Conveniently located on the beach @ The Crazy Horse Campground Very Friendly, and helpful staff. We rented the pontoon boat dubbed Big Red which met our expectations. BR was powerful enough to pull a 3 person tube around. Would definitely recommend.

My family & I visited Lake Havau last weekend for a getaway & rented a ponoon boat on a Friday. I had previously called 4-5 of the local companies about rentals and after comparing apples to apples, this was the best place. When we arrived, we were greeted by Terry who was nothing short of welcoming and outgoing. We signed the paperwork with his wife, Lauri, who also was upfront, honest, down to earth & pleasant. We were then introduced to Bird who showed us how to operate the boat safely. The whole experience was made easy for us and we were very happy with our choice. The boat was just as expected...well maintained, clean and safe. The entire experience ran smoothly and provided a wonderful experience for our family of four. We were treated fairly and with appreciation. It was so nice to receive good customer service in a world that seems to have forgotten what that means. We have two daughters, 9 & 11 years old, and they also were made to feel appreciated, welcomed and engaged in conversation.We were so pleased with the experience that we were able to rent a jet ski from them the next day. We found the jet ski to also be in great working condition and it ran smoothly for our entire rental. We would happily rent from them again.Do not listen to the naysayers out there. There are always going to be people in this world you cant please & I just dont see how anyone could leave a bad review about Terry & Lauri & their company. It was great for our family to get out and enjoy the lake all day. We rented the Big Blue pontoon boat and had a blast! We also added the tube and everyone had fun. Crew was very helpful showed my husband how to operate the boat to where he felt comfortable. Gave us a map and showed us some cool spots to boat around. We were able to stop for gas too because its right on the water in a great spot thats easy to get to. Thanks so much for a memorable experience for our kids

We have rented many boats and we received so much clear and helpful information...had a great day visiting where they suggested. I called more than 2 months ago to reserve a Boat for this upcoming weekend 7/31-8/2. The Owner is who I arranged the rental with. She was less than pleasant to deal with. I asked if I could get a little discount on Seadoos too because she was almost $100 more expensive than anyone around. She proceeded to tell me that she can get top dollar due to her location and weekend and that wouldnt make sense to her. A few weeks ago she sent me an e-mail asking that I send her ALL names and ages of anyone who will be on the boat, I complied and sent her back the names. Fast forward to yesterday which is 1-week before our family vacation she sends me an E-MAIL (no phone call) cancelling the boat we reserved as it had been recently damaged. See e-mail attached, just a sorry for the inconvenience and Ill refund you the money Ive never dealt with someone so unprofessional in my life! We planned this vacation around enjoying the boat with family and she didnt even offer us another boat, voucher..etc. I do not recommend doing business with this person, they too are VERY EXPENSIVE. Look around prior to renting with them. I wouldnt doubt she got a better offer moneywise and her boat really wasnt damaged! Thats the type of person she is.

My experience with my gf this past weekend was a very good one. I booked a jet ski online on Wednesday and when we got there from Tucson AZ on Saturday morning everything was ready for us. We completed the paperwork, we received a map with a quick brief on many places and coves we could visit. After the quick brief we went to the water and we got an orientation on how to operate the jet ski, compartments, etc, that was very nice! We got it for 4 hours with 18 gallons and we went south all the way to the dam, then north, we passed under the London bridge, then we continue north and we came back with 30 mins or so to continue riding near the no wake zone. It was very fun! I do recommend this rental place 100%. The jet ski worked perfectly, it looked well maintained and not an issue at all. It was not a new machine but it worked like a new one.

What a great weekend ! We went down for my Fiances birthday last weekend. I made the reservation over the phone, Lauri was super friendly and made sure I knew every detail. A wonderful arrival and launched right from their beach!! The experience was no fuss and made the weekend that much better. Upon return Lauri and the crew were welcoming and genuinely happy that we had fun !! We will definitely return!!

Ive rented watercraft from many places in Havasu over the years, but this was my first time at Rentals on the Beach. This was definitely the easiest and most pleasant experience Ive ever had. The process was quick and straightforward, and every single employee I met was so friendly and helpful. Definitely renting again from them next time.

Search no further! This is thee BEST RENTAL PLACE IN LAKE HAVASU CITY! We rented Yamaha Wave Runners all day and went from London Bridge to Parker Dam and back. Lauri is incredibly accommodating and helpful with knowledge of the lake. WE WILL BE BACK, AGAIN AND AGAIN!

Best part of the whole tripWe rented the red top pontoon for the day. The staff were helpful and best of all they are DOG FRIENDLY The staff loved on our pitty Sophie before sending us off for the day. We rented the boat from 10-430. It was nice to be able to take our pitty with us for the day. Were giving a 5 star for the experience and because they are dog friendly.

