Going to Compassionate Dental was one of the BEST decisions I have made. I knew I needed some work done on my teeth, but had been avoiding it, due to embarrassment - in the past, Ive had nothing but terrible experiences at the dentist. I never felt judged for ONE SECOND here. Every person I encountered from the moment I stepped into the office was kind and caring. Rolla, Karen, Dr. Kamal and Lupita made me feel so much more comfortable during the entire experience. I cannot recommend them enough. If youre scared to go to the dentist, DONT BE! Choose Compassionate Dental!

When I contacted Compassionate Dental care, I was in excruciating pain and was able to secure an appointment with no problem. Dr. Kamal, Meli, Lupita, Alana and the receptionist were so professional, courteous and friendly! My fears were calmed and I was well cared for. Undoubtedly, the best dental- related experience I’ve ever had!! They definitely live up to their name- highly recommend!!

The Algonquin site is amazing!!! I have severe anxiety when it comes to seeing the dentist and having dental work done and I felt so comfortable. They treated me so well, everyone remembered my name, they worked with me financially. I would recommend to any of my family and friends!

I was comfortable after my first visit. I had a lot of issues and was of course anxious the first time coming in. My previous dentist was a nightmare. Dr. Tim and Manveer put me at ease, explained what options I had, and we were off and running. The implant surgery wasnt as scary or painful as so many say, it wasnt bad at all (all remaining upper extractions and 5 implants). Almost ready for my permanent teeth. They take good care of you as a patient, even accommodate odd hours (thank you). The entire staff is friendly, they all checked in on me after my surgery. I can smile again and they have a new, loyal patient.

Since this was an emergency visit, I was very impressed with their care. I saw the exray and could see exactly what was wrong. Having experience with working for an orthodontist in my younger years, I understood what needed to be done and they explained every step clearly. The Doctor And his assistant did the surgery with great skill also. I have good instructions on my home care and a appt. For ext week.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tim for 12 yrs. Super friendly and compassionate. I love the one day service for most things and they work with you. Best dental office in the area. I now drive over an 1 hour to come for my appointments.

I was grateful they were able to get me in when my crown fell off, but other than that i would not recommend. For new patients, there are EIGHT pages to fill out, much of the information seemed unethical and had no connection to my visit. They took an xray and I waited for Dr Tim. When he came in, he pointed to a picture on the monitor, said i needed a new crown and post and said they would tell me how much at check out. He was in the room for a total of 3 minutes and never even looked in my mouth. The girl checking me out said they were in network with my insurance which i found out was not correct. She said i should get an email with an estimate for a new crown once they contact insurance. That was almost two weeks ago and still havent received anything. Waste if $89 which i had to pay up front because they couldnt run it through my insurance?

From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They explain things in detail and they are good with following up. Over all, my experiences here has been amazing and I’m always referring my friends and family.Grateful to be a patient here :)

These guys go above and beyond! The cap on my front tooth fell off the day before a big work event. Dr. Tim and his assistant stayed until 8:30 pm to make sure my tooth was fixed and looked right. I have been going here, and taking my children here, for the past few years and they really do live up to their name. I used to be terrified of dentists but the staff at Compassionate always make me feel comfortable and do their best to minimize any pain. We love this place!

To be honest, I was afraid I was going to encounter compassion in name only and end up finding that the experience offered here would be no different from any other doctor or dentist who doesnt really give a **** about me beyond how I can add to his/her bottom line.When I walked in and saw how new the facility was; and as they used only the newest and latest technology on me, that only served to reinforce my initial belief that I was going to be fleeced.I was there to discuss implants. I had spoken to a number of other dental professionals already and none of them convinced me that they would take the BEST care of me and be worthy of earning my hard earned money.I am not an easy customer nor an easy patient. I was full of fear (about many things) and can be defensive in situations where I feel particularly vulnerable. I can tell you that my experience with Compassionate Dental Care so far has been outstanding.Although my consultation was scheduled to last an hour and a half, I was there 3 hours because I had so many questions and concerns. Never was I made to feel rushed or that I was a burden or that my concerns were not valid ones. I even followed up that initial visit with emails, phone calls and texts with more questions and they responded quickly and in the most warm, friendly manner each time.I went in yesterday to pre-pay for my implant surgery. As I was reading the contract something gave me pause again. I expressed my concern. She asked me, what do I need to know in order to feel comfortable moving forward? Wow. Great question. I told her and she found the appropriate person to come and address my final concern and he did so well that I now have zero reservations about going through with this procedure with this team of professionals. I also feel like Im getting a fair deal price wise. But honestly, the level of care Ive gotten so far has been priceless.If every doctor and dentist I had encountered over my lifetime had treated me with the same level of care and respect as what I have received here, I likely would not have spent a lifetime avoiding visits to the doctor and dentist until minor issues turned into a major ones.I highly recommend Compassionate Dental Care.

