They have such a wonderful staff that really works with you and makes you feel completely comfortable! 10 outta 10 would recommend to anyone!

My son has a lot of anxiety. The staff welcomed him and made him feel very comfortable for his first time visit. He was beaming after his cleaning and showing off his teeth to everyone. From scheduling the appointment all the way up to the doctor the staff is kind and professional. Definitely a great family dental practice.

I have been to half a dozen dentists in three different states, but none of them come close to this place. Hands down the best dentist Ive ever had. I have now had my entire mouth redone, and never had a single complaint with the quality, speed, or care of work. Every time I get work done at other dentists, there is always SOMETHING wrong with it, but not here. In and out quickly with perfect attention to detail and smooth recovery.All of the staff, not just doctors, are equally great at what they do, and really help to work with you about the insurance ins and outs and helping you pay for the work. Everyone is very friendly and easy to get along with. Overall this is not a 5 star dentist, but 6. You have to go. Thanks progressive!

We starting seeing Dr. Rao after a bad experience at another local dentist. I needed a several cavities filled, a crown and a root canal after some years of neglect. She was so kind, professional and her staff worked with me to get all my work done in a timely manner. She is never pushy and worked with me to plan all my care at a rate I was comfortable with. The pain was minimal with all my procedures and she explained everything she was doing so I knew what was going on. Now my husband and I both see her for regular follow up. The staff is so caring and kind and we both love our hygienists. I previously had so much anxiety going to the dentist but not since we found Progressive dental.

Dr. Rao is very understanding and accommodating. Weve run into some problems and instead of shoving me off onto another dentist, she has worked with me and helped me way beyond her regular responsibilities. Im very thankful to be her patient and I recommend her revery chance i get.

My first visit to this dental practice as a new patient was very good. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Care was taken to minimize clients in waiting room. Technician was thorough with cleaning, X-rays and explanation of issues. Doctor discussed best approach to addressing problems with failing teeth and alignment. Financing options were presented. Very comfortable that I can get complete and quality dental care from this practice. New to the area so it was nice to find a center that can take care of all my dental needs.

Office staff is extremely friendly. Dental assistant, Janina, is top notch, thorough and caring. Dentist is awesome, although I have had few problems, so I barely get to spend a lot of quality time with her, thank God!

It is a very friendly place. Very detailed with exams. Very patient with patients and listens to what they are concerned about. The office and exams rooms look very cleaned.

I have already seen Dr. Rao for several procedures, and always had a very good experience. The assistants Jamie and Juanita are very knowledgeable and comforting. I did not feel any discomfort during shots by Dr Rao, and extractions were quick. I like Doctor’s confidence, and pleasant atmosphere provided by the office.

The staff, the hygienist and Dr. Rao were extremely nice and helpful. My old dentist of over 30 years retired and referred me here and I felt right at home, like they were an extension of my old dentists office. They told me exactly what was going on with my teeth after tacking x-rays and what I needed to do about the extreme sensitivity. Jackie (the hygienist) was so gentle when cleaning my sore/sensitive teeth and was super friendly. I would recommend Progressive Dental to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I had had the same dentist for 25 years. I recently majorly broke a tooth. I was in pain and was concerned about the amount of damage to the tooth. My dentist could not fit me in for 3 weeks. I called Progressive and explained the situation. They made the time to see me that day. Her staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. Dr Chaitra Rao Aithal was very caring and dedicated to helping me out. She and her team calmed my anxieties and worked together efficiently to provide excellent care while explaining everything along the way and making sure I was ok. I am happy to say that I have found a new dentist.

Our very most favorite place to get all cleaned up and taken care of!! Dr. Rao, Janina & their entire loving crew are always going way above and beyond the call of duty. I cannot recommend Progressive Dental enough!!

My 1st, 2nd and 3rd time here this summer. My kids got their cleaning and they were great with the social distancing and sanitizing! Girls in the front have super sweet welcoming voices and are just warm in general!Janina is a doll! Super professional but has a personal touch as well! I ended up seeing her two days in a row for a deep cleaning! My teeth were minimally sore, and she made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Explained anything that needed further information.I have a future appt next month, and I feel completely at ease going back here! Pricing is fair and broken down clearly on the bill!Progressive, keep up the great work!! You all are awesome!!!

This place has been very good to me. Dr. Rao is great at what she does, and that is because she really loves helping people get their smiles back! The entire staff is very friendly and professional. My dentist had retired and I hadnt yet gotten around to making an appointment for a cleaning, when a crown came loose. Progressive Dental got me in the same day, took xrays, determined Id need a root canal and another crown and put a temporary crown in place, within about an hour! Staff was friendly, professional and I felt very comfortable in making the decision to make them my choice as dentist.

They are so friendly and offer superior dental cleaning and service. Our whole family continues to have a great experience with them.

