A cell phone is such a necessity now that when mine died overnight I wanted to find someone near by to fix it right away. I called 911 Gadgets because they are local. I read the reviews, of course, and found the unlucky owner took over for someone whose reputation was not stellar. My impression is the new owner is doing everything possible to show he is available and will do timely, quality work. I recommend them.

This is the absolute worst store I’ve ever came in contact with and do not shop here cuz they will try to scam you and rip you off I highly recommend going elsewhere if you want a good price

Went here last month to get my cracked screen repaired. Service was super speedy and Adrian was very polite. My phone/screen looked perfect when I received it. But that day my phone screen shut off and wouldn’t turn back on. Took it back and he apologized and assured me it was a rare occurrence but could happen. He installed a new screen for me right away and again was very fast, plus I got a free phone case for the inconvenience, and a screen protector (not sure how he gets them on so perfect but my OCD can never get them aligned right and it was perfectly placed). My phone looks and works like it is BRAND NEW. Great quality, GREAT price, and amazing customer service. I will recommend to everyone 🙂 Thank you!

WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME! Had my iPhone 6s plus screen repaired and after a few days, my touch screen started acting up...after a few more days, my screen completely went black and stopped working. I had to take my phone to get fixed (I was overseas and had to fix it because I needed my phone and to top it off, they told me they installed my screen wrong and left loose screws in the phone, which I noticed but was not sure what it was). I just got back to the U.S. and took it back to the store to see if there was anything they could do since my screen is in perfect condition, and the guy told me...well, they could have damaged it and left loose screws, but since I was gone for more than a month, there is nothing they can do. To top it off, he offered to look at my phone again..for $25.00...again, why would I pay them any more money if they did the first repair wrong?? Now, I am out 200.00 and have an extra screen....

Went in for a cracked screen. I dont believe the screen that I got was a new screen. It started flickering on and off and had a chip on the bottom of it. Went in to replace that screen and the screen after that was different and now I cant hear out the ear piece. Im not even going back in there for another used part. Terrible customer service

ICrackRepair store ripped me off and left my iPad Pro in worse condition. They dont guarantee their service.The screen was cracked on my iPad Pro. I was told that it was no problem and it could fixed. They replaced the screen, but several days later, the touch screen stopped working. They simply can’t fix the problem. I asked them to put the old screen back on, they said they couldnt because it was broken.When I brought iPad to Apple store, the Apple guy refused to provide service because the iPad has missing parts. Its funny the owner of iCrackRepair still kept saying that “you can get a flat rate replacement from Apple whether you have the screen or not”.iCrackRepair abdicates all responsibility for techs behavior and lack of customer service. Thus, I am writing this, to warn you of what to look for, and find a place that not only guarantees their work but wont leave your iPad / iPad or other devices in worse condition.Dont go here!

Fix my iPhone screen two days after using it a cracked again from tapping on the screen take it back to them they wanted to charge me another $120 they said there was a 30 day warranty but it was voided they said it take 30 minutes and took them three hours to give me a call and see my phone was done when I showed up I still have to wait another 20 minutes horrible customer service will not recommend this place at all
