Last week a friend and I were out fishing. We went to a cove that weve hone to many times over the years. No more. He went to turn around and the shale/sand grabbed the rear end and pulled it into the lake and over a dropoff. Called Camel Towing and they were over to get us out. Took two trucks with winches to get out of lake. Surprisingly started the next day and drove home. Made a lot of noise due to the sediment in the brake drums. Drying out now.

Do not use this company under any circumstances. They do not show up when they say they will. In fact when you call them to try to find out why they havent shown up yet two hours after the time they are expected they will just hang up on you. Beware of this company if you are ever stranded and really need help.FOLLOW UPAfter my insurance company cancelled the job and gave it to another towing company, this joke of a business goes to where my vehicle is parked and loads in on their tow truck, calls me and tells me they have my truck and when I reminded then the order was cancelled. I was told that if my insurance didnt pay them, I would have to or they would not let me have my truck back. And then hung up on me again. If you do business with this company do so at your own risk. They are the worst business I have ever had the displeasure of being involved with

I contacted camel towing a day in advance letting them know I would need a tow to a shop this morning-was informed that I would be first on the list as requested to be on time for my shop appointment. When I called in the morning around 7:45 to confirm before leaving for work, he said that they would be there in about 30-45 minutes (one guy in front of me now somehow).An hour later still nothing, we called the company back to be told again that they would be there in 30-45 after the current job had been handled.Another hour later they finally show up (after a third phone call and heated words).Colin, who is the guy they sent out, upon arrival was very disrespectful, rude, and had HORRIBLE customer service as he informed my pregnant fiancé that he was in a rush to get to a dentist appointment and continued to load my vehicle quickly and carelessly telling her that he was likely going to cause MORE DAMAGE to my truck in the loading process.By far the worst experience I’ve ever had I would not recommend you or anyone you know use Camel towing!We understand needing to take care of your kids (it is important), however it’s not our fault you’re off schedule...

I lost a rear tire on my scooter at Walmart, I called Camel Towing and they arrived in about 20 minutes and brought my scooter to my house for a very reasonable price!

Called for a tow tonight and the guy simply said “we are short handed and I can’t send someone out of town to get your vehicle” then he just hung up. Our vehicle is just south of Lake Havasu not far “out of town”. Not apology for not being able to help. Just HORRIBLE customer service. I run a transportation business with 40 vehicles in the area and they will never get our business again!

Thank you guys so very much! Paying you $120 in this situation hardly seems fair. Not your ordinary tow... My expedition was sitting on three wheels, teetering on the side of a cliff after a wrong turn in donkey acres... These guys showed up in about 20 minutes and saved my ass. Their ETA was 5 times quicker and fee was 3 times less than the tow company I called first. No joke! Thanks quality towing for leaving me no option but to call Camel towing. My truck wouldve been at the bottom of that hole if Id waited two hours for you to come!

I called asking about junker car purchases, and the same day I had that junkbox in my garage gone, I was tired of looking at thing knowing Id never fix it. Thank you for making it painless for me!!

After being away for a while, we came home to a dead car battery. We charged it and hooked it up ready to go about our day. Unfortunately as soon as we hooked up the battery, the alarm went off and would not stop making the car impossible to drive. We called Ford for guidance, hit the Ford website and even went into Bradley Ford for help. No one could tell us how to turn off or reset the unrelenting horn. Finally we gave up and called Ford Roadside to tow it to the dealer. Daniel from Camel Tow showed up, looked over the car, tried a few sequences and did what Ford could not - he found the alarm button and showed me where it was! Daniel Rocked!
