I hired Foothill Party Rentals to provide rentals for my event of 20 guest. Foothill Party Rentals gave me the best service. They responded professionally and immediately. The tables, chairs, dinnerware, glassware and the linens were top quality. The delivery and set up crew more than wonderful. I just can not say enough good things. Even the price was reasonable. They are helpful, friendly, responsive and professional.

Last weekend, I celebrated my 21st birthday with a few of my buddies so we decided to rent 12 chairs and 2 tables. Everybody was super helpful and gave me great service. The chairs were very clean as well as the tables and took precautions to ensure my products were sanitized and satisfactory. Great company, highly recommend.

I dont even know how to begin this review... well i rented a few items from this place with a month in advanced for a friends baby shower. I was going to pick up the items at 6 pm from the start and is the time I always said I would pick them up. She calls me the same day around 8:30 am, asking me if i can pick up earlier and I said well at what time you want me to come? And she is like i dont know your schedule and I was just thinking to myself well I want to pick up at 6 but let me see if I can make it around 2 where I have a break from my job. So I say around 2 and she says yes thats perfect, see you at 2! In this whole CONVERSATION she never mentioned she was closing at 2 nor that she was only seeing people by appointment due to covid. When I arrived to the place at 2:30 pm the business was completely closed with lock and lights shut, and I proceed to call the place and no answer, then I call again and they finally pick up and tell me they already closed and cleaned everything and that unfortunately they couldnt do anything from me. I was in shocked as they did NOT call me at all to ask if I was coming or not NOR did they let me know they were closing!This was the day before the event and I was counting on them since I reserved these so much time in advanced and confirmed all 3 times they called me. I was rude and told her that she should had called me at 2 and then told her thank you for nothing, but this person didnt even try to make it better or to look for another solution that would work for both of us. I will never rent from this place ever!
