No communication. Vehicle sat for 1 month and was never touched. Never received a phone call. And could never get a call returned. Finally had to go up to ask questions. Was told it would be a while before they would be able to paint due to damage to the paint booth. Retrieved our unrepaired drivable vehicle since the rental ran out and they were unable to repair at the time. Now being told it could be months before they could ever get it in.Some delays are understandable and incontrollable but to have a drivable vehicle just sitting in the lot while you have no ability to fix it is just wrong.
Customer service could be better. They could do better with keeping the guest or client more informed as to whats going on
