For all these great reviews I’m sure these are ppl who don’t know what is actually done back office. For anyone who is using them to list a property for property management I strongly recommend looking elsewhere as a landlord myself I tried to use this company and was greatly disappointed from lies and lack of communication and being taken advantage of this company treats ppl as if they will never follow up. They provided me with a list of things that needed to be completed on the property and the cost. I was told these things was done and they were not. I believe this company is used to taking over a property and doing as they please and the owner just going with the flow. Use caution.

We rented a townhome in Lake Mary, FL through our realtor. Legends Realty was the property manager for the landlord and the point of contact for handling all items related to the lease. We moved out after 2 years with hardly any scratches on the wall, not a single hole in the wall, professionally cleaned carpet and the entire townhome. However when Legends Realty had to return our security deposit, they charged us for $200 in utilities (which was already paid ahead of us moving out), cleaning the apartment, for a broken light switches for the entire townhome, caulk, few batteries and bulbs.We responded by producing receipts for all cleaning performed and we had pictures to back that up as well. We requested them to share their receipts/pictures of the broken light switches which they didnt - rather they responded that the charges against our deposit were legitimate and they dont owe us anything and instead they pointed to a clause in lease that: in case of dispute property manager will share at their discretion. Prior to us moving out they also indicated that they will produce the utility bill to reconcile charges (since the landlord had switched utilities back into their name). They did not provide anything to that effect rather double dipped by taking it out again from our deposit.What kind of operation is this – completely shady! We were grossly mistaken to expect a professional and fair response or at the very least open communication. It is my speculation that that the money went straight into their pocket since if it didnt, it would not be too hard to produce the documentation to back it up. When we moved in they charged us $100 to video document the townhome and when we asked to produce that evidence to compare before/after condition they refused to do so.It is unbelievable that this is what we got in return for paying our monthly rent on time, accommodating them on their semi-annual visits to take pictures inside our personal space and keeping the space as close to the given condition as possible. Apart from this there was a month of no working AC for us in this townhome during which we reached out to Legends Realty several times - their response was that it was between the landlord and their service provider and us.We had seen similar reviews on Yelp and didnt think much of it but our experience is exactly the same as what has been noted by multiple other individuals. This experience sure left a very bad taste for them on our palate! Just sharing so that whoever comes across them can make an informed decision.

Weve worked with Legends Realty for nearly 15 years. Theyve always been prompt with requests for repairs and maintenance and the people they sent have always been courteous and professional and most importantly, thorough with their work. Their pricing is in line with the market, but I think you get more care from them then the average management company. Recently, we sold our home and found the entire process surprisingly boring (which is good). Their crew which worked on the list of repairs from the buyers home inspection was fast and most importantly, cheaper than I had expected. They got the work done and they did it to the buyers satisfaction without killing my wallet. Have and always will recommend Legends Realty!

I previously wrote a review under my Married name but am now giving my overall update. Move in process was easy and the Agent was very responsive, professional and made the rental process easy. I had a couple minor maintenance requests they were resolved. I had a minor disagreement with an employee of a Company hired to do a repair but I would now even give that company five stars because they did wonderful replacement of sliding glass doors in the main shower. The disagreement had nothing to do with Legends Realty and they were very professional.The 6 month inspection went well. I have and will continue to refer friends and family to rent through Legends.

This company prefers to communicate exclusively online. This was hard for me to get used to And created some problems at the beginning of my residency. However, once I got on board I discovered they are very quick to respond to maintenance requests. Occasionally, follow-up gets dropped between them and the subcontractors, but overall they are very efficient and effective.

Hello Clients who are looking for a home to Rent or Buy !!!I like to give you a heads up about LEGENDS REALTY. Please stay very very far from these crooks. They will rob you like you have never seen before in your life. This Company need to closed their door a long time ago. They have robbed some many home owners and client like you have never seen before. They do fake lease and give to clients and owners, and said it was prepared by an Attorney. They used photo copy lease forms from a Attorney Office and sign the documents and will tell you it was prepared by an Attorney. And they will charge both to owner and the tenant a fees of $150.00 each party.This is what they have been doing for the last 20 years. cheating home owner and tenant big time. they will also charge you for a lot of fraudulent expenses that does not exit. The Real Estate Board need to look into all the fraud this company is committing.Attention client please note there are many honest, reliable, and trust worthy Agent out there, that you can deal with, rather than these crooks. This was my own experience with these crooks. They have their friends and family who are posting fake reviews to promote their company.This was the most ridiculous and dishonest company i have dealt with in my life. So as i took time today to Alert all future client and homeowners, to stay very far from this company so they dont experience what i had experience. Home owners when you give Legends Realty to find a tenant for you Rental Property, they will charge you a month rent, and will charge you $200.00 extra weekly to place the advertisement on Google and another $200.00 extra to place the add on another website, until they find a tenant. when legends realty is finish with you, you have to go get a loan in order to pay them. Never the less the tenant that they will find will have to pay almost the same expenses. They will charge the tenant $150.00 for lease and $100.00 for credit report, and $150.00 to hold the rental unit, and another $200.00 for miscellaneous expenses. This is what these crooked people at Legends Realty is doing. Once again my final warning to Home owners and Renters please stay very far from this company. If they had a number below zero that how i will rate this company.

