Had some problems with the website. Sent a message to CSIA, and by early this a.m. Greg Barber had already sent me the needed docs. I have been a member of California Southwestern Insurance Agency for over five years now and my only regret is that I didnt switch my insurance over to them sooner. In conversation I think we speak about our insurance agent much like our tax advisor, our mechanic, or even our doctor. This is a relationship built on trust, and for good reason. I have built a relationship with my representative, Onya Patopoff, over the years as she has always delivered world class customer service and advised me with my insurance needs with the ebb and flow of my life, whether I changed vehicles, or recently have gotten married and am now adding vehicles and our home owners insurance. I always know I dont have to call into some 800 number and get transferred several times before winding up in someones voice mail. But also, I can run my personal scenarios past Onya, and she gives me good honest feedback on what programs are going to be great for me, yet also mentions several other programs that might be better from a coverage perspective- I get great advice and dont have to worry about someone trying to sell me something I dont need. At California Southwestern Insurance there is a personal touch that you just cant get with other big companies.
