We were extremely fortunate to have found Kim Trawick when we decided to not get into a lease and purchase a home in the north Orlando area. My mother had talked to several Realtors and after speaking with Kim she knew she was the Realtor we were looking for. Nick took care of many of the house problems that risen while we were away and met with contractors on our behalf, cleared the drive way from leaves, adjusted the thermostats, was there when the air condition units needed repairs, just to mention few examples. without having someone we can trust, this house sale could have been very difficult and disruptive. When our buyers showed up, Nick took far better care of them than their own agent and kept both sides content till closing.
