My Family traveled from the north east to Arizona. When we were deciding what do while we were there for 2 weeks, we thought it would be fun to go out to Lake Havasu and rent a pontoon boat. Of course there a lot of places to rent boats and you must rely on the reviews because we didnt know any one personally that has gone there. After looking at all the choices, we had to make a decision, the reviews were great and they provided water and ice along with a free tank of gas. The booking was easy and when we arrived we had a wonder young lady that helped my daughters with the vests because we did get a tube (although they only laid out in it). We had nothing else, not even towels. She dropped us off at the lake and we had at it. We went North up aways after having lunch at the bridge. It was a great day, they picked us up after we called them and said we were heading in. It was nice. The boat was great (except the bimini didnt fold back but that was fine). No issues, great service and good price. Would highly recommend.

Rented a pontoon here yesterday, what a great experience!! Everyone is super friendly, yet professional. They got us on the water very efficiently. Get there 30 minutes early and you’ll be enjoying the lake by your booked time. They have 15 boats to choose from, the one we rented was the 20’ but they upgraded us to the 24’ due to availability, now that’s just good customer service! Boat ran great! The one we rented was just a cruiser, so if you want something with a little more umph, I would say request it. Thanks for the awesome experience yesterday, we’re very much so looking forward to another fabulous day today!!

We rented a Bayliner boat for Sunday afternoon 4/11/21. Great experience. They allowed us to make a reservation for an afternoon (other companies said only reservations for mornings). They are off the lake but hardly took any time to put the boat in the water. When we showed up the boat was attached to the van and ready to go. Easy paperwork. I liked that the quoted price included gas and tax. Boat ran great - took the waves great. Ice and water already stocked in the boat cooler. The only issue was quickly resolved. I was initially sent a receipt for the reservation for it being $50 over the price quoted on the phone. But they reversed the overcharge after one phone call. Great staff that day - Im terrible on names. We would rent from here again.

We had great service for 2 days. They were prompt. Got us on and off the water quickly. They gave us great advice on what to see. The boat was very clean and well kept. It was comfortable for our family of 12.

Havasu Adventure Company is DA Bomb!!Seriously! Im a hardworking mother of  3 boys with 2 jobs... so my vacation this past July was much needed! I had booked the 10 seater Pontoon boat for two days  bk in March for July.  I had been looking at all the websites for boat rentals in Havasu for about 2 weeks... but as soon as I put my info in it was way too expensive! Then I find Havasu Adventure Company and it was thee lowest price! Two day boat rental (1st day being 4hours and the second day being 6 hours) cost the same price as as one 4-5 hour day at another place.... So I obviously booked with HAC.Then I thought to myself whats the catch? Then I told myself, Welp well find out...Absolutely nothing.Upon arrival they greeted us with smiles got us on the water within 20mins. They also took their time and told us about all the great spots and gave us a map.They had complimentary water bottles and ice for us! And life jackets! The boat we got was BENTLEY 10 seater Pontoon) new and BEAUTIFUL,  Bluetooth speakers and clean and smooth.  They drive you to the water in a van your whole family and guest will fit in dock you off into the water and pick you back up! Easy breezy! Everything was a breeze with the rental company and met my expectations by far!!!🙏😍Thank you Havasu Adventure Company for letting us make the best of memories with your boat, having the friendliest of staff, and the best prices around.We will definitely be back!!

Rented pontoon boats for 2 days from here. Super nice people and super easy. Avalon boat was very nice, had so much fun. Bluetooth radio, shade, super comfy and the dogs were allowed. Even called last minute on the second day and they were sold out but they were nice enough to call back and get us in. We will be coming back!!

Mark and all his team were great. Everyone was friendly and made our group feel welcomed. The boat was in good condition and was even stocked with water and ice to start us out! The staff answered any of our questions and were always available by phone if we needed anything. Thank you for making our havasu trip great!

We rented a pontoon boat from them for 4 hours and we went and parked it in the channel of the lake so we can get out and swim for a bit. Then when we decided we wanted to take off and go cruise around in the boat, it would not start and we were stuck for about 2 hours. So we only got to enjoy the boat for 2 hours and the other 2 we were stranded with the boat not starting back up. Then Mike the guys we rented from was very rude and mad that he had to come out and get us because the boat would not start. Mike did not want to give us a discount or anything for the boat breaking down on us. He said that it was our fault it would not start because we did not have it locked in neutral, but the gear bar was not locking in neutral. Then he said that it wouldnt start because we had the trim all the way down, so he just had excuse after excuse. Last time we were out we rented from champion sport rentals under the London bridge and I would definitely recommend them over this place in a heart beat. The gentle men working for champion rentals were very nice and friendly, and we had know problems at all both times we rented from them. This was the worst experience ever and I will never go back to them or recommend anybody to them. They are rude and get mad if they have to come help with the boat and Mike really has an attitude problem.

New owners did an awesome job. Good equipment and very fair on pricing. We rented a utv and a boat. The owner and his staff did an excellent job and I will always go back to them when I am in town.. I defendantly highly recommend them very good people to deal with. We had a brand new turbo 4 seater utv great time with my kids and father in law. From the online reservation experience to the rental return everything was perfect. First I liked that they have all the information available in the webpage so you know the price right away and you can do the reservation online. Other companies doesnt give that option. Tammy and Scott are very friendly and professional. We went there for my husbands birthday, we rented a pontoon (for a family of 3) and we had a blast. Our 8 year old felt safe and happy (this was his first experience in a boat). 100% recommended.

