We couldn’t be happier with the way he handles the management of our properties and he was our agent with our last purchase and he handled everything as we were not able to be there ourselves, we trusted JR to take care of it all. We highly recommend JR as a real estate agent as well as a property manager.

JR has been my managing my property for close to 5 years now and I must say he has done an excellent job! JR is prompt and always resolve any issues the tenant may have and comes up with a good solution that is both good for me and good for the tenant. Anytime there is an issue that comes up, JR always communicates with me right away and is always responsive to any questions or concerns I may have. Because of JRs excellent services in managing my property, I know the tenant is very happy and has remained at my property since weve been using JR. If anyone is looking for JRs services, my recommendation would be to take it as youll be in great hands!

JR is an excellent realtor with lots of experience. He is personable and an expert in the ups and downs of the real estate market. I have used JR for the last 8 years and I would highly recommend him.

JR was moderately useful at best and generally slow to respond. When the A/C broke weeks after moving in he assumed we were morons who didnt know how to change the air filter and said wed have to pay for the fix if it was our fault. (note - it was not, we didnt pay for it) When it came time to move out we asked about doing touch-up paint ourselves to save money. We never heard back from him on that and got charged hundreds of dollars for touch ups and light bulbs (all of which worked prior to moving out). Its telling when one of the five star reviews you rely on is you reviewing yourself. Its also worth noting that apparently RE/MAX uses the most ungodly expensive cleaning service on the planet, charging us $325 for house cleaning. Would not recommend RE/MAX or JR for renting a house unless you plan on never moving and never having anything break

Horribel agent. Mislead us and lied about the property. We bought for way over value based on his advice. He took advantage of us just to make a sale.

Customer service skill = 0, very rude and condescending. If you let him manage your property, hes chasing away your customers with his disrespectful tone when talking to clients and or potential clients. VERY BAD ATTITUDE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Needs to find a new line of work!

I spoke with this guy, JR over the phone, he was unpleasant and behaved arrogantly. I would not give this person the opportunity to be involved with any business issues with me.
