I rented from them for a year and they were very kind until I told them I was moving out. Kelly called a few times to try and get me to stay by including lawn maintenance. I refused as they dont report to your credit and was paying over 1,000 a month, on time I might add. When I moved out I left their place immaculate. I took pics which I shared with Brittany it was move in ready. I paid them 1,050 for five days in July although I understood due to 60 day notice. As I patiently waited a full 45 days for my deposit I finally got a letter in the mail stating theyre keeping my full deposit! 25 for cleaning ceiling fans and 25 for cleaning up the stairs 85 for a moving haul fee.. And get this 940 for painting the walls due to smoke smell...I dont even smoke! I dont know if taking them to court is worth the fight although Im considering it..oh before I forget they sold the place as is, lesson learned I would never recommend or rent from them again, as their character speaks for itself.
