCE AGAIN YOU ARE DECEPTIVE TO SAVE FACE.

What better to do on a rainy day but to take your Auto for a checkup at Tire Plus . I called first thing this morning as I usually make an appointment. It was first come first serve and they did the absolute best to get me out in a reasonable time . Was given a 90 minute estimate and out the door before that with Oil Change, air filter replaced, tires rotated and aligned. Oh I I forgot to mention the friendly and accommodating front end service .🌻

I hate going to car service shops because I feel like I always get pushed and sold for more work than I actually need! I took my car to a local shop (not naming names to be kind) for a diagnostic check and they stated I needed thousands of dollars worth of work done... Had a great customer service experiencewith Veronica. I brought my vehicle in with a screw in the tire. Turns out it did not penetrate the tire, so it was just taken out. It didnt need a patch. They sent me on my way with no charge. I dont belive many places would be this honest.

They were terrific! They were very busy also, and the tire store next door was empty. The gentleman who helped me could not have been nicer!! When I went to pay, they said the screw did not go through the tire and did not need repair. I tried to pay for their time, but he said no charge. I then gave him $5 to give to the person who pulled the screw out. I was very pleased with their service. I went back there because they were so great the last time I had a nail in my tire. Great staff!!!!!

I have been coming to this location with all of my vehicles for more than 2 years now. Their prices are excellent. But what I love most is how happy and friendly everyone is. It’s so nice to get great, personable customer service these days as it seems to be becoming a rarity.

I am 110% satisfied. On a scale of 1 to 5 I would give Nick a 6. I had an issue with 2 rapid wear Michelin tires that came with my brand new car from Nissan. The Nissan dealer blew me off and sent me to Nissan Corporate. Then, Nissan Corporate blew me off and sent me to Michelin Corporate. Michelin Corporate gave me a case# and sent me to an authorized Michelin Dealer for a tire inspection. I called several authorized Michelin dealers and nobody wanted to take the time to find me 2 tires to match my other 2 tires that were fine. Thats when I found Nick. Not only did he find me the tires and have them there the next day. He did the required inspection and contacted Michelin Corporate to back me up with my rapid wear tire finding. He worked relentlessly to get me the best possible discount that Michelin would honor explaining to them that I only had 14,000 miles on a 65 000 mile warranty tire. By the time he was done he was able to get Michelin to only charge me 25% of the total cost of the brand new tires. Even then he was still trying to get them to agree to only charging me 20%. If I hadnt gone somewhere else 1st and got a bogus tire inspection that Michelin was notified of, I think Nick would have got them to agree to the 80% discount. Now I know where to go to get all my tire needs and etc. TIRES PLUS and hopefully Nick is there for a long time to come. THANKS AGAIN NICK, YOURE AWESOME!!

Nick and Rick are wonderful people. I went in with a tire issue and needed to get it done quick so I could go back to work and they were able to get the tire I needed in a matter of an hour and then have my car tires replaced an hour later. They were packed with people and got the job done quick and easy. I would highly recommend this location.