My personal experience in the first 6 months of renting through Legends Realty.Application fee was reasonable and the agent Errol was a pleasure to work with.Move in date was timely and I was able to move in a week early and pay prorated rent. Rent was listed fair and comparable to surrounding properties in the area.The home I rent is actually in even better condition than the pictures showed in the add.We signed our lease in June. The inside of the house was clean and well kept so I dont know where the reviews came from with people stating they were rented homes that were dirty or had roach infestations. Im not even from Florida and would know not to apply to rent a place that looked like those conditions they say. The lease was very detailed and I read through it thoroughly before signing electronically. We did everything electronically which was nice because of the Covid-19 pandemic and there documentation on any correspondence so there wasnt confusion. The lengthy lease was a lot of common sense stuff that you are expected to do when renting a house that anyone else owns like... dont leave water on the bathroom floors to prevent onset of mold, change light bulbs as needed and batteries in smoke alarms, dont damage the property, dont have people living there not on the lease, keep up with the yard, dont have pets without proper authorization, no pools without approval, dont leave trash piling up, keep property in good living conditions, no smoking, etc. Those are all things I would expect from a tenant I was renting to so I think all people should be more considerate when renting and not buying because remember, ITS NOT YOUR HOUSE!!! I have my inspection in 2 weeks and will update this review on on how that experience is. I dont find the 6 months reviews very convenient and there is a $75 reschedule fee which is really the only reason I am giving the 4 star review right now....that and the fact that I had to pay $100 lease prep fee that I feel should have been part of the application fee but the fee was not unaffordable so I am only taking one star for those things. Also be prepared to pay a $15 monthly maintenance fee that I guess would be for the a/c filters that are delivered through the agency?? I do understand the inspections are to ensure to the owners that their properties are being well taken care of by the tenants so it is not intended to be a bad thing.Upon moving in there were 2 minor issue. One was the air conditioning within the first couple weeks and I put in a maintenance request in the morning and the issue was resolved within the day. The other issue was with a sliding glass shower door in the hallway bathroom which was addressed the same day and was fixed within a couple days so that was not stressful.I will update this review with the 6 months inspection experience and the 1 year renewal experience when those times come but for right now I hope this helps someone who is considering renting through this agency. Overall they have my recommendation.~Stay safe and make good choices.

Avoid Legends Reality at all costs!!! If they manage a rental you are looking at…run!!! I wouldn’t suggest using them as a realtor either. They do not care about people, only making a buck and basically stealing your money.They managed a rental we were in for 2 years. When we moved in, the house it was in horrible condition, marks all over walls, stains on carpet, no working dryer. Just so many issues.We took great care of this house while we were in it. Anytime there was any kind of issue, we notified them right away. Sometimes they ignored requests, other times it took forever to hear back and and some issues were never resolved.When we moved out, we paid to have the house deep cleaned and made sure the place was in better condition then when we moved it in. Yet they still took just about all of our deposit, giving us $32 back of $1,600. The issues they listed were literally all the pre-existing items we noted on our move-in issues checklist.I replied with a certified letter explaining this and sending proof of our move-in checklist and asked for a follow up, but I was completely ignored. They first said they never received it, but when I showed USPS proof that the certified letter was received, they stopped responding.Just want to warn the next guy how these people do business and save you a headache. Wish I could give no stars, they dont deserve one.

So far in my experience it is going ok. The job still isn’t done. I do think communication between the company doing the work & to myself could be greatly improved. There is a significant delay with follow ups between the company doing the work & myself. The company says before they tell me anything they have to hear from the realtor. In my opinion that time frame needs to be expedited much better than it does now.