Im sorry but I cant give them 5 stars because of 3 things. 1st they cant get my name right. 2nd I have to do paperwork for each cleaning every 6 months. 3rd the least of importance but nice to have in each room during wait time is the TVs. The Dish Network was going in and out the whole time. And the weather was clear and calm. How ever the staff were excellent. And thats what counts.

Three fillings, a crown, and Invisalign - all completely painless and all in one appointment - definitely eased my anxiety about my visit and I’m shocked at how fast and completely pain-free it was! I had a root canal done by a different dentist earlier this week. I had a temporary crown out on. 2 days later I started having immense pain and could not reach my normal dentist. They had me come over immediately and solved my issue. Dr Tim was fantastic and really took time to discuss what caused my pain with me and even suggested what he felt would be my best treatment plan, whether I went back to my normal dentist or if I decided to come back to him. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. They were truly wonderful!

The staff here is so sweet and fun! Just finished my invisalign with Dr. Tim and I’ve noticed my grinding stopped at night and my jaw feels so much better. Dr. Kamal and Lupita the assistant are always really nice too!

I had recently moved and chose the dental care just based on my insurance and positive reviews. So I was a little nervous. The staff was very good at working with my new insurance plan, but by the day of my visit they still had not received an answer about coverage of initial x-rays. However, Dr. Tim said he would go ahead because he needed them to do a thorough exam and if they werent covered, not to worry. Fortunately they were covered. I was surprised at this level of service and really thought that the name of the dental office was very appropriate! I was very pleased with the friendliness and treatment that I received.

No pain!! Had a route canal and an extraction on the same day!!! 3 hours later and Im done. This place is the best!! They were professional and compassionate. Made me feel at home. Compassionate Dental, How would one describe it ? Id probably have to say, Its the best dental office Ive been too. And Ive been to five in the Dundee/ Crystal Lake/ Algonquin Area. Everything Ive needed they been very professional with. They guarantee their work, and they follow through on their guarantees. Few places do that nowadays. The staff is very professional, kind, caring. Its a good place for families. Their the best in my book.

Dentist messed up my wifes root canal and messed up her jaw. She had to pay out of pocket and now has to go to another dentist to get the root canal corrected. $3000.00 wasted during a pandemic.

Went here for a cleaning since it’s very close to home and wanted to check them out. Very friend staff and excellent facilities. I have no problems here I’ve just become comfortable with my dentist I’ve seen for the last 10 years so I continue to drive out there, but I would recommend compassionate dental to anyone local looking for a great place to go.

The Dental assistant performing most of the cleaning and other did a great job. She was very personable and nice. Doctor came in and did his thing, but was quick and did not spend much time with my son. Not very personable at all. The office Staff billed an adult cleaning and not a child one. Only my son goes here. When I called the office after arriving home, I called the office and they said they noticed it right after I left. We ended up getting two claims in the mail from our provider.

Spotlessly clean, state of the art! NEED I SAY MORE? YES----- Whole team is very professional, Patrice is the most thorough hygienist Ive ever had and in fact better than my previous Dentist of 18 years. Jorie the dental arts tech is Fab as well works until your appliance fits!! Dr. Tim and Dr. King are great at what they do. I had the opportunity to have them both check out my museum mouth. In the near future I will embark upon the dental implant procedure(7, 8 &9) yikes!!! Will let you know how this goes. I am confident 97.98% that I have found the right place. For those who are weary of dentists give this place a try. Thy will show you a lot of compassion...payment plans too..as well as their own version of dental insurance..

I have had a lot of dentists, and dental work done. I wish I started here with Dr King! He is simply the best! I am so happy with my implant process. Also, with routine cleanings, the dental hygienists there do a wonderful job! Highly recommend!

My son absolutely loves this office! He had a different dentist prior and it was always a fight to go. Since switching he is calm when going to the dentist. Everyone makes it so simple and works with us and our insurance to make sure we get done what needs to be done.

