Mattie and Tim are attentive to your tight areas and stretch needs. I love their massage gun which helps breaks up muscle tissues and knots! Great experience so far!

The stretches are amazing! I was having intense shoulder pain after standing all day and they were able to stretch the muscles I just couldnt. Coming consistently really does improve quality of life I wish I could afford a membership!I work at Stretch Zone. We are not a scam as these people suggest. We clearly state how our payment program works up front and just with any other service that requires someone to wait around for you if you do not show up you lose the credit. We require 24 hours notice so we can try to book someone else.

Best thing since sliced bread. Great to go to a place that can stretch out your whole body when youre not able to do it yourself because of many different issues. Bought myself lots of gift certificates to go here does run a little bit expensive but definitely worth it

Locally the place is great, but the corporation... I gave them the opportunity to be reasonable and give me back $300 charged for a 2nd month that I was not going to use, but they apparently prefer to keep that money over avoiding a review like thisTheir policy is so cruel that if you sign up for one month at 300 dollars, and cancel 2 weeks later, you get charged a full 300 for the next month.I only attended a handful of sessions. So $600 for all that? If I were a manager I wouldnt be able to sleep doing that to a customer. And I certainly wouldnt want the bad press.

Staff is welcoming and knowledgeable... and fixed my hip issues without having to go to the doctor! Highly recommend!!! These guys (and gals) Rock!

I have been going to the Lake Mary StretchZone for about 6 months. During this period of time, I have had several coaches* (for lack of a better term for the staff), which can be a disappointment, as it is always nice to have the same coach, who can adjust your stretching routine based on your progress.Immediately following the free first session, I was convinced of the benefits that stretching by a professional was for me.I return every 2 weeks for more stretching. The past few sessions Ive had Coach Ernest Jackson, who really gives me a productive stretch session. Im hoping that he stays with the company, as his sessions are truly effective.Do not hesitate in taking advantage of their complimentary first session, as Im certain that you will immediately recognize the benefits of stretching.David D

Dont sign up with them. After I signed up, I give them the 30 notice to cancel my account as they requested however they are counting charge me on my visa card . After many calls and of course no return call back from them. I had to go head and dispute the charges through my visa company. Their customer service is suck. The stretch zone is rip off.

Actually, zero stars!!! Cancelled my wifes membership after 2 visits last year and they are still charging our credit card. When you call to complain, they give you the run around, like, there is no manager on site, call your credit card, call the main office, etc. Yet, they will say they dont know the number of the head office. We called our credit card company several times already and the charges still keep on recurring! Be careful if you join, this is a scam!!!

I have bad back and I have lost all flexibility, because of my limitations. Slowly getting better now that I go here increase my flexibility helping with the back pain now that the leg muscles are not so tight.

This place is a total scam. Now I want to be honest here, the therapists are all nice and especially Gian who does outstanding work so my complaint is NOT with any employees at the location. My problem lies with corporate as I had to cancel my membership because I travel too much and they told me no I have to give them 30 days notice which I agreed to. Now come August and I had verbal and written confirmation my plan was cancelled after following they’re instructions yet I’m still being charged 149.00 this month. The funny thing is I called the office And spoke with Christina who informed me that she will “look into it and get the membership cancelled and will call me back” which of course never happened. Helene and Michelle in the customer service and billing section also told me I was cancelled which I am obviously not. It’s Principal at this point and highly recommend anyone who is considering using this fraudulent company not to do so. Again this review is stating that the corporate or billing Dept is shady and does not cancel your membership and in no way am I saying the therapists have anything to do with the upper management or corporate billing Dept. The stylists are professional and very good. It’s a shame the company is so shady.I have an update on 8-25-2018. I filed complaints with the better business bureau as well as the attorney generals office, and the owner of stretch zone has not even answered the formal complaints!!! I still have not been refunded my August bill of 149.00 and it’s been 2 months. I have tried over 5 times to reach them and each time they say they are looking into it. Do not sign up for this place this is a scan. I sign up with them for a 4 class per month in 10/27/17=$149$ i when 2 times them i got charge again on 11/27/17 an found out i lost my 2 sessions because i didnt used them. they will not tell you this at the time of sign in you will find out later this remind me of the payday loan scan SMH. The month before whatever you dont used you lose i call an ask to stop payment for December i was going on vacation an i wanted to continue in January an thats is when i found out i loose my pass Session i was so mad. they say no in order to cancel payment i have to email them 30 days before. this mean if you sign in you paying for 2 months an you dont even know on to you are ready to pull out. In conclusion i will never used this company or any other like them. I receive 2 sessions out of 8 for 149$x2 an it was suppose to be time x3 but i had to cancel my credit card in order to stop them from charging me again an i will not be surprise if they take me to court for 149$ for a service i didnt use. if i was you dont wasted your money or pay them cash if they let you.

I went in only once to see what it was....they call me at least once a day-sometimes twice and leave a message even though I obviously dont want there service! This will be a short lived franchise if they continue to pressure people to join!!
