Han is super cool. I accidentally dropped my iPad 3 mini and cracked the screen right near the fingerprint sensor. I yelped a few places and called around. The first guy told me the parts didnt exist and to just buy a new one. Like its that easy. The second place wanted to charge me 3 times what I ended up paying. Nope, aint happening.Han was able to get the necessary parts, fix it up, and get it back to me super easy. If I ever need anything in the future, I know exactly where to go...

Im giving 3 stars because they DID repair the back of my Galaxy S8+. Tech was very kind, honest and clear about all the results of the repair.The lack of stars is due to repairing my cover with the wrong color. Not a big deal to me though. Tech was kind enough to discount me $10.This shop does not have the capability (press tool) to press the phone back tight enough to create a waterproof seal. The tech shared this with me before I approved the repair. I was fine with it.The back cover felt a little loose at the bottom and near the fingerprint sensor. I asked the tech about it and he said he couldnt get the seal tight enough due to not having the proper press tool and the adhesive on the back was challenging since it was not an exact fit.Polite and friendly staff in a clean, busy shop. Tech fixed the phone in 30 minutes but I thought it was odd that he needed to know my password to access aspects of the phone.All phones repair differently so just ask a lot of questions before you get yours repaired. At the end of the day my phone does not have a cracked back and Im able to upgrade it to a newer model if I choose.

Had made an appointment online for 5:30pm. Got a call shortly afterwards asking if they could move my appointment to 5pm to make sure that they had time to fix my phone before they closed at 6pm.I arrived and was early they were nice and friendly, asked me a few questions about my phone. He took it into the back and fixed it with 45min or less. I am happy with the result they had a glass screen protector they put on my phone (for an additional cost). So worth it!! Not too expensive and I feel they are honest with you. No gimmicksI would definitely come back again to get a repair!!! Make an appointment online and you get $10 off your repair!!!

I called to find out whether my phones’ replacement battery was in stock. Mark researched stock on hand and confirmed it was. He said if I wanted to come in immediately they could take care if it. My iPhone 6 literally died after 15 minutes of using my GPS or watching an online video. I had Batteries Plus Bulbs change the battery. It took about 30 minutes, and the phone is literally as good as new. Amazing! Im going to bring my wifes phone in to replace her battery and a cracked screen. They said they offer 50% off one service if you have them do another service at the same time (50% off the lowest priced service of the two). I so hate Apple for scamming us all with these enclosed batteries with built in obsolescence.

I was very happy to not have to buy new phone. They changed my battery on Galaxy S6 in just 1 hour and the cost was way lower than I thought it would be. S6 phones I was told could not have battery changed, Works great. I will use them for all future repais

Extremely overpriced. An iPhone battery costs less than $10, and you can replace it yourself after watching a 5 minute youtube video. $60 for that is ridiculous.

The service was very smooth and the clerk was very nice and polite all the time. It was also cheap and quick. Overall it is a good place to fix your phone.

Techs were friendly and helpful. The cell phone repair job itself was fast and a result I am extremely satisfied with. I definitely would recommend this place as a go to spot for cell phone repair.

My IPhone had fallen and the screen broke. I also feared the phone itself was unrepairable. I made an appointment and save $10 and received the phone back in 30 minutes. The gentlemen were friendly and professional. Will definitely return again. The phone looks great.

I brought my phone for screen repair and left with alot of other issues. When i told them about the issues, they blamed it all on my phone, thats its too old. It didnt have any issues prior bringing it to this store for a simple screen repair. These people are bunch of scammers. They cause issues to charge more.

Excellent service. Made an appt time online (and received a discount) to get my iPhone battery replaced. Everybody I spoke to was very helpful and throrough, and was in & out in less than an hour.
