I have been with State Farm since 1980, but was ready to leave them when I went through a series of terrible agents after my long time agent had retired. Luckily, I met Bradley. He spent all the time necessary to clean up the mess, made sure all my insurance coverage was appropriate for my needs and together with his wonderful staff, continues to review my policies to make sure they are up to date with any changes I need or that can save me money. They are people who can be trusted to look out for your best interests (a rare find lately). I highly recommend all this agency. If Bradley leaves State Farm, I would definitely follow him wherever he goes.

I can’t say enough how great of a conversation I had with Bradley today. I was looking for homeowners insurance for my new home. He was easy to talk to and easy to work with, we were able to get the insurance taken care of in like 10 minutes. I feel really great about this and am glad to have found Bradley. I decided to call him because of his Google reviews so I hope this can be paying it forward to anyone reading this. He’s a great agent and State Farm is a great company! I would highly suggest you contact him for your insurance.

I do not recommend Bradly to anyone unless you want to spend hours and hours of time to correct his mistake, waste money and energy and are looking for headaches. Bradly has set up my insurance policy wrong for two years and billing me about $100-200/month more, I kept calling and emailing and sometimes he would say he will look into it and didn’t get back or he’d respond that a sudden 100-200/month rate increase was correct and normal which was wrong! One time that I went to his office to settle this matter as I was sure it was a mistake, he was unimaginabily rude and asked me to leave his office! Finally I complained to state farm and they looked into his mistake and they refunded me with more than $3000. The other issue was I contacted about an accident claim and he got back to me after more than a month of calling and emailing! State Farm despite claiming that they charge a higher rate but are not cheap when it comes to getting your car fixed gave me an estimate HALF the other two estimates I had from two other body shops one of them being their own select body shop, and they didn’t correct their offer after I sent them those estimates! Finally I canceled my insurances with State Farm got confirmation from Bradly that he had canceled it and I found out that I’m am billed again today after a week that I cancelled! And apparently he hasn’t even canceled my insurance when e said he did. Like there is no end to headaches he can cause! I have to call State Farm again to get this fixed! Luckily I have this documented through my email. If for some reason you go with him or he is already your agent communicate through email so you have everything documented. I got insurance with another company with exactly half the price of state farm rate and better service, more respectful and same coverage.

Bradley provides a great service to not only myself, but to the others that I have referred. He always makes himself available and works hard for you all of the time. I came from a previous State Farm agent prior, and Bradley is much more on top of things and is more open and honest about the insurance business. Yes, one time, I wanted State Farm to backdate and cover me for something, but there are always things we wish people could do differently. However, I know there are things our of any individual agents personal control, its the decision of State Farm as a Company. I would highly recommend Bradley to anyone looking!

I needed insurance for my car and so I decided to give them a call. They were fantastic right from the start. They explained everything and were really helpful explaining all the different coverage and stuff. After talking with them for about 30 min I got everything I needed. They helped me with my car insurance but also got me a great deal on my renters insurance and life insurance too. They really can do it all at this office and bradley seems really knowledgeable when it comes to insurance. I would highly recommend them, and State Farm is the best there is! Thanks!
