I recently had a very poor experience with an insurance company in my area. I was referred by a friend and was very happy to be able to support a local company. Long story short I received terrible service. I wont name the company, on the attempt of being a decent person. I got in touch with Breathe Easy after a google search. I had the pleasure of being in the care of Victor Rodriguez. He was a most helpful representative and got me all set up with the insurance package I needed and at a lower price than the jokers I had dealt with previously. He provided excellent service and the was super fast at getting me up and going with vehicle insurance. Thank you Victor Rodriguez! I do not like to write negative reviews, but this company did me wrong. They capitalized on my DUI situation my soliciting a marketing call and offering to be my savior. They were actually the opposite and got me into more trouble. They will throw you out to the wolves after exploiting for as much of your hard-earned money as possible. Beware, wolves in a sheep disguise. I highly do not recommend this firm. Go with a legitimate entity that does not commit fraud.

Worst, most shady insurance company out there. Much better options. They will cheat and steal your money away. Most or all the good reviews on here are likely fraudulent in my opinion. They are good salesmen and will promise you a lot, and then commit fraud. Do not utilize their services, and definitively do not get sold on their sister company breathalyzer company Intoxalock. Another scam company that utilizes old, outdated units that will lock up your car on your own dime. They will gouge you on this one too. Please take this as a serious warning. Just want to protect the DUI community. Do not let these sharks take advantage of your dire situation.

Amazing and Im grateful. When I found out my license was suspended for a accident my ex had in my vehicle, I paniced. First number my kid found was Breathe Easy. I needed a SR 22 & get my license back. I was insured through The General. I was paying 176.00 per month. 2 vehicles and a new driver (daughter). Now a SR22?!Customer service A++, new amount each month 145.00, 4 vehicles, 1 SR 22, and me and my daughter as drivers. AND my credit score was 540. Oh and my license was never suspended & live in Arizona if that matters. At least call, never know you may find a super sweet deal and guarantee a friendly voice on the other line!

Fraudulent establishment. Will hustle you. Use them at your own discretion. They sold me a $300 SR-22 insurance package for the full three year term and only honored 1 year. Got a misdeamnor because I was driving on a suspended license without my knowledge when it lapsed. Huge headache. Will not share voice recordings of salesperson who stated the promise. Also referred me to their other company service of a car breathilizer Intoxalock and got ripped off there too.

Had a bad experience with this company. They cheated me out of my insurance policy. They offered terms that were not fulfilled. Please be aware and do not trust them if utilized. Get everything formalized in writing and triple-check everything. They are looking to exploit the customer.

Only giving 1 star because I can’t give zero. Place is a scam don’t do it. After telling me I would only pay $100 a month with a $600 down payment, they take my money then a week later after I’m signed up to pay six months they tell me there was an issue and my payments are now $300 a month. Place has no idea what their doing.

Their customer service is absolutely terrible. They are extremely rude and quick to rush you into signing up. The quoted price was not matched and they made it extremely difficult to cancel my plan. Would not do business with this company again.

Representatives I spoke to were very rude and just wanted to hurry and sign me to a contract. They toldme they would be able to quote me for the same price as my current insurance but were unable to do so and proceeded to be very hostile with me in getting me to sig up. Very poor customer service.

In addition, Ive seen them administer legal advice to the determinate of clients. Do not use because youll promote this type of behavior.
