My boyfriend and I dropped in while we were traveling. Every staff member we met was super friendly and helpful. The gym was clean AND air conditioned...which is super nice considering how humid it is in Florida.

One of the worst gyms around. My wife has been a member for years. So i decided to start going. I did a pay as I go plan. The workouts were good and was enjoying the Maitland facility. Eventually I got a membership. I used the gym to workout with friends in the middle of the day as an open gym and on Sundays. One month into my 6 membership, without much warning they increased their rates.Most of the members left the next month including my friends. Within a week they realized their mistake and lowered their rates, but most people stayed away. Then the next month they ended Saturday yoga and stayed closed on Sundays. At this point the amount of money I was paying was not worth the service they were providing .Next they took away the open gym hours and no Olympic lifting was allowed in the gym. Now my membership was almost useless. So I modified my workouts to accommodate their rules. Continued to go until they decided to shut down that location.So my options were to travel to the Lake Mary location. So my wife and I requested a refund for 2 months left out of the 3 months of our membership. After a little run around and being told once they settled the closing of the gym we would be refunded. Surprise never heard back from anyone at EW Fitness, So my wife and I lost about 600 dollars not to mention part of the month we were in and my wife had a free month.Final point the gyms workouts are mediocre usually consisting of a kettle ball movement a box movement and a form of cardio (short run) or an insane chipper. So before you pay for a long membership, they have closed two gyms in less than a year, none of the modifications to the gym (hour or amenities) are ever in the members favor. So think twice about a long term membership. This gym use to have a great community and great people. But greed and thinking that their product is worth more than what it is worth has slowly destroyed a great business.

Great gym. Truly meets you at your level

After trying three other barbershops in the Lake Mary area I went to EW this morning and had a perfect cut. The first cut was free and impressive enough that I asked how to sign up for the barber club membership on the spot. The price is fair even though Im not a member of the gym.

The best place for a hair cut anywhere in the Florida . Bobby C
