Great place. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly HONEST. They could have easily charged me an extra $180 for a screen I didn’t need and there was no way I would have known if it was broken or not. They were honest and saved me the $180.I called three places before finding them. All three wouldn’t even touch my battery replacement. All said to hard to do. These people did a great job replacing the battery.

They know what they are doing and they get the job done right. I dropped water on my old laptop and I was never able to get it started again. Meanwhile my son purchased a new laptop and gave me his old one, although his battery was basically done. I took it in, they replaced the battery on my sons laptop and they were able to transfer all of my information from my old laptop (they were somehow able to get it started again ) into my sons laptop which saved me. It is running perfectly. I am thrilled.

After 2.5 years the original battery on my phone got tired all at once. On that morning, it would not hold a charge anymore. I went 4 places, and they all needed my phone for 7-10 days because it is an LG and it had to be sent out for battery replacement. Finally, someone (a competitor) said I should see if Cellular and Laptop Repair Centers might be able to help.From the minute I walked in, everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I was told that they would have to order the battery but that they would have it within 2 days. In the mean time, I got to keep my phone. With the help of multiple chargers, I did not have to give up my phone during the 2 day wait. Then, not even two full days later, I got a call and was told that my battery had arrived. I immediately took my phone in and they told me they would have the new battery installed in an hour and a half. I came in at that time and my phone was all ready to go.I couldnt be happier. This is the way it should go in a situation like this. Congratulations to the great team at Cellular & Laptop Repair Centers.

The man on the phone was so polite and let me know they are open for business. I was even more impressed when we arrived and noticed all the safety measures they put in place. Again, in person the man was so polite and helpful. He looked at the phone, gave some recommendations, provided a cost, and asked us to comeback in a hour. We did and the phone was completely fixed. It looked like a new phone. He made a recommendation regarding a screen cover and case. The experience, professionalism, care, and quality was amazing. Thank you for helping out. HelloDO NOT TAKE YOUR IPHONE HEREMy Experience:-I have an IPhone XR with a otter box that I dropped and broke the front screen I originally went to UBreakIFix repair off of El Toro, which had excellent customer service. They checked my phone in and checked to make sure all others part of the phone were working, but after taking the case off they realized the back screen was broken too. They were only able to fix front screens and recommended Cellular & Laptop Repair Center down the street.-Cellular & Repair Center said they could fix both screens no problem! I was told the wait time was about 45 minutes, so I decided to grab lunch across the street. After returning about an hour later, I was told it would be another 25 minutes. I went to my car to sit in the A/C for another 45 minutes. I returned back inside and was told another 20 minutes. At this point I decided to just wait inside. A 45 minute repair turned into over two hours!! Nicely enough, one of the owners said I can have a screen protector for free because of my wait time. I paid and left. Later to realize I was charged for the screen protector.-The next day, I received a FaceTime call and the other person was unable to hear me. I tried to problem solve the issue on my own and learned a speaker/ microphone no longer worked on my phone. I immediately took the phone back in and they said they will fix it and also refund me the money for the screen protector. I learned my lesson this time and DID NOT WAIT FOR THE PHONE THIS TIME. They called me to come back at a later time to pick it up.-After having the phone back for a day, I started having major problems. The phone randomly turns off on me and decides when it wants to turn back on. I also have a major issue of ghost touches on my screen (the screen presses random buttons). Since I work, it was hard to take it in right away, so I felt with it. People literally were asking if I had been drinking because my texts were so messed up!! I couldn’t fix my texts because the screen would freak out. Finally, I was able to take it back in and they told me they would replace the screen for free. Ghost typing is usually caused my screen problems.-After they opened the phone up, they found rust in the phone. Like water has been inside the phone. I explained it hasn’t been near any water.They then told me that the phone is only considered water resistant brand new and since they have done repairs on it now it really isn’t water resistant any more. It is a lot more likely water will get into the phone. I was never told this!!!I originally spent a lot of money of this phone BECAUSE of the water resistance function. The phone is able to go into pools of water (up to 3 meters) for at least 30 minutes. I am an avid kayaker and swimmer, so this was perfect for me! Because of there ‘certified repairs’ I have to be super careful with my phone now and am risking the phone not working at all if water gets on it..I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. If I would have known about the water resistance changing by having them replace my screen, I WOULD HAVE NEVER TAKEN IT TO THEM!!!!

I have used this company for two different computer issues, one desktop iMac and the other Windows based laptop. The desktop was just getting very weary since it was way behind its warranty window. I was going to repair it but they made me a much better deal on a refurbished much newer version with greater performance and display size (SOLD). The notebook was just a quick keyboard replacement because I spilled water on it and a couple weeks later shorted out typing functionality - very quickly replaced and repaired! Will use them again, very good service :-)

I have gone in to fix busted glass on an ipad and cell phone, added more storage on an older computer, got a new battery on a laptop and completely overhauled an older computer with a bigger SSD drive. They are GREAT!Every time!

So super friendly and helpful. Brought my iPhone 6s in for a new charging port and battery. Was quoted an absolutely fair price and told it would be done in 40 minutes. Upon my return almost exactly 40 minutes later, the phone was ready to go. But here is the amazing part - my phone didnt need a new charging port - the port just needed to be cleaned. Instead of replacing the port and charging me for it, they were very honest and simply cleaned the charging port - for free! They replaced the battery, and now with the clean charging port I am back up and running for under $50 out the door. Incredible!