If I could give a zero I would.. All was ok until we mentioned a dog and then he was quick to say he wasnt comfortable and offered a refund. But when you rent a boat why is it that we were questioned IE: How many times have you driven a boat. Whats your plans today, where are you going, we charge $2.00 for every minute your late returning the boat... Then it was struggling to start and he hit a button and it really acted up and said oh if it doesnt start you can push this button etc when you lift the lid dont push it do this do that.. Really with so many questions and twice he offered a refund we said screw it and went to old reliable Champion right on the water at London Bridge... Who needs the 3rd degree and feel your under the microscope when all you want to do is enjoy the water,your friends and pets.. He acted like it was his personal boat.. So we kindly got our 360 back and left.. Vacations are for fun not to be grilled .

Our family had a great time at Lake Havasu City this Thanksgiving weekend. Rented the jet ski for couple of hours. They had good prices and excellent boats. But more importantly, the service was extremely good. They were very cordial, patient and helpful. Our entire family had a great time and wish them continued success.

This is the second year we have rented from them. We have tried other places before them and nothing compares to them. They go above and beyond in making our day wonderful. The staff is excellent, very nice and knowledgeable.

The boat was great, had lots of fun but had to pay $700 for damage to the prop. You have to thread the needle exiting the small lagoon where the boat is kept to avoid the shallow rocks that you cant see. It seems this is the perfect side business, collect money from the customer for the prop damage and bill the insurance company also!

Unprofessional, uptight and rude employee. I would not recommend renting from this company. I was concerned when the man gave us a tour of the Pontoon boat. There were several flaws- speedometer didn’t work, trim not operating properly, boat would not start without hassle, and damage to propeller. I had a bad feeling he seemed like a guy who would claim we caused damage that already existed. Anytime my husband questioned him about anything he was rude with his response. He was annoyed when we asked questions and literally told us not to touch anything. I feel so blessed that we did not end up renting from them. I’m a firm believer everything happens for a reason. After reading these reviews (unfortunately after the fact) I’m so happy it did not work out.

Old, worn Bimini broke during our rental forcing us to return an hour early for the pontoon boat rental. there was no way I could have predicted or prevented this normal wear and tear, just happened to break on my watch. Owner said he couldn’t have predicted it either yet he charges me $200! Beware! Owners will charge you to fix normal wear and tear problems! Will be renting elsewhere in the future and recommend you do also.

We came in the afternoon without reservation when they were just about closing, but we could rent a jetski anyway for an hour. After a thorough explanation fromTerry we had a tremendous hour on the jetski! easy to manœuvre and sufficient power for one adult and two kids.

We rented two kayaks today for a trip down the channel. The staff was super friendly, they gave us a map and great advice. We will rent from them again the next time we visit the lake.

Rent at your own Peril !!! I would like to express how lucky after 3 minutes on the pile of a pontoon boat they were trying to rent my family and I, I was rudely met with we do not feel confident in your renting from us. It is weird they did not feel confident and declining to rent to my family and i as we were rudely greeted at the marina attempting to pick up our family members and told to leave. We had a signed contract however seeing all of the negative reviews i feel like we dodged a bullet. The speedometer was broken, the trim gauge did not function, no surprise here- thats probably why some many of their victims i mean customers are finding it difficult to raise or lower the out-drive to avoid running ground. The boat struggled to start as i was told this is normal for a carbureted boat- i just sold my carbureted boat 2 months ago FYI- its not normal, if this company would maintenance their craft periodically the boat might run properly. The best part was the contract I had with them stated i would be renting a pontoon boat of sufficient size to accommodate 12 people. If the owner in his infinite wisdom checked the coast guard approved ratings of the boat he would have noticed it was only rated for 10 people, that brings to question are the companys ethics practices that of being facetious are is it just arrogance to Arizona boating law? Yet they did not feel comfortable with my ability? I dont feel comfortable with their ability to operate a business.

Its the worst place ever. We asked for the price of the boat and if we could do instead of 4 hours of riding the boat, 3 hours boat and 1 hour jet ski. The guy, I guess he was the owner, became really impolite and send us away. I recommend you to spend your money somewhere else.

This is the place to rent. The price, customer service, the equipment, definitely 5 stars! It was an overall great experience. We were staying by the London bridge and sure we couldve done all the multiple rentals because of convenience but we are from Vegas so we know better than to fall for the gimicks. It is always more expensive when you are closest to the attraction 😉. So I did my research and were checking out prices, but reviews on google, yelp, and the pamphlet from the visitor center led us to them. They are located right on the beachfront. Entrance is from the crazy horse campground and you go all the way down to the lake. About a five minute drive from the London Bridge. We decided to rent a jet ski for 2 hours. Refundable deposit fee of 500 for damage and then gas when you come back. So one jetski, after all that it was about 110! There were three of us riding. My daughter and I came back with 45 minutes left because she was cold, so my husband went back out there for the last 45 minutes. They looooooved it. The owners are so nice and very helpful. They gave you a map of the lake, zip bags for your phone, and they even held my keys for safekeeping. The made the process so easy. Very efficient. Definitely coming back. Next time we want to try the kayaks.
