Switching to a new service and getting a new phone was a breeze with the help of Joshua Johnson. He was very knowledgeable about AT&Ts services and products. He took the time to explain the entire process and was patient with asking questions. I really felt comfortable in his capable hands with making a switch from Sprint, whom I previously had for the past 12 years. I always felt like dealing with cellular networks was so confusing and full of hidden charges. This was not the case in dealing with the excellent customer service I had with Joshua. He was upfront with what my plan would cost and made the transition seamless. I really appreciated his positive attitude, knowledge, and honesty.

This Lake Forest location in my opinion is the absolute best location in Orange county and Ive been to many AT&T locations. The manager Jared is excellent. Jared is dedicated to problem solving and world class customer service. Whatever AT&T is paying Jared, its not enough. Jared represents AT&T extremely well. AT&T needs Jared more than Jared needs AT&T, so be good to him.

Poor costumer service!! Luis the manager was incapable and unwilling to help me to return a watch. Wasted time a this location, come on AT&T training of employees is essential!!

Jared is an outstanding representative, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He solves customer issues providing alternative solutions suitable to their situation. Thanks to Jordan I got my like back. A miscommunication happened and I lost both of my lines and all hope was lost, a friend which is a former ATT employee told me it would be nearly impossible to get them back but Jordan stuck it through with me, took the time to wait on hold with me with customer service and was able to square everything away. If youre looking for an honest ATT rep that will help you make informed decisions wait for Jordan. Thanks again sir!

Do not purchase anything here unless you live right by it.Its not an Corporate AT&T store. Its a Prime location, so when you need to return you have to return to this specific location.I live in the south bay, and support sent me on a wild goose chase until an employee told me about the Prime locations. I went to a prime location near torrance and they still cant help, have to drive back to orange county to get my defective phone replaced.Phone goes to voicemail immediately, after 0 rings/wait time, no callback.

Cameron is one of the best managers ever. He is a nice guy that treats customers with respect. I had an issue with ATT Royalty and I kept coming back to store for 5 times and each time he did his best to resolve the issue. And finally he did.Thank you Cameron.I wish you the best wherever you are dude!

Was sent to this store by another AT&T store down the road who would not help me transfer all my phone info over after I bought a phone from them. It didn’t seem to make sense but I went anyway. This was a smaller store with only one person working (Joey) and he took time to help me knowing he wouldn’t be getting anything out of me. He was super honest with me and gave great customer service. I will never go to a different AT&T store again.

The customer service at this AT&T Store is amazing! I highly recommend to speak with Dennis Izvoreanu, who is the Store Manager. He is super helpful, knowledgeable, and resourceful on all AT&T services. He explained everything to me step-by-step and helped me make better decisions on my AT&T plan! I was highly impressed and the best service I ever received! I will come back here again.

Dont purchase a phone from this location. It is a franchised location. One Sales Clerk on duty and a store manager in the back. I had stopped in to purchase an Iphone with popular configurations, but it wasnt in stock. Sales clerk offered to order the phone for shipment to my home. Two days later I received an email from AT&T that my order had shipped. It was an Ipad Pro with cellular option, but not the Iphone that I needed! I was told by another AT&T Store location staff that the incorrect product had to be returned to an AT&T Corporate store. I called this store location during business hours to hear what they have to say about this mishap. No one picked up. I left a voice mail regarding this incident. No return calls from anyone!

Love this location! Its new and they had everything we wanted. The representatives were extremely helpful and didnt try and nickel and dime us. I truly appreciate their customer service

It’s not often that you run into the level of professionalism and customer care that I got from Joey and Cameron at this store. I’ve never seen someone go so far out of their way to make sure that everything was picture perfect and I plan on coming back time and time again.

Cameron was so helpful and kind and could not have given me better service. Im always coming to this store because of him. Cameron at Rockfield and Lake Forest is why I will always come back HERE!

By far the best AT&T store ever... great service with a smile

When I visited this AT&T store in mid-February, the staff did not properly set up my internet, and he (wont name names) also did not set up my international data plan correctly (I specified the days exactly from March 2 to March 10 - March 2 was one day before my plane was going to land). Had to go back on the same day to reset my internet - someone else helped me, which is why Im giving two stars instead of one. But when I was out of the country for a week, I didnt have internet when I arrived. Didnt have internet or phone service for the first day of my trip; luckily, I used a friends phone to call customer service and set it up myself. One last thing - he quoted me a monthly price for my plan and it ended up being $20 more. Apparently AT&T charges for usage, so be careful, ask around, and make sure you dont blindly believe whatever one person tells you, especially at this store.