I never had been to this dental office before and I had a dental emergency, and gave them a call in the evening hour and explained my issue and the pain I was in and had an appt for that following morning. From start to finish, everyone there was very pleasant. Their office and rooms are very clean and sterile and inviting. They were aware of my dental anxiety as well, and put my mind at ease. I had to get an infected tooth pulled that same day, and Dr. Tim was very pleasant and professional. I didn’t have any anxiety or issues while he performed the extraction. It went fairly quick and smooth and I can’t express how pleased and grateful I am. I highly recommend Compassionate Dental. I hadn’t been to the dentist in years, and Compassionate Dental was awesome! First, I was greeted by Melissa, who was super personable and friendly. The dental assistant, Manveer, was super nice and knowledgeable and Dr. Tim (Stirneman) was great- time was taken to educate me on the procedure, and in my 45 years I can’t say that I’ve met a dentist with a better bedside manner!My appointment was for 1:00, and the very efficient and professional staff got me through the new patient forms, the diagnostic consultation and the tooth extraction by 2:00! Unbelievable! The local anesthetic was administered, the tooth was extracted and the stitches were given in 20 minutes flat.I will definitely be back to this dental office. I highly recommend it to anyone in need of dental work.

I am a new patient to Compassionate Dental Care. I left my old Dentist because they were canceling my Saturday appointments, which i felt was unprofessional. I only been here twice for a cleaning, and was very satisfied. First when you walk, they have a huge waiting room, fully equipped to meet your waiting needs. Which included, a fully stocked fridge of protein drinks, water and kids juice boxes. Single serve coffee maker. A game room for kids to play Xbox or play station, i cant remember which or if it was both. and of course toys for the kids. I didnt get to use many of those amenities, because there really was no wait, which is simply unheard of in this industry. When I went in, i was amazed that each room had a 42 inch or higher flat screen TV. On the service side, they had great customer service and were very friendly and professional. I am definitely sold, and will be an ongoing patient here moving forward.

They also didnt try and push services on me I didnt need, and the dentist Frank did an amazing job with the extraction. His assistant Raquel was amazing as well. Quick, to the point, and clean. My wife, two kids, and I all are happy with our choice to use Compassionate Dental Care. I dont feel pushed to have dental work done which is not necessary. Being comfortable and having a feeling of trust is very important to me. The equipment seems to be all top level, and you can tell they invest in their infrastructure to provide great service.

I have been a patient going into 2 years now. The staff has always been professional and compassionate but my not so pleased experience was with 2 new crowns. I had the most excruciating pain in my gums for weeks following the procedure. When I returned for a review I was given a treatment that included medication and it did resolve the issue of pain. However, I still experience sensitivity in the area where the gum is still exposed, sometimes with cold and hot, which was my initial reason for the new crowns. I am scheduled for another crown and hope to have a better experience this time because I have to give it another shot as the staff is just awesome and I dont feel as if I am running on an assembly line there. I get personable attention.

Been coming here since i was a child! Would never pick another place to get my dental work done. I even live out of state for school and work my schedule so i can continue to come back there! 100% recommend going there!

They gave me a layout of a plan to get me back on track and it was reasonable.The crown procedure i needed was done with great care. They fitted me on site and everything feels great. Dropped my anxiety level down from skyhigh to basically nothing. Two extractions and bone grafting under twilight and everything was as promised! The staff and dentist made me feel as comfortable as possible and talked me through everything prior to surgery. I would definitley recommend Compassionate Dental Care!

What kind of dentist requires you to prepay for services over the phone before an appointment can even be made? This place is so shady! We now have our insurance company investigating charges. Last time we did, ironically their office flooded records were lost and they resurfaced with a new name. BEWARE

Had trouble with my teeth and they gave me an appointment pretty quick. Took care of my problem. Did a great job cleaning my teeth. When you show up they take care of you pretty quickly. Dont have to sit around waiting.

Yes, I am one of those people that loves to go to the dentist. I recently moved to the area & needed to find a new one. I was a little leery about going to a bigger office and afraid of sales pitches, etc. There was none of that! I had to have a crown on my front tooth, Dr. Frank did an awesome, and I mean awesome, job with everything to make sure it looked perfect. You cannot tell I have a crown. Highly recommend this office!

I stopped going to this dentist because every time I would go in, they would tell me I owed an amount from my previous visit. The last time I went in, the finance lady asked if their office had me sign anything last time I was in. Before I could even respond, she was shaking her head “no” at me...guess I didn’t need to answer! After that, I decided not to use them anymore. I called them to receive a refund for a credit I had on my account. I was told numerous times someone would call me back that day. Over a week of them telling me someone would call me back, they called me to schedule my appointment. I told them I would no longer be using their services and would like my refund as promised. They assured me someone would call that day. After hours of still no phone call, I had to once again call them about my refund. Totally unprofessional and complete scammers.