They’ve done a couple repairs for my family. I hate the increase in size on the iphones so I desparately hold in to my old SE but it definitely was not working like it should. Took it in and it worked almost like a brand new phone by the afternoon. And now with this COVID19, everyone at home has been doing a lot of school online and video conferencing to socialize that 3 people cannot do it all on 1 macbook. I dug up my 11 y/o macbook that was pretty much useless(okay, it was useless as the battery expanded and the system itselt refused to start up) and they gave it new life. Headed there today again to get my son’s old ipads worked on and I am sure we will be just as pleased!

The guy who helped me out was nice and did a courtesy check and found out it was a deeper issue with the logic board. Ended up trading in my phone to Verizon, but this place was nice enough to help me even though I ended up not needing their services.

Got my iPhone XS screen replaced here today after I accidentally dropped my phone. I called around to various places in the area and this place was $20-$30 cheaper than all other screen replacement companies I called; like $50 cheaper than Apple. I didn’t think much about WHY the price was less, I didn’t even realize there is a difference between Apple branded screens and cheap junky aftermarket screens until a few hours after getting my phone back... I can literally see the pixels in the display, there’s like little lines running across the screen and the resolution/contrast is AWFUL. Every picture looks awful on my screen now- I honestly think my cracked screen looked better than this one! It also feels thicker than my original iPhone screen used to be?I’m really disappointed and regretting trying to save a few bucks by going here. If you have a super old model iPhone and don’t care about the screen quality maybe I’d recommend it, but if you have the newest model iPhone it’s not worth the money saved at all if this is the quality of screens they use.

This place is asking the taxi driver, if you find an iPhone in your car, we will buy it for 100$, then I think they salvage the phone and use them for Parts. If you go there, you will see parts that have is not in the box or labeled professionally. Its just in the silicon bag. The owner is like a wild dog attacking the customer when the customer finds out they are using a used part after offering him the illegal offer, and he refuses to get his iPhone fixed it there. Do to that place technically admitted that they are using used part and charges for new. ( info on owner replay.) the female employee got upset and unprofessionally reassembled the customers phone. Then she got so aggressive verbally abusive to the customers. The owner/ the A-hole show up and after realizing that he made the wrong offer to a lawful resident he tried to kick the customer out of his shop. The customer calls the sheriff and had a conversation with them. unfortunately, this is a civil matter and law enforcement can not do anything about that since the customer is outside of the shop. The shopping center is considered private property and shopping center management or security will need to remove the customer.If the owners wish is to have his place go under investigation the customer will do legal action.

The female cashier seemed reluctant to help me grab a different charger when I told her I wanted a dual port charger for my Samsung as she already grabbed the regular one and was about to charge me without even asking me to check if thats the cable I wanted..I just got a look from her like really ?? She seemed to hate me for having to walk back and grab a different cable charger. She seemed to hate her job/life. When everything was paid and done I said thank you and not a word from her as I walked out. I should have spent my money elsewhere to get better customer service. I was hoping to help out a small business thats all but they apparently act like they dont want or need my business.

In from out of town, my phone (galaxy 7) wouldnt keep the cord plunged in, no charge they cleaned the port, now its perfect, these peeps are great.

DO NOT even think about going to this iphone fix it store. I took my phone in and they at first said nothing was wrong, then they said they were going to put a new battery in and fix home button, they then said they couldnt fix home button. They then sent it home with me, charged me for a new battery and I got home and it wont even turn on. I called and she refused to refund me. There are a lot of other great iphone stores to have your phone fixed. No one even acknowledges you when you walk in also, as a side. I never write yelp review by the way.

DONT GO HERE. They charged me $279 for a new screen because I cracked mine. 1 week later, my touch screen went out and they would not replace it because there was a hairline scratch. I took it to Apple and they charged me the same $279 and gave me a 90 day guarantee scratches or not. They also said there was an abnormality on the screen from when these guys replaced it.

Needed to fix th cracked screen on my Galaxy S5. They had the factory Samsung glass available in store and replaced it within a few hours. I dropped it off and picked it up later that same day. It wasnt cheap.. Like $180 dollars with tax. So far the replaced glass is doing good and working perfectly. About a month later my phone went dead. Turned out to be an old battery that only had enough juice to start up the phone but not enough juice to run the Android software. Pretty weird problem but the tech at the store had seen a similar issue with another client a few days before my battery died. Purchase an official Samsung battery and its working like new again. The battery was around $30-50 for the brand and less for a generic battery but I stuck with the original manufacturers parts. Therefore, I highly recommend the store Broken iPhone. . I have heard you can change the screen for $50 in shops in Santa Ana but I think Broken iPhone is a near bullseye for repairs that you can trust.

They ask for a Yelp before they finish their work. Go to your Apple Store or Samsung store to get your screen fixed. Its cheaper, and your screen wont lift from your phone in 3 days. Go to your manufacturer.

They had my phone for a week to fix a battery. They said it was because the replacement was delayed in shipping. I guess it could be true. Anyway, the phone is working again.

They are cheap for a reason. Be warned. They install faulty LCD screens. If you can go to south coast plaza the kiosk there charges the same price or less and use legit parts for repair.