This was our second year working with Havasu Adventure Co, last year we rented a speed boat & a pontoon boat, this year we rented the speed boat two days and had a blast tubing, exploring the coves & lake, along with floating, swimming & creating lots of great memories.We highly recommend calling to get a quote, the staff is very professional, and take whatever time is needed to answer all your questions. Our experience for this year & last year could not have been anymore perfect. Dont know what Russell Miller is talking about, Havasu Adventure Company was the best! They handled everything great and provided us with the best deal in town. The owner Matt worked with us the whole time and was an awesome guy. If you want a pontoon boat or jet ski definitely rent from Havasu Adventure Company. Shout out to Max and Clay as well they were awesome!P.S. My first time in Havasu we rented from Wet Monkey Rentals and they totally ripped us off.

Our families rented two boats from this company this July. They were great to deal with, service was excellent, and they provided easy transportation to and from their facilities. Couldn’t have been any better! They even sent me back a portable radio that I had forgotten and left behind! Five stars! Wouldn’t go anywhere else on Havasu!

Utter disappointment, we got to meet the family Tammy & Scott what a duoAsk questions b-4 you rent from this company, we rented from them without knowing (honest mistake) they do not allow pets. After the fact, we checked 5 other rental companies in the area that accept pets(thought they all do)It was mentioned in the contract bylaws but seriously? Sat morning 4 kids eager for adventure and our 10lbs 13 year old terrier was not welcome under any circumstances I offered to leave $1000 deposit, they said “we can’t break the rules”(Tammy/Scott rules) we offered to pay double “No” rules cannot be broken. Ruined our trip, 2 group members had to stay behind with our dog in 106 degree heat in our car. Boat was 10 + years old and kind of shabby seemed mechanically fine though, there staff drivers where nothing but awesome. When we returned our boat it was inspected by our driver who said looks great! to add insult to injury, Tammy methodically went up and spent a long time going over everything that was already inspected with a fine tooth comb. I rarely leave a negative review but I want to warn others if you run into a problem with this family run company you may find your self in similar situation. I suspect they have been jaded by the the industry/business they are in and in our experience they lacked common decency and compassion and could not compromise for a reasonable solutionTammy “your dog is going to destroy our boat” “she will damage our boat seats”This dog below? Weve been coming to Lake Havasu for years. Weve rented many times over those years.... Ill tell you what!!! They made our family experience so much like it used to be, good service, family friendly, I highly recommend them!

Rented boat for half a day and had a great experience for pretty decent price. New owners are way cool people who bring a positive vibe to lake havasu.

Worst -- and most expensive -- rental experience ever. Dont believe their prices, their specials, or anything they tell you on the phone. I picked them (among many similar-looking companies) because they advertise a 25% discount for police and military, but this is just a scam to get you in the door -- you wont actually get the discount. They also say theyre right on the water, but actually they dont have their own dock, so they need to drive you to a state park (with admission fee) to launch. Then expect your rental price to more than double (mine did) due to damage to their well-used boats caused by the very dock they force you to use (I guess it isnt well padded enough and scuffs the paint). Finally, they are absolutely gutless about these extra charges -- they dont call you or email you, they just add hundreds of dollars of charges to your credit card days later with no notice (and watch out -- they keep a copy of your credit card, presumably forever). There are dozens of rental agencies in Lake Havasu -- dont go to a fake patriot promising you a good price, then living large by running up extra charges on your credit card.One thing I forgot to add is that they also want you to run out of gas so that they can charge to come pick you up. They sent us to a gas station at the very top end of the lake that was closed, and we barely made it back. Its hard for me to believe they didnt know that this marina had closed down.

Going on our 5th year renting a boat from there. Couldnt be happier!

If I could leave less then one star, I would! The customer service from the get go has been one of the worst Ive ever dealt with. I rented a deck boat over a month in advance and the morning of I was picking up the boat they called and said the deck boat was in the repair shop. It had been there a week prior and they hadnt let me know, so I wasnt given any adequate time to call another company to get the boat I wanted. So they offered me their best pontoon called The Bentley. The said they would take $75 off the total of my day rental to compensate not getting the boat I wanted. We headed to the water and right away noticed the boat didnt even pass 10 to 12 mph, the speedometer didnt even work at all, the gas gauge read half a tank, and in order to go straight we had to hold the steering wheel all the way to the left. It took nearly 3 and half hours to get to Topock and typically is an hour. We filled up the entire gas tank and it still only registered at 3/4 of a tank. Once the boat was returned I proceeded to call and tell them how awful their boat was, but I was never called back. I then see a charge of $473 on my card which should have been $299 with the rental charge and tax. I called and they said we busted a prop and brought it back with no gas. I took videos thankfully before hand and hadnt crashed the boat and drove it all the way to the dock at 12 mph. They also said I was getting charged for gas, and also $25 more then initial agreement of $275 for the day. Matt their manager is the only one who can credit my money back and Ive had to call 4 times in one week and have yet to hear from him. Ive been put off to the point that I had to dispute the charges with my bank. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS!!
