The PUMP IT UP PLACE IS FOR Younger KIDS BETWEEN AGES 6 THRU 12. THE ADULTS JUST GET TO EAT THE BIRTHDAY CAKE AND PIZZA AND SALAD PLUS TURKEY SANDWICHES. ENJOY THE BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION WITH THE CHILDREN IN THE SAME BIRTHDAY ROOM. THERE WERE LOTS OF CHILDREN TO HAVE A BLAST THERE WITH ALL THE BLOW UP SLIDES THAT WERE GLOW IN DARK SLIDES.

Celebrated our daughters 3rd birthday here! Great service, well organized and very attentive. Will definitely come back here for years to come. Highly recommend it!

We hosted our son Joshuas birthday here yesterday- we were delighted with the entire experience. Booking was straightforward and communication from your team for the final guest count was great. When we arrived our son was welcomed and was made to feel very special. He and his friends had so much fun, in his words it was an EPIC Party !!!!We chose the Glow/cosmic set up and all the kids received a glow necklace. Pizza from mountain Mikes was delicious. aSpecial mention to Emily who hosted the party room, and to Ethan and Alyssa who hosted the two bounce rooms and took loads great pictures and videos. ALL in I highly recommend Pump it up Lake Forest - Thank you!

This was a great place to being my 2 year old daughter. Her time in a bounce what at a friends birthday party. I found this place through Google and took my daughter their. Its a pretty big place that has 6-7 bouncers and even a laser tag activity. It was hard taking her back home because she didnt want to leave. Definitely will take their again.

I bought my bow there. They have good service. They have great knowledge of their craft, and have an indoor range. It is very difficult to support a business like that during this digital age, but the service and knowledge is worthy. I hope they stay, as we need someone local to go with expertise.

The place is cool, but my kids didnt enjoy the time there because the other children were screaming and pushing each other. They need to set some ground rules.

Great staff, good place and very organizedI had a big party of 50 kids and 30 adult there. They have been great on managing the party. Special thanks to Maddy and Danial who handled the party and kids in the best way. All my guests had great time and everything was perfect. Also Selenas set up of the party room was nice as well.Great and energetic staff who smile on every moment of the party.Thank you Pump It Up of Lake Forest for making our special day more memorable!!!

We had a great experience! Location is great, near the metro and train station. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable and Nicola was really a super host! Not only they had maps and interesting spots of the city, but little details that made us feel at home and welcomed! Thank you so much Nicola and Andrea!

Made our sons party go off without a hitch. Love how they take care of everything for you. Clean up, bagging up gifts to your car, wrapping leftovers, etc. Top notch!

This is a very good place to host parties for kids. Area one is for 40 minutes play and Area 2 is for another 40 minutes play. The last 40 minutes is for the food area. The staff is very helpful and the prices are very reasonable.We got our own cake, drinks, chips and dip.You will love this place.

Weve hosted a few parties here over the years and have always had a good experience. Our last one was for our three year old daughter and it was the best one yet. We had two particularly good party hosts, Donya and Joey. They were super helpful and the kids loved interacting with them. The girl who set up our party room was great too but I cant remember her name! Everything runs like a well oiled machine here. I also like how they occasionally change up the equipment in each room. Every time we come for a party theres something new and different. If youre looking for a low stress party that your kids will love, this is the place.

Absolutely delightful experience.This was my first time participating in an event at this company. You could not find a safer, cleaner, enjoyable venue for children. The setup allows for supervision and even participation of adults with the children. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and hard-working. They also take many pictures and display them in a slide show while you eat. For a small extra charge you can purchase them; however, you are also free to take all the pictures you want during the event. You really must consider this venue for your next event for kids.

Let me start with the generic great place to take your little ones! Clean facility with friendly teen staff. They serve food and coffee, but I havent tried either. Kids dig this place. Even have lounge chairs for the inactive parents to stare at their phones.

Went for a birthday party, my kids had a blast. Unfortunately there was a sudden blackout from a car accident in the neighborhood, but the staff was on top of making sure everybody was okay and helping to reorganize everything. I was very pleased with the prompt and positive response to such a negative and unforeseeable situation. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up!

We had such a great time. And they were so accommodating after a scheduling mix up on our part. Prices are perfect too.

Review update: Pump it Up Lake Forest has made positive changes and we will be coming back.I was greatly disappointed. The service is great, however, the facility is not getting the attention. The inside smells HORRIBLE. Children are left to be on their own by irresponsible parents whod rather be on their phones and not paying any attention to their kids... The big ones are the ones who need to be watched more than the little ones yet the parents let them be and I couldnt believe how many little kids were crying and not being attended to. Were not coming back.

Pump it up provides entertainment for your kids at a affordable cost. Nice location for having Birthday or Kids parties. They provide nice packages and hourly entertainment for kids upto 16 years. Parents also have fun in this place. They run specials via Facebook Fan pages that are worth taking advantage of. They provide Theme based Birthday parties that bring smile on the Birthday Kid as well as their Friends.

Very nice staff. All the equipment was clean. I was very pleased with the visit to the pump it up the two others we have been to were okay but this one was way cleaner.

We were guests at a child birthday party. Well managed and it is a great touch to have a staff member taking digital photos during the fun and then displaying them on the screen in the room where the good and cake are served

My daughter goes to this place a few times a week for the summer and she loves it. Their schedual is very flexible too. You can go just half day or the whole day. The staff are friendly. My daughter will bring some crafts home like a plastic hat with her design of buttons glued on the hat edge, haha. Book and pay online is 8 dollars cheaper. Anyway, thanks PIU for taking care of my daughter!
