Booked with AAA at 12:22 pm at 1:53 pm Steve,s towing gave me a 30 min eta. At 3:45 called Steves Towing and spoke with a female on the phone, she said she would call back with an ETA. No call back. Called AAA at 5:20 pm they referred me to another company. Steves Towing 5 hours Plus now no show, no call. Unprofessional, would never recommend for any service.Its Monday two days later and Steves Automotive still hasnt called me back too even see if I was taken care of. I am a retired disabled veteran told the woman on the phone stranded off I 95 for more than 5 hours.

I called for a AAA TOW at 345 pm from the side of the road they never showed up and told AAA dispatch they did. Text update said on the way ..never came. Then text said here and never came. Me and my 3 year old waited for 2 and a half hours in 110 degree heat then abandoned the car and left in a cab! They told AAA they showed up and my car was modified. Liers.

Waited 7 hours for a tow, will not be calling them ever again

I hope you never need this company in your time of need. I was rear ended by this aaa tow truck service and not only would they not file a claim, once I filed they have failed to accept liability ( even though I was rear ended while stopped at a light )Have tried calling over and over and every time you talk to someone you get a different answer, some folks say there is a female owner and I have spoken with someone today who claims the owner to be a femaleNo help, nothing and this is aaa

I called them for a tow and turned out that I didnt need it. The original fee was $120 the driver changed the spare and said the price would drop to $65. I let him change the spare and he said he couldnt refund any of my money. I was over charged. $120 for a spare change.If your driver told me that I would be receiving a refund for the job changing to just a tire change then he is obligated to refund it. If I knew that your company was gonna drive out there and do that, I would have put the spare on myself and never called your service.Thats not any kind of a bargain where I can see. You should have just honered the refund for not towing anything if thats what your employee stated to me. I will be getting in touch with you and I think its only right that I am refunded something for this. I have been struggling financially since the pandemic and health reasons so, $55.00 means a lot more to me than it does for you. Im sure your company will not go out of business for a measley $55 bucks but, for me thats getting to buy food or starve. So I think I deserve a pass for this. Remember, sometimes people need a little bit of compassion in a situation like this. Im just one of the millions of people in a bit of a slump do to the recent collapse of our economy and health crisis. If I was a friend or a relative of yours and you knew my situation, would you keep my $55 dollars? I hope you feel better now that I am in need of all the little bit of money I have and I will not be able to get some of the little things that I was counting on to survive. When you are out for a fancy dinner with your family and friends, remember that I may not have any food for days. God bless you and I hope you have a wonderful day.

Horrible experience with this company. I was following the mans directions and he let the my rear of my car smash into the ground. After seeing that we waited for a supervisor and when he arrived he went straight to my car to try to put it into neural to let it just slide off the tow truck. While sliding off it smashed my front bumper into the bed of the truck. He left my car in the middle of the street after pushing it there to help get it on the tow. Then after all of this they told me they couldn’t do it because It was modified but my car rides higher then stock. Would not recommend.

Insurance called them for a tow. We where by the Vista point coming into havasu. They told the insurance it would take 5 hours, it was 118 degrees at that time and went up to 120. Our insurance then called us and they told the insurance they couldnt make it out. Our insurance called another company and showed in less then 30 minutes . Watch if Steves towing is called by your insurance

Charged an arm and a leg for a simple task. Even the DMV was shocked because a person there referred Steves but they wont anymore!

The prices are fair for a mobile service and the staff was awesome! Only company I will choose in the future

Not often will an individual get help when calling the wrong place of buisiness, I had an accident because of heat stroke and couldnt remember the towing service, called Steves and the ( assuming ) gorgeous lady guided me in the right direction .

Absolutely horrible, rude, unprofessional ! I was stranded on the lake, working long hours manually trying to dig out our vehicle and our last hope was to call triple AAA and they subcontracted Steve’s Automotive to “help me” around 8pm. Stranded with 5 adults and 3 children, the driver from Steve’s automotive and towing sounded like he did not want to help us o NBC the phone and urged us to call tomorrow to get it towed instead. Upon his arrival after confirming with him that we need his service tonight he did not come down from his truck, did not lower his window to speak with us. He told us to go back to California as we are communists?? A group of 8 stranded trying to get back to our hotel. Unbelievably rude! Do not recommend!

THESE ARE PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. Steves towed my 2004 Corvette from the scene of a collision on New Years Eve, 2016. The Driver was 100% professional and courteous. He, also, was very meticulous in placing my car on the truck. Corvettes can be a challenge. And, he was there within minutes of the call.The rest of the experience was made very easy by the staff at Steves. They, promptly, took my car to the body shop, and all is well. Thanks, guys.

Took my car from me and soon as they impounded my car they filed for new title and left me stuck paying a $500 abandoned vehicle fine. Two days after they had my car I signed my title over to them and still have to pay the $500 abandoned vehicle fine. But how is it abandoned vehicle when I signed my title over to the tow company? Very very expensive to use, not that friendly of service, not very organized in office, and kind of really rude drivers.

Called GS Roadside assistance... flat tire on 5th wheel... I couldnt get 2 lug nuts to loosen. In less than 15 mins driver showed up & swiftly swapped my spare. Great friendly & prompt service.

Got a flat on my boat trailer on west bound 40 freeway . They wanted to charge me 250 dollars to swap out the bad tire for my spare because their driver had to go 25 miles for the service call!!
