I went with Farmers and Michael to get insurance for my family. I found out that I could get better pricing elsewhere, so I professionally cancelled and moved to a new company. I call them to make sure everything is good and finished. Then I get a credit collections in my mail for 44 dollars. Seems like a phone call to me telling me why I owe this after cancelling would have been better. They dont answer there phone a lot and I would not recommend them to anyone. I found out they overcharged my Umbrella as well by saying I had two houses instead of one. This Farmers is just a unorganized group and should be avoided.