Dr. King was amazing with my son. My son is very self conscious about his teeth because of his poor enamel. He had multiple cavities under the brackets from his braces. Dr. King made him feel so at ease and gave him a confident smile back! Thank you so much!

I usually have anxiety when going to the dentist. I have often felt pain and just dred going back for 6 months. But today I stepped into Compassionate Dental and that all changed. If I had known my experience was going to go the way it did today, I literally would have been excited to go. Dr Tim was so kind and really took time with me and made me feel comfortable. It took more than 3 months to get my partials and when i finally got them, i was not 100% satisfied. Top-notch dental care - highly recommended! I was 36 weeks pregnant at my last checkup and the staff was well, 1) shocked that I was there, and 2) incredibly caring. My son is now 5 months (already) and Im due next month for my next checkup! 😁

They all make me feel very comfortable when going in for treatment. I would give this Dental office 10 stars if I could. They took me in on an emergency visit and took care of the pain I was having. I cant thank them enough. They are all so genuine at heart! Talking to me every step of the procedure. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone who needs dental work. I needed an emergency tooth removal and was very apprehensive. Dr. Stirneman had me come in immediately and made sure I was taken care of. He made me feel very comfortable and assured me I would not feel any pain. He explained exactly what he was going to do and followed through. I was relieved at the end of the procedure that it had gone so well. I would recommend Dr. Stirneman and will continue to see him going forward. Thank you.

I have been going to Compassionate Dental Care for about 4 years. I have been very pleased with Dr. Frank and Karen, the dental hygienist. They are very caring and do a wonderful job. I’m sure I’ll be going back for a number of years.

There is no bigger coward than me when it comes to even taking about going to the dentist. The staff were able to get me to even sit in the chair. I needed some heavy work and they were able to get me in there to get it done. I cant say that I now look forward to going or even that I dont break out it a cold sweat when I think about it but I an now going regularly. Nothing more needs to be said!

I highly recommend Compassionate Dental Care of Lake in the Hills.Quick X-Rays and Dr. Tim got right to the point with a plan to fix the problems.The office personnel were also helpful from beginning to end.

Thanks Edward, Alicia and Dr Tim for my incisor crown. I had a wonderful experience with this team today. They are friendly, makes sure patients are comfortable and are passionate towards their work. I am extremely satisfied and pleased at their service.I had a dental emergency for a chipped tooth yesterday and ta-da today I have a perfect crown(which is very hard to distinguish from original)Everyone from the front desk to the doctors are compassionate and best of all are very responsive to any dental emergencies. First time I came to this place (old location) was for my 6 year old son. He had a dental emergency because he had tooth pick stuck between his teeth. And this was around 5.30 when none of the dental offices were taking us in. CDC asked me to come right away with him, probed the tooth pick out and my son walked out with a cookie! We have been coming regularly here for cleanings and fillings. I would like to personally thank my crown team, Laurel and other CDC staff for your services. Keep it up!!!

The doctors and staff went well above and beyond expectations to help my dad with a dental issue and a complicated set of circumstances. I could not be happier with how helpful, accommodating, and professional the doctor and staff were with this. As a patient of Compassionate Dental Care I have always had great care with my own dental needs, but this experience was exceptional relative to any other business I have encountered.

The staff here is very kind, gentle, and patient. The large TVs in every treatment room help make the time go by quickly. Your appointment will be over before you realize it.

Didnt think Id like this place. They are pretty good, despite offering me cavity-inducing cookies. Laurel my technician is the best. Ive been lucky to have her every time.

Wonderful customer service! Even though I have a fear of the dentist, I always feel very comfortable during procedures. The doctors are great and the hygienists are superb!

Office staff and Doctors are very friendly and helpful. New age office tech. A Tv for every chair to entertain you. Video games for kids in the waiting room. Snacks and beverages. Highly recommend.

Started coming to Compassionate Dental 4 months ago after my old dentist retired. They have state of the art equipment and a very knowledgeable staff. Have not had any issues and they took my insurance which is a plus.

Always accommodating and always kind and friendly. They do a great job at explaining procedures. I have had a few major dental issues and they have been the best at fixing what my past dentist had done.

Compassionate Dental is amazing place. I have been going there ever since I was in elementary school. Dr. Tim and the other dentists there are great and everyone always greets you with a smile.

My family and I have been coming here for a long time and absolutely love this place! Extremely professional, and comfortable staff. I would recommend Compassionate Dental to anyone!!!!
