I called Roy on Friday 8/5/16 to come and try to solder a usb flash drive that broke so I could get my COMPANY file back in order to continue my business, he told me he was booked and would come on Sunday 8/7. On Sunday he text me saying he was booked and would MAYBE come on Monday 8/8 late afternoon. Guess what he has since never got in touch with me again and had the audacity to friend request me on Facebook...huh you have time to go o Facebook?! So I took it to an amazing life saver Tim at data recovery and got ALL my data back. I do not recommend Roys company to anyone, he is a flake!

This was my first time having a laptop serviced by Roy at Compufix. This was excellent service, with thorough explanations that everyone can understand. Upon picking up my laptop, I promptly dropped off my second laptop for service as well. I firmly believe in preventative maintenance on computers and not waiting until something bad happens.