Progressive Dental is a heaven sent from God, especially if you have a tooth emergency they get you in next day and take care of your emergency..Had a tooth extracted and they made me feel very comfortable about it, and Im not a huge fan of any dentist, but this place is the place to go to.

These ladies in this office are wonderful, caring, and compassionate. Being a member of the LGBT+++ community they have addressed me according to my gender identity. Their quick and efficient dental work, and caring follow up means I will be there as a patient for a long time.

It was my 1st time at this office. I Needed an emergency fix that my own dentist I had been seeing for a while couldnt do. This office was able to squeeze me into their busy schedule to help me out. They did a fantastic job. I have found the most caring, friendly office a patient could hope for. Although it is a bit further than my last dentist it will be worth the drive. I wish I can give 10 stars. I highly recommend them.

I had my first visit with Progressive Dental the other day and they were so accommodating and compassionate towards me. The receptionist Laura was incredibly kind and informative, she answered all of my questions and was thorough regarding the whole process! Definitely will put you at ease if you get anxious visiting the Dentist and dealing with insurance. This is definitely a 5 star office, along with 5 star staff! I’ve never been a fan of the dentist but everyone at the office makes me feel at home and at ease.I recently had some work done with fillings, bonding, and a single wisdom tooth extraction. The experience I had with all of these procedures was amazing and I can’t thank everyone at the office enough! No issues, no concerns, and everything turned out great. From the procedure, to the after care discussion and take home forms (along with a follow up as well), I really felt taken care of. I don’t think I would have gotten through this at any other office. My wife and I love going here!

I recently started using Progressive Dental and I have nothing but praise for the outstanding professional service I have experienced after several visits. I recently switched from Associates for Family Dentistry in Gurnee which I used for many years of wonderful service. My regular dentist decided to retire causing the switch. Distance was also a factor.

Wonderful staff, very professional but also extremely nice. Have had a root canal and a few fillings done as well as basic cleanings, and they always go amazingly. Never once had an issue. Love them!

The best cleaning I have ever experienced! I have dental anxiety and the hygenist, Janina, was positively perfect. She helped me feel relaxed, comfortable and then went to town cleaning my choppers! Luckily, I didnt have any urgent concerns, so when I met the dentist it was more of a formality.....however, she was kind and gentle and I know I am in good hands for future dental needs. I highly recommend!

Husband had a crown put on November/December 2019. Crown fell off Febraury/March 2020. He was charged $75.00 to put the crown back on! Guess what crown fell off again Tuesday April 28, 2020. Left a message Tuesday April 28, 2020 and still have not received a phone call back. Website and message states they are checking voicemail messages. HMMMM! Now Thursday April 30, 2020 and still no call back. With all the crowns we have had put on in last 20 years by various other dentist NOT ONE HAS FALLEN OFF! BOTTOM LINE IS THE CROWN MIGHT HAVE BEEN MADE INCORRECTLY! $600 LATER HE STILL DOES NOT HAVE A CROWN THAT STAYS ON!!!!! BEWARE IF THEY PUT A CROWN ON!

Very friendly and professional, from the front desk to the dental chair. I am not someone who even remotely enjoys going to the dentist and have neglected my teeth because of that. Dr. Rao, dentist is very gentle, quick and did amazing job on my teeth. Hygienists are also knowledgeable and did good work. Over all staff is friendly, courteous and professional at the same time. Insurance acceptance and billing process is very smooth. Easy to book and reschedule appointments. Clinic is cozy, clean and has friendly environment.

I have been very pleased with the service and care I have received at Progressive. Dentist, hygienist and reception have all been kind and caring with each visit I have had.Recently had a problem tooth after filling. It had a defect and the bonding would not hold. Finally I ended up having to have a crown put onto this troublesome tooth. We do not have insurance so the cost was a problem. Knowing this, the staff worked very hard to arrive at a price we were able to pay. Putting it onto our CareCard along with the reduced price and all made this a workable situation.I would recommend this dental group to anyone.

WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM !!!! The entire staff is highly professional but also very personable. I have had a fear about going to the dentist all most half my life after going to some that werent very professional who seemed to master in the word PAIN but since Ive found Dr. Chaitra NOT ANYMORE!!!! . SHE TOTALLY ROCKS ! If youre looking for a compassionate dentist who takes their time to get to know you and your needs, that is very Knowledgeable in their field, then SHEs your GIRL . I promise you will not be disappointed.

Service is great. It is a little frustrating to find out the dental work that needs to be done and the cost associated with it. It seems dental costs are not far behind medical expenses. There is a discount plan available to sign up for and flexible payment plans as well to help take the edge off the total.Dr. Rau (sp) and her associates are very thorough., however. They do their best to make you comfortable with whatever procedure needs to be done. I would definitely refer someone to them.
